Definitely the best experience of our Cinque Terre trip. The food was delicious, the setting was stunning, and the service was incredible. Andrea was an incredible host! If you're passing through Vernazza, you can't miss out on a reservation at Belforte.

Plan ahead and make a reservation. We had a wonderful seat with a sunset view. Very nice service. Portions were standard. My pesto pasta was amazing! Tiramisu I would give 4/5

This was definitely the best view we have ever had while enjoying a beautiful dinner. The food was great & the views were even better. We books a 7pm reservation to catch a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend lining up at 645pm to get a table on the outside upper patio, but honestly I don't think there is a bad table in the restaurant. We started with the caprese salad & had the squid ink pasta & pesto. Everything was great. Definitely an experience everyone should have.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The setting is simply exceptional, the staff helpful, the food excellent, and the local wine delicious. We had a wonderful time!

The view is amazing, the food was good but over priced, the service is chaotic. We saw staff doing table side preparations for whole fish and one of the desserts which looked interesting. We had a really difficult time paying despite telling the staff multiple time we had a train to catch.

Honestly, I'd give 5 stars for the setting and 4 stars for the food. But the service was absolutely terrible! In fact, the waiters aren't pleasant at any of the Cinque Terre locations. Anyway, at this particular place, when you arrive, nobody acknowledges you, and the waiters avoid eye contact. You have to find the restaurant's interior at the bottom of a staircase to explain that you have a reservation. Then they direct you to your seat (because there are several spots), and you go there on your own, giving the name of the waiter assigned to you. And again, not a smile from beginning to end. Even to pay, you practically have to apologize. So, in short, it was good, and we came for the Instagrammable view, but the attitude is truly deplorable, and I strongly advise you to mention it to the waiters. We saw several people leave even though there was plenty of room because you completely ignore them. A huge disappointment. Thankfully, not all of Italy is like this place. Because for the start of my trip, I was very disappointed. But the food was delicious, so that's something.

There were three of us friends, and we couldn't have had a better time. The food was delicious. We ordered octopus salad, trofie (a type of pasta), and cuttlefish pasta, and finished with tiramisu and panna cotta (the tiramisu was spectacular). The service was very professional and friendly. The views were breathtaking.

PerfectO! From taking our reservation, to table service, to our special goodbye with a Limoncello shooter, everything was A+++. The sea bass was the best we’ve had. Pasta was amazing. But the #1 best was the view. Top of the tower overlooking the water and views of Vernazza, incredible. Thanks Luis for making our night very special.
