25/07/2026: A truly excellent experience! The fish is incredibly fresh, and every dish is meticulously prepared, both in taste and presentation. The raw seafood is simply spectacular, made with the highest-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable: the staff is professional, friendly, and always attentive, offering the best recommendations without being intrusive. The setting is elegant, refined, and perfect for lunch, a romantic dinner, or an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is absolutely justified by the experience offered. A restaurant worth trying, and one I will definitely return to. Kudos to the entire staff!

12/07/2026: Bad experience with the service, not even at our table! UNBELIEVABLE! Excellent food, unsurpassed quality and selection. The restaurant is well-kept and modern. The service was kind and welcoming, though it was a shame about one waitress in particular. She was rude and haughty, wearing glasses. She served a table next to ours where two annoying and noisy individuals were sitting. The waitress in question chatted loudly with the two as if they were at home, the entire time disturbing the other tables, including ours. She also repeatedly commented on the other diners, including us, openly gossiping (unfortunately, I heard her very well), calling us "teetotalers," and laughing with the aforementioned individuals simply because we hadn't brought anything alcoholic to drink, as we are serious people traveling on motorcycles! This was something the blonde waiter immediately noticed and appreciated. The presence of this waitress definitely ruined our experience at Crudo; I wouldn't return for that alone.
