06/11/2025: Besides the lovely location and the kindness of the hostess, we ate truly well! Excellent panzanella, delicious Livorno-style red mullet, a delightfully warm apple pie, and a fantastic nocino liqueur! We'll be back often.

19/09/2025: Dinner for two with a shared appetizer, a first course, a second course, two glasses of wine, and a coffee for €120. Good, but decidedly and unjustifiably expensive. Sorry, but I won't be back.

30/09/2025: This is my second time back to this restaurant after two years. My husband and I wanted my mother-in-law to try the delicious Italian food, and I wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere, service, and food were 100/100. We will definitely be back. 😊

The location is stunning, elegant yet welcoming, and it helped make our evening truly magical. The service was exceptional: professional, attentive, and always available. The food... simply delicious! Not only us, the bride and groom, but all our guests complimented us on the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. We are truly happy to have celebrated such an important day here: every detail was taken care of to perfection, and the atmosphere it created will forever remain in our fondest memories. 05/08/2025: The fresh fish counter, the vivid colors of the sea. Every type of fresh fish and the option to eat the same fish, expertly cooked and served to you at neighboring tables. Starters, main courses, and side dishes are always freshly cooked. Excellent first and second courses prepared with care, better than a Michelin-starred restaurant. Open for lunch every day except Monday.

20/10/2025: I went to lunch with five friends. We had high expectations since it had been recommended to us, but we immediately noticed the tomato-stained tablecloth from the previous service. We asked for a change, and they did, justifying themselves by saying that our colleague had had lunch shortly before; an apology and a change with a smile would have been enough. We ordered our dishes, repeatedly specifying that we wouldn't like pepper on our dishes since two of our friends don't eat it for health reasons. The waiter assured us they wouldn't add it. The three appetizers were full of pepper. We then politely asked again to leave the pepper out and bring it on the side, but one of the two main courses was again full of pepper. They replied that's how they prepare them. We don't recommend the octopus salad because it was quite tough. The grilled catch of the day, however, was good. In the end, they didn't even give us a small discount or offer us a coffee or liqueur. The bill was €32 each, including a liter of house wine.

18/10/2025: Delicious, fresh grilled fish, albeit carelessly served. Grumpy service. And €3 for a limoncello.

06/09/2025: We went to this restaurant last night. The place is lovely, right on the beach, and the staff was very kind. It's a shame we didn't have a good meal: the pizza was burnt, the tiramisu and the pistachio dessert weren't good at all. What a shame.

31/08/2025: We had just gotten our drinks through self-service and sat down at a table with a sea view. It felt good... after several hours of driving here. After two minutes, however, we were rudely asked to get up and sit at the back tables, as they had to set up tables up front for the restaurant that evening. Almost all the tables were empty, and the restaurant didn't open for another three and a half hours. Everything was very unloving. It's a shame, the place would have been nice.

17/10/2025: Wonderful dinner, I had the spina CB and ricotta ravioli and my husband got a pizza. The wine was great as well. Service was excellent!

12/10/2025: I go often, but since last night I won't go anymore. They brought me some fried food and inside I found clam shells. I almost broke a tooth. I called the waiter and he took it away. Then the cashier came and said it can happen. I'm okay, but at least bring me back the dish or refund me. I paid. When I left, I told him that's not how it's done, and I paid. Nothing. I left hungry and very nervous. It can't be done badly.

10/09/2025: I've been away for quite some time, but last night I had the pleasure of returning. A pleasant late-summer evening, the pizza was superb, even the fried foods. Fantastic location, very well-maintained, and the rooms were even larger and more comfortable. The only downside of the evening, unfortunately, was the lack of communication between the dining room and the pizzeria regarding orders. While we were quietly enjoying our appetizer, the pizza arrived. Truly unpleasant. We had it left on the table anyway, but by the time we ate it, it had gone cold. I should point out that there was no confusion, especially considering it was a late-summer evening.

08/08/2025: Great place, whether it's a business meeting or a special occasion, I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is very intimate and intimate. Excellent food; I've only tried fish, but they also offer meat dishes. The staff is very friendly! I highly recommend it!

22/10/2025: A seaside restaurant. The service needs a complete overhaul. When we arrived, we were brought a bottle of still water; when we asked for a sparkling one, the waiter seemed annoyed. Another waiter came immediately after to take our order. The dishes were brought quickly. Our plates were taken away once we'd finished eating. From there, absolutely nothing happened. The staff stayed at a table next to ours, where the price was certainly higher, but that didn't justify completely forgetting the other tables. After half an hour, during which no one asked if we wanted dessert or anything else (not even the bill), we decided to leave and went to the cashier on our own. Too bad, we had very high expectations. Disappointment.

13/10/2025: Excellent food and fast service! La Mattanza in Palermo was definitely worth a visit. The quality of the food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with love. The service was also very friendly and fast, as was the kitchen: no sooner had I ordered than the food arrived. The value for money is absolutely excellent. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit – I'd be happy to come back!

13/09/2025: An excellent first course of linguine with clams and bottarga. The grilled vegetables were excellent. Everything was plentiful and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.
