22/07/2025: This is the second time in a few years that I've tried this restaurant, and I have to say the food is good. Unfortunately, the wait is very long (over an hour for a first course)... everyone around us was eating, finishing up, new customers were arriving, and we were left with nothing. We asked several times, but nothing was served. I go to restaurants very often; it's one of my passions, and here, unfortunately, I found little care and attention to the customer. I think if you could improve this aspect, you would definitely benefit.

21/07/2025: I ate last night with my husband. My expectations were perhaps a little high, but unfortunately, what we ordered wasn't up to par at all. This is especially true when compared to the same dish I've had at other places, like the seafood carbonara with lots and lots of shredded egg, and those ravioli with burrata that tasted like plastic. The chocolate salami was good, but I had to eat something, since I only ate one ravioli and the plate was returned. The waitress kindly asked if I wanted anything else, but I opted for the chocolate. The plate that came back full wasn't taken off the bill, so I'm sorry, but I wasn't satisfied. Good prices.

03/05/2025: Excellent ! Le niveau de ce que nous avons eu dans l'assiette était exceptionnel. Le poulpe au romarin délicieux et les raviolis au bar également. Le tiramisu revisité est une complète réussite C'est des saveurs dignes d'un grand chef. Le service est charmant. C'est un peu au dessus de ce que nous avons payé dans d'autres restaurants de la ville, mais le supplément vaut vraiment le détour.

28/06/2025: Dicono che sia il ristorante migliore di Trani, oltre al più caro. E gli antipasti lo confermano, in entrambi i sensi. Tuttavia abbiamo aspettato per i primi un’ora esatta che per un ristorante in questo livello trovo sia imperdonabile. Ciò poi che trovo oltremodo secante è il volersi giustificarsi invece di scusarsi. “Gli avventori sono arrivati tutti insieme” la prima, la seconda, assai più grave per questo genere di ristorante: "Hanno dovuto rifare il risotto perché era venuto scotto". E forse avrebbero dovuto rifarlo anche una terza volta, perché quando finalmente è arrivato era piuttosto salato. Ne abbiamo lasciato la metà, anche perché nel frattempo ci si era chiuso lo stomaco. Forse Corte in Fiore avrebbe meritato un paio di stelle in più, ma da un ristorante di questo livello un tale servizio è inaccettabile.

13/06/2025: Sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes en Trani, con mesas en un patio / jardín interno muy iluminado. Servicio muy eficiente. Primero tuve el plato crudo mezclado, que contenía 5 o 6 tipos diferentes de mariscos. Ni en apariencia ni en sabor me sopló las papilas gustativas. Las ofrendas de salmón y atún eran más o menos como sushi ordinario. Las otras ofertas tenían ingredientes adicionales muy sutiles, pero no afectaban fundamentalmente sus sabores, no para mí, de todos modos. Más bien una decepción. La pasta a seguir, sin embargo, fue espectacular. Cavatelli con datterini, gambas y puré ancho era sublime, y generosamente dividido. Añadir un poco de pimienta negra. Felicitaciones al chef. Precioso helado de cereza negra para terminar con un macchiato. Bastante decepcionante vino blanco seco local (Bomba - algo. ¡Hay una carta de vinos de 28 páginas! 70€ todo incluido. Recomendado!

17/07/2025: Very nice place. We made a reservation. They had an all-you-can-eat option for Apulian panzerotti, but we didn't try them, so we opted for the set menu. We had the house appetizer, which was good but tasted like leftovers from various dishes—namely, gratinated mussels and parmigiana—let's just say we were expecting a different kind of appetizer. Then we had a first course, orecchiette with turnip tops. The portion was generous, and the simple flavor was like homemade. They also had desserts, but we didn't like the selection, so we didn't order them. The waitresses were very nice.

Always excellent vegetarian options, among various dishes of poor cuisine and in general in the name of home cooking, tasty, abundant, very cheap, prepared with love. During the busiest hours, immerse yourself in a clientele that selects itself for the passion for a unique place, moreover in the interesting setting of Montenero basso. When instead you happen to find yourself among a few, it is a place that leads to a unique, meditative relaxation. Salvatore's commitment and passion are tangible, he always has a sincere smile even in the most stressful moments of work. Obviously, if you like formality more than tasty food, if you appreciate design and marketing more than art, if you don't understand the pizza in the pan typical of the Livorno and Pisan cake makers, this is not the place for you.

30/06/2025: what can I say, I don't know how the average of the reviews is 4 stars, it seems that they are easily falsifiable. In any case, we certainly arrived at a moment of particular frenzy and confusion: it was quite full and it was stiflingly hot. Considering this, perhaps the experience we had is a little less surreal. The order was lost in the cosmic void and before - we pointed it out to them - we waited almost 1 hour with empty plates (obviously instead the drinks arrived after 0.1 seconds and had time to heat up properly) with continuous confused looks from a myriad of waiters who, while serving plates to the adjacent tables, full of people who had just arrived, never approached even by mistake. Luckily, in order to apologize for the wait, they OFFERED us the house chips... two tiny plates of burning, wrinkled sticks that oozed used oil like the engine of an old Panda. At the Sarginesco rides they do them better. I have to say the paella was quite good and the quantity... ok. If it weren't for the fact that the pizzas - the non-gourmet ones for 20 euros - were pieces of unleavened bread. With lots of "fresh tomato" probably from the Chinese region of Xinjiang considering the consistency and flavor. We topped it all off with a bit of sensational rounding up at the cash register by the kind lady who apparently had run out of paper for receipts. Then, okay, we paid extra for water and coke and the cover charge costs as much as a movie ticket but that's fair enough, I'll definitely come back! - (don't worry, feel free to insult me ​​repeatedly like you do with the other reviewers)

28/04/2025: È stata una piacevole serata, il menù fisso, previsto per motivi organizzativi , ha soddisfatto tutti i commensali, porzioni abbondanti e per chi volesse c'è stato anche il bis. Ottimi i taglieri di salumi e formaggi, i fritti da antipasto ma anche le varie portate tra mare e terra, il tutto accompagnato da vino primitivo. Servizio veloce, ordinato, efficiente e cortese. L'ambiente molto accogliente, spazioso. Da tenere presente per ritornarci al più presto.

17/06/2025: Un buon indirizzo dove fermarsi per una sosta rilassante. Situato in centro non è facilmente raggiungibile in auto ma una volta entrati mette subito il cliente a proprio agio. Servizio sufficientemente attento e proposta gastronomica incentrata sul pesce di mare e su piatti della tradizione emiliana. Cantina ben rifornita con ricarichi onesti.

11/07/2025: Beautiful view looking at Positano and the beach but the food was lacking in quality. The octopus was tough and chewy and the sirloin steak was over cooked and fatty. Service was good, they were attentive but didn’t react when told the food wasn’t as good as it should be. You get small complementary entree and dessert but would prefer the melas be of higher standard. When paying the lady asked for a tip (she was front of house) and when declined she threw the receipt down and walked off.
