15/06/2025: Ci eravamo venuti più volte a cena e siamo stati sempre benissimo. La sala con il camino in inverno è qualcosa di magico. Così abbiamo deciso di festeggiare qua il battesimo di nostro figlio oggi. Il salone grande è stupendo . Prezzi ottimi e soprattutto cibo ottimo e servizio gentilissimo . Solo ieri ci han fatto il piacere di togliere 5 persone all'ultimo . Buonissimo il risotto agli asparagi,i tortelli burrata e pomodorini e tutto il resto . Ottimo il dolce. Staff gentilissimo. 30/05/2025: Great restaurant. I celebrated my birthday here and they reserved a room just for us. Super kind and super attentive staff, the water, wine and bread were replaced every time we needed them without having to call them ourselves. Very good and plentiful food. A beautiful memory of my 25 years.❤️

03/08/2025: *Cibo buono, servizio da rivedere* Siamo stati in questo ristorante di pesce e, sul piano della cucina, nulla da dire: piatti ben preparati e di buona qualità. Tuttavia, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Un foglio nel menù avvisava della carenza di personale, motivo per cui la scelta era limitata: comprensibile, e lo abbiamo accettato senza problemi. Ma poi ci è stato servito un antipasto da condividere… con soli due piatti su quattro, perché "avevano finito i piatti". Ho dovuto usare il piatto di portata, e la cameriera ha commentato: *“Ha fatto benissimo, non ci sono problemi”*. In un locale che propone cene da 50€ a testa, è davvero fuori luogo. Infine, al momento del conto, mia moglie ha chiesto di pagare ma, quando ho detto che volevo farlo io, il cameriere le ha letteralmente strappato il conto di mano per darlo a me. Un gesto poco educato e per nulla professionale. Per concludere, nessun amaro offerto a fine pasto, che sarebbe stato almeno un gesto cortese per compensare l'esperienza. Peccato, perché la cucina merita, ma il servizio rovina tutto.

29/06/2025: We were here today, with my dad and a friend of mine at the restaurant l'Incannucciata. We have come in the past and have always eaten well even though there have been changes of owners over the years. Today they did not disappoint. We found a beautiful and very pleasant place, very clean. Lovely welcome, the waitress was professional and not intrusive but a very sweet person, very fresh fish and cooked to perfection, everything excellent, from the first to the second courses, amazing, compliments to the Chef and the very kind owner, we will definitely be back, compliments again to everyone.

31/07/2025: Our family and I stayed at this campsite (tent) for five nights in July. It offers spacious pitches with plenty of shade. The friendly lady at reception let us choose our own. I think the campsite is only half full, which is actually quite remarkable. However, it also offers a wonderful sense of peace and quiet. Lots of families, so the kids had plenty of others to play with. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated but are constantly cleaned by a lady, which is very pleasant and contributes to a "clean experience." The village of Sarteano is worth a walk. There are plenty of other places to visit in the beautiful surrounding area. Three swimming pools: something for everyone, with lifeguards, plenty of sunbeds, and clean! In other reviews, I read complaints about the "rules." I didn't experience that at all; it's short and to the point. I would recommend this campsite if you appreciate the above aspects. If you're looking for a bit more activity and entertainment, I wouldn't choose this campsite.

12/06/2025: We often go there to eat fish with the fork. Small, family-run place. The owner is very kind. The kitchen knows its stuff, fish cooked in an excellent way. The steamed seafood mix is ​​truly unique and abundant, the spicy prawns with chicory are something delicious, the fish passatelli are excellent, the risotto is finger-licking good. The traditional dishes are also good. Not to be missed.

08/07/2025: Qualche anno fa si mangiava benissimo e lo staff era molto gentile... adesso si mangia abbastanza bene, ma il servizio è peggiorato... il servizio lento e scortese non invoglia a tornare. Sconsigliato.

Este restaurante podría clasificarse fácilmente entre los primeros lugares en Londres o Nueva York según la calidad, pero a una fracción del precio. No se deje engañar por la inspiración internacional: los platos están llenos de un sabor italiano rico y auténtico. El servicio es encantador y atento. Si estás visitando Pietralunga y buscas una experiencia gastronómica extraordinaria en un ambiente maravilloso, este es el lugar. Ah, y por cierto, también ofrecen dos habitaciones de hotel en el mismo edificio.

The handmade spaghetti alla chitarra with clams was superb, and to finish, a delicious mussel soup that was worth trying. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very fair. 30/07/2025: A cozy spot on a side street. Only one table was occupied in the evening. This didn't encourage us to try the food, but we read a few reviews and gave in. Fortunately, everything was delicious! At the staff's urging, we started with a seafood platter and the daily special—homemade pasta with lobster. It was worth it. I recommend it!

15/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Chef Carla's Gli Assaggi experience last Friday for dinner. It was a journey filled with new and elaborate dishes, accompanied by excellent wine recommendations from the wait staff. 13/07/2025: I went there a month ago, on a Saturday, with a woman with celiac disease, knowing they had gluten-free options. As soon as we arrived, it took them over 20 minutes to ask us if we'd chosen our food. We asked for still water, and they brought us sparkling water. And, despite knowing there was a celiac at the table, they brought gluten-containing bread for both of us. After we'd eaten our appetizers, the wait for the first course was very long, around 35 minutes (when the waitress told us a 10-minute wait), during which time they realized their mistake with the gluten-free bread and brought it. The first courses were very good, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the wait ruined our experience; we must have been there on a bad day!

29/06/2025: Who wants to eat fresh fish in parma is the right place Renato is top. I recommend always asking for the catch of the day. It is good both lunch and dinner especially in company.
