31/07/2024: I've been going to this restaurant for 10 years, the surprising thing is that I've never had a bad meal once. The friendliness and good food is home-made. I recommend the raw meat, it's top notch and to top it off, a good trifle. However In 10 years I have eaten the entire menu and I would struggle to say which dish is the best. Congratulations to Luca Daniela and Renzo and to all the staff.

24/08/2024: Ristorante semplicemente ECCELLENTE. Cibo di altissima qualità, prezzo onestissimo e servizio e cortesia straordinari. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti (che il proprietario Walter ha adattato alle nostre esigenze di intolleranti ai formaggi ed alle verdure), un primo squisito di linguine mezzo astice (consigliatissimo) e grigliata di mare (freschissima e abbondante). Servizio celere e attento, pltre ad un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Ci torneremo molto presto!

24/08/2024: Se cerchi un pasto abbondante, buono e senza fronzoli, lo puoi trovare a Corte Celestini. Il ristorante è una struttura accogliente e un po’ rustica nel paesino di Carmiano, vicino Lecce. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto misto composto da tanti piccoli piattini di mare e terra (nel nostro caso la giornata proponeva tra le altre cicoriette saltate, baccalà fritto, focaccia di patate, caponata, insalata di mare, folpetti fritti), tutto sinceramente buono. Abbiamo preso anche due piatt(oni) di pasta - anche questa davvero ottima, casereccia. Conto onesto: antipasto per due, due primi, acqua, bottiglia di vino e due caffè, 70 euro. Nota di merito al servizio: il gestore e il cameriere che ci hanno servito ci hanno trasmesso tutto l’amore che hanno per il luogo in cui lavorano. A presto!

30/07/2024: It's not a classy restaurant. Once you share this you find yourself in a fantastic location. The view of Sant'Angelo is breathtaking, the approach is informal. Top quality/price ratio. If you don't have excessive demands, it's worth a try.

14/08/2024: Beautiful location, perfect service, very kind staff, we tried the classic tasting menu, the original and creative starters were excellent, the normal first and second courses. In my opinion the price is high for what we ate.

13/08/2024: Hi I just wanted to make a note on the new booking policy. I find this thing of having to enter card details quite anxious, having to worry about arriving at dinner super on time and above all charging €80 per person in the event of any type of problem or delay... too bad I've always had a great time but it's a policy that I have never approved, I'm sorry.

04/09/2024: My wife and I went here recently to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I've been lucky enough to eat at some amazing locations over the years, so I was quite excited to be eating at a Michelin star restaurant. We opted for the "chef surprise" menu, where a random assortment of dishes would be brought out for us to try. With the lovely surroundings, great reputation and wonderful service, we expected good things, but were unfortunately left quite disappointed. All the dishes served were very average, and for an establishment of this stature, well below par. As each dish came, I kept hoping that the next would be better, but sadly there was no improvement, and when the dessert was served, so was the final nail in the coffin. Perhaps we chose badly and in retrospect, maybe the "Signature" menu was the right choice, but regardless, I would expect a lot more. This was meant to be a memorable and special evening, but it's more likely to be remembered for how disappointed we were.

25/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante consigliato dalla proprietaria dell'appartamento alloggiato proprio nelle immediate vicinanze. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere: accoglienza molto familiare, personale gentile e molto carino, attento alla clientela. Un tripudio di sapori di una cucina salentina tradizionale ma molto accurata. Posto molto intimo. E per finire, un amaro al finocchietto che delizia il palato! Consigliatissimo!

24/07/2024: Location caratteristica situata a pochi minuti da Nardó, siamo stati in questo posto per ben due sere di fila durante la nostra vacanza in Puglia la scorsa settimana ed è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Il personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio ed esigenza. Sicuramente da tornarci non appena ricapiteremo in Puglia. Consigliatissimo il Polpo alla Pignata e la carne stufata

18/08/2024: The first impact was more than positive, it's a shame that the evening was ruined by an unserious and unprofessional gesture. The tuna is definitely worth reviewing (overcooked and the onion covers the flavour) and the seafood appetizer rich in fried foods and with few fresh tastings, which after a while becomes heavy.

25/08/2024: Family restaurant that offers a diverse menu with excellent pastas and typical dishes! The setting is calm and friendly and the service is warm!

25/08/2024: In our opinion the best restaurant in Riva. We have been here several times and the service, quality of meals and ambience are very good. Today we had bruschetta, spaghetti aglio olio and tagliatelle Gardanesa. Excellent taste and good portions. Highly recommended.

15/08/2024: Courteous staff, they have bread but not gluten-free pasta, the terrace was hot but it was great outside underneath. I was told that scampi pasta contained a less than ideal sauce. The lady who I believe to be the owner was very kind. The fish was good, I particularly liked the cod with sweet and sour onion.

09/08/2024: Nineties place, good food but I wasn't able to eat anything, much less appreciate the food. I was assigned a seat inside the room... I had never felt such heat in a restaurant, zero air conditioning, even the waitress who served us was literally dripping with sweat..... in 2024 a minimum of an acceptable temperature should be guaranteed to customers, I'm sorry but we're not quite there. We ran away leaving half the dishes there

08/08/2024: Despite the opulence, he proved to be professionally unsuitable to maintain a simple reservation, Mr. Marco proved to be unreliable and irresponsible in keeping his word on the reservation, so much so that despite his understanding and waiting for over 30 minutes, after having seen other people being seated in our place, we decided to cancel the reservation and the wait went beyond 10pm to go and eat at another restaurant that was much more respectful and polite towards its guests. I advise you not to rely on Mr. Marco's word for your reservation but to receive a written confirmation via email. While I recommend a training course for reservations and their management to Mr. Marco, he will probably also be able to take advantage of free courses provided by the state or region but at least he will learn to manage the tables better without causing unnecessary damage and anger to people. Congratulations location 9 service 1 food bòooòoo it made me go sideways without having tasted it.P.S. ON YOUR RESPONSE WHICH DENOTES ALL YOUR HUMILITY AND HUMANITY, I ALSO HAVE BEEN IN THE CATERING BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS BUT I WOULD NEVER ALLOW MYSELF TO OVERRIDE A RESERVATION IN FAVOR OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS YOU HAVE DONE SEVERAL TIMES AND WITH MORE CUSTOMERS. THIS IT IS THE BASIC AND THEY TEACH IT IN HOTEL SCHOOLS. YOU HAVE PROBABLY NEVER ATTENDED THEM. SO INSTEAD OF DOING CATERING, MAKE PRIVATE CIRCLES BECAUSE YOU IMPLEMENT THIS SYSTEM AND WORK, NOT THE SIMPLE RULES OF CATERING THAT DERIVES FROM THE WORD RESTAURANT AND NOT FROM THAT OVERRIDE. BELIEVE ME YOU LACK BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND HUMAN BASICS. YOU CALL IT BYBLOS CLUB NOT A RESTAURANT BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE YOU KIND GREETINGS PRESIDENT OF THE BYBLOS PRIVATE CLUB

07/08/2024: Ottima osteria condotta da ragazzi giovani ma già con le idee ben chiare delle loro proposte! Propone ricette della tradizione siciliana con pesce prettamente fresco. Ottime le fettuccine alla cernia cn pomodorini. Ha concluso con un sorbetto al limoncello squisito! Forse ritorno anche domani a cena!!

19/06/2024: Early dinner (by Italian standards... 7pm!) Excellent seafood - very fresh and cooked perfectly. Prices are hard to beat (don't be fooled by the price per person below... We had A LOT!) Service was excellent as well.
