13/06/2025: Un esperienza indimenticabile in questo posto magico proprio al centro di Ponza e con vista sul mare e sul paese Il ristorante e sul mare con una posizione meravigliosa e strategica Il cibo: una delizia x il palato!!!! Avendo soggiornato nel loro albergo E comodo pranzare direttamente nella struttura: ristorante raffinato e accogluente: ho assaporato i sapori mediterranei sapientemente combinati dallo chef creando piatti unici e squisiti. 05/08/2025: The place would be beautiful, but it's poorly managed. I order two spritzes, and where's the prosecco? I ask if they put prosecco on, and they say yes... it must have been without bubbles, then! OKAY. I ask them, can you clean the table for me? They took away my glasses and other things and cleaned the table with used napkins. Where are we? No disinfectant? Not even a clean, wet sponge??? A real shame, because the place is the most characteristic on the island, but it's POORLY managed! I might add that the rules apply to everyone. Yes, it's a nice place, but that's not enough, and I don't want to be just used as a PAYING customer... I'd also like a little respect and seriousness. They don't sell single-serving ice cream cones or anything else in home-made packages... it's not LEGAL. COMPLY with the rules. You'll have more customers and more respect.

05/08/2025: A historic establishment on the Venice Lido, now run by foreigners. The place is dirty, with dirty dishes and filthy outdoor tables. I never see them clean it with disinfectant spray. They bring you food or drinks with plates still dirty from previous customers. Ashtrays are always full of cigarette butts. The staff is absent, slow, and careless.

05/08/2025: An unforgettable experience... in the sense that I'm still trying to forget. The so-called "chef" (a term used generously by the staff) probably watched a YouTube tutorial last night, and not even until the end. Low-quality ingredients, questionable pairings, and a presentation that makes you long for school lunches. The bill? Salty, like the sea in front of the restaurant. But at least the sea is real. Michelin-starred restaurant prices, quality worthy of a village festival—and a poorly made one at that. A real shame: with a location like this, a little attention to detail in the kitchen would have been enough to create a special place. Instead, we left with disappointed stomachs and lightened wallets. Never again.

04/08/2025: Wonderful location, large, cool, and breezy terrace overlooking the sea. The food quality is decent, preparation is only adequate, and the service is poor, disorganized, and very slow. They should be better organized. Too bad...

10/06/2025: Siamo arrivati , tempi di attesa per 6 pizze arrivate alla spicciolata dopo quasi 1 ora. Focaccia con il prosciutto crudo imbarazzante, prosciutto marrone , secco , con un odore pessimo e un gusto terribile , tipo carne andata a male. Mandata indietro , arrivata dopo 20 minuti nuovamente con lo stesso identico prosciutto andato a male. Servizio caotico, confusionario e maleducato. Il conto carissimo , alla richiesta dello scontrino mi è stato detto di no che non fanno scontrini la sera, quindi non ho potuto nemmeno verificare quanto in realtà avevo speso. Compleanno del mio compagno totalmente rovinato per il locale sbagliato. Tutto terribile. Sconsigliatissimo

08/06/2025: Cena di classe, prenotazione di un tavolo, siamo arrivati puntuali. Abbiamo atteso oltre un'ora per poter ordinare le bevande. Altri 20 minuti per ordinare le pietanze e ci viene detto che per avere la pizza i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati oltre i 40 minuti, per la cucina invece i tempi d'attesa sarebbero stati inferiori. Ovviamente non abbiamo ordinato pizze con un aggravio dei costi inaccettabile.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 5 pizze, specificando chiaramente che una doveva essere senza formaggio per motivi di salute. Purtroppo è arrivata ugualmente con il formaggio. Il cameriere non ha proposto soluzioni, e il mio compagno ha rinunciato ad aspettare mangiando comunque, cercando di rimuoverlo da solo. Durante la cena, un cameriere inesperto ha rovesciato una bottiglia di birra, bagnando il pavimento e i pantaloni di due persone al tavolo. Nessuna scusa, nessun gesto di attenzione: solo due tovaglie di carta usate per asciugare malamente lasciando il pavimento inzuppato. La pizza con le melanzane era davvero scarna (quattro pezzetti appena), il che ha reso l’esperienza gastronomica poco soddisfacente. Il locale Ola mi è sempre piaciuto, ma questa volta il servizio e la cura dei dettagli mi hanno profondamente delusa. Spero sia stato solo un episodio isolato.

11/07/2025: An all-round disappointment: avoid it like the plague. I'm rarely motivated to write a review, but this seaside "restaurant" managed to turn what should have been a special evening into a series of grotesque mistakes, from the service to the food, to the atmosphere. Let's start with the service: nonexistent welcome, disoriented and rude waiters, biblical wait times even just to get the menu. We ordered after almost 40 minutes of total abandonment. No one even asked if we wanted water. When the wine finally arrived, it was warm. Not lukewarm: warm, as if it had been left in the car under the sun. The menu offered "refined Northern Italian cuisine revisited with fresh seafood." A definition that, when put to the test, sounds like a terrible joke. The spaghetti with mussels was overcooked and tasteless, served on a lukewarm plate that looked poorly washed. The pizza was a piece of cardboard, topped with so much flair that it felt like a shoe sole, drowned in a sort of sweetish "water" that covered every other flavor. I've never had a meal this bad, not even in a cafeteria. The final blow? The bill. Michelin-starred prices for an experience not even a fourth-rate trattoria would dare offer. Paying €25 for a triumph of grilled seafood (an arm and a leg!!!) and a rubbery, industrial-tasting second course is an insult to common sense and Ligurian cuisine. A sea view, yes, but also full of mosquitoes, rickety tables, and a sewer smell that occasionally wafted in on the breeze. In short: inexcusable in every way. Whatever you're looking for in a restaurant, you won't find it here. In fact, you risk losing your appetite and your patience. Never again.

