29/06/2025: We were here today, with my dad and a friend of mine at the restaurant l'Incannucciata. We have come in the past and have always eaten well even though there have been changes of owners over the years. Today they did not disappoint. We found a beautiful and very pleasant place, very clean. Lovely welcome, the waitress was professional and not intrusive but a very sweet person, very fresh fish and cooked to perfection, everything excellent, from the first to the second courses, amazing, compliments to the Chef and the very kind owner, we will definitely be back, compliments again to everyone.

08/08/2025: We had dinner here, and the Sardinian suckling pig was delicious, and so much more! Everything was excellent! Recommended for anyone who wants to try typical Sardinian dishes.
02/08/2025: We had dinner at this typical Sardinian farmhouse. We had a great time! The menu is extensive and varied, with overall average prices. The dishes are delicious! They also serve Sardinian suckling pig, but you must reserve when you book. The property's parking is available free of charge. It's in an area with poor cell phone coverage. The road to get there is unpaved, but it's worth it!

18/05/2025: First of all, it must be said that the service here was excellent, as was the (modern) atmosphere, the bread, and the choice of wines by the glass (as well as the pairings). The prices seem more than reasonable for the level of cuisine that the restaurant aims to offer. As for the cuisine, there are perhaps a few things to complain about. The amuse-bouche/welcome plate: simply adding a little za'atar or pepper to a steamed beetroot and celeriac does not transform them into a dish (not even a welcome one), neither in terms of taste nor in terms of appearance. The pasta with blue crab bisque: I understand that no one likes to clean the crab, but simply making a bisque without even recovering the meat seems like a shame and a waste to me. And it is even more of a shame to serve the so-called bisque with a pasta that is not al dente but actually crunchy. The amberjack with bok choy: here, unfortunately, we are bordering on the limit of acceptable. Soft skin, overcooked fish—stringy effect that is not alleviated by the lack of any sauce. Speaking of sauces, the choice of soy sauce for the bok choy turns out to be unoriginal. The quail: excellent choice of raw material, not very easy to find in non-starred restaurants. Too bad, however, for the cooking of the breasts, on which the skin remained white (and the fat intact instead of being melted). Impeccable, however, the cooking of the wings. The combination with the sweetness of the dates is also good, although I would have hoped for more acidity to freshen the dish—a task that here is entrusted to the puntarelle, which however get lost in the sweetish sauce. In short, a disappointment, unfortunately, from a culinary point of view. From a place and a chef like that I would have expected more technical expertise and innovation. That said, the environment together with the service remain very pleasant, and the bread together with the selection of wines deserve applause.
17/05/2025: Bisogna dire innanzitutto che il servizio qui è stato ottimo, come anche l'atmosfera (moderna), il pane, e la scelta di vini al calice (come anche gli abbinamenti degli stessi). I prezzi mi sembrano più che ragionevoli rispetto al livello di cucina che il ristorante mira a proporre. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, ci sarebbero forse alcune cose da ridire. L'amuse-bouche/piatto di benvenuto: aggiungere semplicemente un po' di za'atar o di pepe a una barbabietola e un sedano rapa al vapore non li trasforma in piatto (neanche di benvenuto), né in termini di gusto, né in termini di apparenza. La pasta con la bisque di granchio blu: capisco che nessuna ama pulire il granchio, ma farne semplicemente una bisque senza neanche recuperarne la carne mi sembra un peccato e uno spreco. Ed è ancora più un peccato servire la soprannominata bisque con una pasta che non è al dente ma addirittura croccante. La ricciola col bok choy: qui purtroppo si rasenta il limite dell'accettabile. Pelle molle, pesce stracotto—effetto stopposo che non viene alleviato dall'assenza di qualsiasi salsa. A proposito di salse, la scelta della salsa di soia per il bok choy si rivela poco originale. La quaglia: ottima scelta di materia prima, non facilissima da trovare in ristoranti non-stellati. Peccato, invece, per la cottura dei petti, sui quali la pelle è rimasta bianca (e il grasso integro invece di essere sciolto). Impeccabile, invece, la cottura delle alette. Buono anche l'abbinamento con la dolcezza dei datteri, benché mi sarei augurato una maggiore acidità per rinfrescare il piatto—compito che qui viene affidato alle puntarelle, che però si perdono nella salsa dolciastra. Insomma, una delusione, purtroppo, dal punto di vista culinario. Da un posto e da uno chef del genere mi sarei aspettato più perizia tecnica e innovazione. Detto ciò, l'ambiente insieme al servizio rimangono molto gradevole, e il pane insieme alla selezioni di vini meritano un applauso.

