11/05/2025: 4 dishes, gyoza dumplings, sushi and noodles with chicken excellent, beef spicy special too thick meat, so I chewed about 20% of the meat with difficulty. Sweets also excellent. I was pleased with the selection of Japanese beers. But overall satisfaction

05/06/2025: Welcoming place and friendly staff, you feel pampered from the arrival until the end of the dinner. We tasted the artists' appetizer simply spectacular, many small tastings between hot and cold and a taste of raw, we continued with risotto cream of scampi and pistachio to conclude with a caprese and a tiramisu, excellent quality of raw materials, as well as the value for money! A wonderful restaurant with very kind staff and delicious dishes we will definitely be back!

28/04/2025: Only to recommend. Very fine food. Don't be influenced by the faded advertising on the outdoor sign. Excellent cuisine with, among other things, products from the buffalo that graze in the area. Be it mozzarella or meat. Price and performance cannot be beaten. Will definitely be a guest again. 30/05/2025: Unique location, with an incredible view and a view of the lake. The style of the internal rooms is not really to my taste, but still taken care of in detail. The service was good overall, even if the very formal and serious attitude of the waiter who served us did not put us at ease. They were however willing to make an exception to the menu and we acknowledge this. The food was good, the fish of good quality.

Every detail, from the arrangement of the tables to the breathtaking view of the lake with Anguillara in the background, made the day unforgettable for us and for all the guests. The menu was superb: refined, abundant dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Without exaggerating, we can say that the cuisine of Chalet del Lago is the best in Anguillara. Each course was a success, accompanied by a careful presentation and authentic flavors that won everyone over. A special applause goes to the staff, impeccable from every point of view: friendly, attentive, professional and always available, capable of anticipating our every need with discretion and efficiency. The owner welcomed us with great warmth and availability, following us carefully throughout the organization and on the day of the event. 08/06/2025: Dovete provare Camillo! È il nostro angolo di paradiso, veniamo sempre qui quando vogliamo mangiare bene e essere felici! Cucina sarda di qualità, pesce soprattutto ma anche carne e pizza, tutto buonissimo. Servizio attento e cordiale, dopo poco ti senti a casa. Arredato in maniera particolare con oggetti vintage. Prezzi giusti e il mirto a fine pasto è la ciliegina sulla torta!

13/05/2025: A local restaurant in a rome suburb. Served food that even my fussy children ate! Watch out if you're vegetarian however as there was sneaky meat in one of our dishes - inside the olives that we ordered! Which wasn't something I'd seen before (we're from UK) the service was excellent and the waiters were very friendly. Good food 😋

03/05/2025: Di solito quando recensisco su TripAdvisor non sono così schematico ma credo che renda meglio il mio pensiero. La premessa è che sono stato bene ed ho mangiato del buon pesce. PRO - location rustica ma molto caratteristica; - servizio cordiale ed efficiente (ci sono stato a pranzo in un giorno festivo ma l'attesa è stata accettabilissima) - menù interessantissimo, con pesce fresco lavorato bene (Leggermente) CONTRO - le porzioni non sono insufficienti ma per il tipo di offerta qualcosa in più sarebbe stato auspicabile - il prezzo mi sembra più in linea con un ristorante di fascia più alta - occhio agli spicchi d'aglio...

01/05/2025: We spent 35 days in Italy on vacation a n d this was the best restaurant of our trip. Spectacular service with a good dose of humor. The ravioli stuffed with burrata was the best pasta dish i ever had. Bravo!!

21/05/2025: We ordered two pasta dishes, but unfortunately both were quite disappointing. The calamarata was clearly undercooked — it had a very noticeable raw center that made it unpleasant to eat. The clam pasta had an overpowering white wine flavor and the sauce was poorly reduced, leaving the dish unbalanced. On the positive side, the fried seafood was excellent — crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The service was also faultless: friendly, attentive, and professional. However, the overall experience was let down by the quality of the main dishes. We expected much better.

23/05/2025: Sono stata ieri sera a cena in questo Ristorante con le mie amiche. Definirei nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Cibo buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato il pesce, era fresco e cucinato egregiamente. Complimenti anche al ragazzo che molto professionalmente ci ha servito, molto preparato e gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

09/05/2025: We came across this restaurant based on all the great reviews we read. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. We tried two fish starters (good but not unforgettable), a first course (shrimp dumplings - a dish that was certainly abundant but not very tasty) and a second course (a mixed fry, which did not satisfy us - not very crunchy and a little chewy). We're sorry, because we had high expectations. Nothing to say about the service, which was kind and helpful, and about the bill, which was adequate for how much we ate.