20/07/2025: Esperienza splendida sotto ogni aspetto. Il pesce è freschissimo, cucinato con grande cura ed esaltato in modo semplice e autentico. La tartare di tonno era un vero capolavoro. Il servizio è stato attento, accogliente e sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. L’atmosfera rilassata ma curata rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti in assoluto, e secondo noi il migliore a Stintino.

01/08/2025: Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo in questo ristorante, su una bella terrazza con vista mare. Abbiamo mangiato pane cunzato, frittura mista, spiedini di pesce spada. Buon cibo, piatti tipici, servizio veloce e prezzi adeguati.

10/06/2025: Turisti Fai da Te a Cagliari per 4 ore in città...scendendo verso il porto per rientro in nave abbiamo trovato questo localino assaggiando un tagliere con prodotti tipici sardi sia di salumi che formaggi e salatini varie...cibo ottimo e servito con cura..cameriere e servizio al tavolo Top e cordialità super...location (Bistrot) ottimo per uno stop & go piacevole

14/08/2025: Very nice restaurant, excellent food. The only flaw is the atmosphere and how the waiters are treated. I hate to point it out, but customers notice these things too, and I may be a bit of a professional, but they shouldn't notice anything that goes on "behind the scenes." Above all, no worker should ever have to endure what these poor waiters endure every day in front of the public. Successful businesses survive on one thing: delegation. Furthermore, I travel a lot for work and pleasure... I'm willing to pay much higher prices than last night, but I'm not willing to be fooled, and yesterday was the case. To confirm this, I went back to Google and read the comments, and here they are: many one-star reviews with the same experience as mine, obviously all rudely commented by the restaurant manager. In business and restaurants, you have to know how to sell, I understand, and even simple phrases phrased in a certain way can lead the customer into the trap, and now you end up with four complete appetizers on the bill (€80 total for two, appetizers alone) instead of a mix of appetizers like we thought we'd ordered. If the suggestion actually called for four complete plates of raw appetizers, it should have been clarified better. The truth is that the customer who accepted the suggestion was in the wrong because he trusted the proposal, so he paid and left, vowing never to return. I repeat, not because of the amount spent, but because of the dishonest way everything happened. I wonder... is it better to do this and make money on the evening rather than start building a more loyal clientele, even among tourists? I would have returned and even spent double, but for me, fairness is more important, how things are presented, and I don't accept anyone lurking there, ready to rip off others. Catering is also about contributing to someone's happy and carefree experience. You leave with a bitter taste in your mouth, both for the small bill and for the atmosphere among the employees (who, however, are all very kind and polite, trying to keep the situation under control and manage it). What a shame...

11/08/2025: As for the appetizers, I didn't like them. The appetizers were poor and of poor quality, the pasta was overcooked. The icing on the cake was the fried fish, the shrimp and calamari were definitely frozen. The bill was exorbitant, the quality was poor.

05/07/2025: Antipasti deludenti..cozze minuscole.. strano a luglio a Bacoli sono ottime le cozze Alici fritte moscie non croccanti Insalata di polipo minuscola Buoni i primi spaghetto a vongole e astice. Servizio carente..non toglievano i piatti non venivano a controllare se serviva qualcosa. Prezzi cari...andate altrove

15/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante Venerdì a pranzo io ed il mio supervisore del governo americano, Il ristorante molto elegante allo stesso tempo accogliente. Ottima accoglienza anche da parte del personale di sala pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni esigenza e soprattutto il proprietario e la signorina alla cassa ti fanno sembrare come se fossi a casa. Passiamo al pranzo abbiamo ordinato un’ottima tartare di tonno ,poi zeppoline e bruschette e salmone tutto freschissimo e abbiamo fatto anche il bis di salmone, e come primi spaghetti alle vongole mia mangiate di così buone, Da ritornare sicuramente.Grazie

09/03/2025: Premetto che lavoro anche io in ambito hospitality e penso che un atteggiamento simile non sia accettabile. Abbiamo aspettato diversi minuti senza che nessuno chiedesse cosa desideravamo, due camerieri che ogni tanto ci lanciavano un'occhiata senza proferire verbo, abbiamo anche pensato che fosse una sorta di scherzo... alla fine abbiamo optato per un ristorante vicino. Consiglio vivamente un cambio di atteggiamento.....o di professione. Ovviamente non posso esprimermi sul cibo....magari era buonissimo, ma non avrò modo di scoprirlo.

07/05/2025: Compartimos una ensalada mixta, pasta alle vongole y un plato de pescado a la parrilla. Todos estaban bien cocinados y sabrosos. Hacemos una mención especial a las sardinas a la parrilla que no estaban secas y a la pasta vongole. Buen y rápido servicio. Situado en medio de la lonja de pescado tiene todos los pros y contras de la ubicación.