13/07/2025: Central place, well priced with a wide range of dishes and at an affordable and competitive price for the area. The place is very curious though, decorated in a typical Venetian style but with Spanish music. The pasta dishes are recommended, especially the spaghetti alla busera (a bit spicy), the duck and truffle ravioli are very good. We didn't like the scallops very much... I think they would have been better simply grilled and without tomato or breadcrumbs, even so the scallop seemed fresh. The tiramisu was good. Value for money it is a very good place to go and recommended.
09/07/2025: When you see the locals get in there to eat, you know it was the right choice even before start eating. The food was very very good, the best restaurant we ate on our roadtrip through italy. Even the simplest dishes were very delicious! BEST SPOT TO EAT IN VENEZIA AND WHO KNOWS IN ITALY.

08/07/2025: It was a real pleasure to stay in this wonderful little palazzo. We felt at home, with an extraordinary staff, very eager to fulfill our every wish, and even more. Our thanks to the entire staff, led by Don Michele, who treated us as if we were part of the family. Large, clean, extremely elegant room with a view of the old center, not too much noise. Hearty breakfast, I could only fatten up with the pies offered by the two nice ladies who served us. I still have fun now when I remember: serve 2 pieces (of pie) they are good and you will like it!! ....that's what I was told in the morning. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to every point of interest in the town of Biscelle. Parking space right in front of the hotel, you have to tell the car's registration number to access the central area (where the hotel is). It is a place where I truly felt the warm, hospitable and professional spirit of the people of Puglia.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena sabato 31 maggio e sono passato nel tardo pomeriggio per capire se avessero trasmesso la finale di Champion dell’Inter. Faccio questo preambolo perché non mi era mai capitato che il Propietario si facesse in quattro per risintonizzare il Tv su tv8 e permettermi di vedere la partita ( …. Poi sappiamo come è finita….) Quindi menzione speciale per la gentilezza nell’organizzare la mia cena. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente con un plauso particolare alla frittura di pesce. Delicata preparata a regola d’arte leggerissima ed abbondante. Locale che consiglio vivamente per la grande professionalità del Propietario , CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!
30/05/2025: Excellent value for money. We ate spaghetti with clams, fried fish, and a mixed roast, all fresh and very good. Next time we will return for an overnight stay. The owner Massimo is a helpful and kind person. We highly recommend it.

You can also opt for a Neapolitan pizza, which is easy to digest and made with quality ingredients. The location is welcoming, well-kept, and offers a breathtaking view of Lake Iseo. In the summer, you can dine on the outdoor terrace, while in the winter, there's a spacious indoor space. I highly recommend this place because the kindness of the owners, the attentive and responsive service, and the superb food create a unique experience that will make you want to return.

12/06/2025: We often go there to eat fish with the fork. Small, family-run place. The owner is very kind. The kitchen knows its stuff, fish cooked in an excellent way. The steamed seafood mix is ​​truly unique and abundant, the spicy prawns with chicory are something delicious, the fish passatelli are excellent, the risotto is finger-licking good. The traditional dishes are also good. Not to be missed.

I went with a friend the day before the summer closure and had excellent raw fish, but I found the spaghetti with bottarga a bit salty. They tell me this isn't usually the case. The restaurant is small and welcoming. There's also an outdoor seating area.
03/08/2025: Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The fish was simply exceptional. I've had the pleasure of eating such fresh fish in few places.
