22/12/2025: I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the price, especially considering the expensive neighborhood. The waiters were friendly and we received prompt service despite the restaurant being busy. The atmosphere is charmingly quaint. The Venetian specialties (pasta with anchovies, polenta, tiramisu, and semifreddo with zabaglione) were exquisite.

21/12/2025: They charge for breadsticks even if you do not order them. Not nice.

31/10/2025: This is a nice place with good food, hidden away from the main street, but conveniently near the train station. We had steak, tagliatelle bolognese and sea bass (which came with delicious vegetables), all freshly cooked. The staff was nice and attentive.

09/12/2025: A typical trattoria in the Marina district with a rustic atmosphere, where you'll be greeted immediately by friendly staff. Highly recommended, given the long-standing management. Excellent food, from the pasta with clams and bottarga to the mixed fried fish...all truly delicious. 100% recommended.

09/12/2025: At the request of a friend, we went to this seafood restaurant. When we arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes at the sheer selection of fresh, freshly cooked fish. We had a truly exceptional lunch with both raw and cooked dishes. The pasta with sea urchins was delicious, and the pasta with clams was exceptional. If you want the freshest seafood, stop by this place in Catania on the Ognina seafront. There's a bit of a wait depending on your arrival time, but it's worth it!

06/11/2025: It's a welcoming restaurant with a lovely atmosphere typical of the port area. The food is good, but I highly recommend booking in advance, as it's often very busy, even though it was a Thursday evening. I started with a house appetizer, which was really good and a good portion... I appreciated it... For my second course, I chose a mixed grill of fish, which, however, seemed a bit modest: a langoustine, a shrimp, a slice of swordfish, and a squid, well cooked but nothing exceptional. On the other hand, the typical Salerno dessert was delicious, the real surprise of the meal. Overall, the experience was positive, but the bill seemed a bit high for what was served.

01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Lecce. I've known it for many years, and every time I go, it's always a surprise. It's one of the few that satisfies me in every way. Excellent food, excellent service, and a stunning location.

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly

14/12/2025: The usual fantastic Neapolitan welcome! The appetizers and first courses were excellent. We waited to get in, but it was worth it. By 12:45, it was packed!! Highly recommended.

29/11/2025: This is the place from equalizer 3 that Denzel sat outside of and had his tea. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing.

16/10/2025: We were staying in Amalfi, which is very touristy, and our accommodation recommended this restaurant. The walk was worth it, as the food was delicious and the service attentive. The menu offers something for everyone, whether pizza, pasta, or fish. I have to say that my pizza even made it into the top 5 in Italy in terms of taste. And then there are the delicious homemade desserts, which are highly recommended. They even have an excellent house wine, which is quite rare on this coast. The restaurant's prices are not too high, even compared to Amalfi or Positano. We rounded off the evening with a glass of limoncello on the house. And because we enjoyed it so much the first time, we returned a second time, again with positive impressions. Come and see for yourself what a great restaurant has to offer!

23/11/2025: Very disappointing place. The waiter seemed to be in hurry all the time and his behaviour was condescending. The meal with cod smelled like an old fish and something burned. Water (payed) was served without any question. Portions were very small. Nothing in common with good Italian cuisine.

04/11/2025: Awarded the Bib Gourmand 2025, Osteria Piazzetta Cattedrale is a beautiful restaurant nestled in the heart of Ostuni's historic center. The setting is charming and the service attentive. The meat dishes are particularly successful: the lamb chops are tender and full of flavor, while the perfectly grilled veal tomahawk steak rivals the finest restaurants. However, the pasta dishes—especially the lobster gnocchi and the risotto with oyster sauce—don't quite reach the same heights. Every restaurant has its strengths: here, I would definitely focus on the meat dishes.
