02/06/2025: Ho festeggiato con la famiglia sabato 31 maggio il mio compleanno. Accoglienza amichevole, servizio impeccabile,buono il cibo. Aperitivo in cantina, pranzo in giardino,tutto perfetto. Abbiamo anche pernottato,stanze nuove,pulitissime. Ottima anche la colazione. Grazie Martina,ci siamo sentiti come a casa!Ritorneremo sicuramente.

10/07/2025: I got a very mixed experience from this place on two visits of mine… after the first one I was not happy at all but the second one made up that’s why 4 stars.. for the dinner that we did as family at the place, biggest issue was the service, either they are understaffed or whatever but no one came to keep the basics on table, no breads and the food took long time, after that once we were mid way I tried to order another dish but the server never came, after calling three times, when they said they will come and then didn’t, I gave up and asked for cheque and that is when I asked about bread they said they forgot!! So got me bread AFTER the meal was done :-( also the food was very average. We still went there for the second time but this time I did a take away lunch and the chef was very kind and prepared the vegetarian pizza and pasta for us and nicely wrapped and gave it to us. Both the pizza and pesto pasta were very nice and specially the gesture of the chef.. that’s is why I bumped the rating from 3 to 4 here.

24/06/2025: June 23, 2025. The small room at the entrance is very nice, with few seats, perhaps not air conditioned and today it was very hot... they make us sit in the larger room at the back, very cool but rather anonymous. Quick and very polite service, while waiting for the first course they bring us water and wine (à la carte) and offer us an entree. For 2, we take 2 appetizers and 2 second courses. What can I say, it was all good but we expected something more, considering that they were more elaborate dishes than normal, it lacked a bit of "push" in the flavors (now that's what they say 🤪). No dessert for her, I had a green apple sorbet, good but also not exactly "full" in flavor. We still came away more than full... Prices in line with the times (not even €40 per person). I repeat, we had heard good things about it but in our opinion it disappointed our expectations a bit, the potential is definitely there. Appreciable.

05/07/2025: We started with the Panelle, really good. Then the mussels, very good! The desserts were average. The place has several seats inside and outside. The place is clean. The staff is friendly.

21/06/2025: I went to dinner with my husband, we ordered two tasting menus that guided us on a journey of Sicilian flavors of great respect. The octopus was excellent, the macaroni with sardines and also the swordfish rolls. The desserts were also surprising, namely the panna cotta with sage and the classic cannoli. The staff is kind and attentive, the room is clean and tidy even if not very appealing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good Sicilian fish

24/05/2025: Wo gehen Einheimische hin? Wo bestellen die Einwohner aus der Stadt ihre Speisen? In welchen Gerichten ist Fisch primär aber steht nicht im Vordergrund? Hier in diesem Lokal. Bodenständig, super. Netter Service, faire Preise, sehr, sehr gute Qualität. Alle Produkte sind nicht nur einfachhergestellt, sondern sie wurden mit Liebe gemacht.

25/05/2025: We booked at this pizzeria, they told us they make good pizzas, and indeed they do, even the meat is good quality... quite fast service... normal prices based on what you consume... that's fair!!

17/07/2025: So unfortunately this area is full of tourist traps with 2-3 star reviews, until I found al Chianti I was not disappointed, the staff is very friendly

14/07/2025: Tablecloth was dirty with stains and other debris. After I asked friendly and politely to change it, the waiter got curious where we are from. Receiving the answer, he declared that two people are not to be seated outside but inside. I got it as the hint to leave the place. So we moved to a different restaurant nearby. The restaurant is open on Sunday, although google info says it's closed.

04/07/2025: A lovely beachfront restaurant with delicious food and very friendly service. The chef even popped his head out of the kitchen as we were leaving to ask if we enjoyed our meal. And we did! The Carbonara della Mare was amazing!

02/07/2025: I do not recommend. We went there and they told us they will place us in the 3rd row without any explanation. We told them if we can at lest stay in the second row to see the child at the water and uninterested said no. Not friendly staff. We went at the next place and there was no problem to stay closer to the sea. It seems like there is a business interest there. If you are not in it go in other place.

24/06/2025: Nice beachfront restaurant, beautiful view, very friendly owner. Although open 24 hours, the kitchen has very limited hours. So we only had a drink. My wife wanted to use the restroom, but then decided against it for hygiene reasons.

10/07/2025: Sadly, I have to say: a complete downfall! I've known this trattoria for years, always coming at least once when I return to Naples. It was recommended to me by several friends who live here, and I've always had a great time. Unfortunately, this time, it didn't go that way! The food wasn't up to par. Tough grilled calamari, arugula and walnut salad, and an exorbitant price: a whole bunch of arugula cost just €1.50; you can't pay €6.50 with just a few walnut fragments! The grilled cod (soft and delicious but too salty) arrived after everyone else had finished eating; the house wine (decent but "house wine") was €14 a bottle, and most importantly: one diner asked if it was possible to have a trio of vegetable side dishes and was brought three whole side dishes, which resulted in a significant increase in the bill. In short: a decent but ramshackle dinner with one dish per person plus a side dish, water, and a liter of house wine for €35 per person. And all this in a traditional, popular trattoria that seems to be losing its precious authenticity amidst the onslaught of mass tourism. What a shame!

07/07/2025: We ate at Antica Trattoria da Carmine and the experience was very good, although with nuances. The food was really good: quality products, beautifully crafted flavors, and traditional Neapolitan dishes with character. A trattoria with history, and it shows. The place is cozy and full of personality, the kind of place you go to if you want something more authentic than the touristy stuff. The service was excellent, very professional, one where you know you're in good hands from the moment you sit down. 💸 Of course, the prices are a bit higher than other places in the area. The quality is good, but not necessarily much better than what you can find a 10-minute walk away for considerably less. Still, if you want to make a sure thing at a classic place, it's worth paying a little more. The only detail I didn't like was that a man came into the dining room and sang for several minutes, asking for money afterward. This may be common in Naples, but personally, it spoiled the experience a bit. In a place like this, one expects a certain tranquility. 📌 In short: good food, excellent service, and a place steeped in history. If you're into traditional Neapolitan cuisine and don't mind paying a little more, this is a safe bet.
