12/10/2025: An unforgettable culinary experience: "Da Massimo" in Collevalenza is a triumph of taste! I recently visited the "Da Massimo" restaurant in Collevalenza and I must say it was simply extraordinary! A true gem of Umbrian culinary tradition, where quality and generous portions blend seamlessly. ​Despite the dining room being completely packed, the service was incredibly fast and impeccable. Special praise goes to the staff, who are exceptionally kind and friendly, making you feel immediately at home and contributing to the cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. ​But let's get to the food... the dishes are exquisite and the portions are more than generous. We started with textbook first courses: the pappardelle with goose sauce were spectacular, with a perfect pastry and a rich, flavorful ragù. The tortellini with cream and truffle were a true delight, a symphony of delicate yet intense flavors. For the second course, we continued with equal satisfaction. The lamb offal was perfectly cooked and divinely seasoned, a rustic and authentic dish. The wild boar stew melted in the mouth, bathed in a thick, full-bodied sauce that perfectly showcased the meat. All this was accompanied by an excellent house red wine, robust and pleasant, which paired perfectly with the bold flavors of our lunch. Last but not least, the house dessert concluded this feast of flavors with a flourish, featuring fresh and delicious dishes. If you're looking for a place to eat divinely, savor authentic local cuisine in a warm atmosphere with excellent service, "Da Massimo" is the answer! Highly recommended to anyone in the area. 28/09/2025: A truly charming venue, with unique and sophisticated furnishings and wall decorations: the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a lovely evening. The only downside is that parking nearby isn't exactly easy, but once inside, you quickly forget the small inconvenience because the place is truly beautiful. The service is attentive and meticulous: the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very knowledgeable, even when it comes to wine recommendations. The menu is refined, with dishes that are never boring, and original and always well-executed pairings. From appetizers to desserts, everything we tried was excellent, as was the wine. Overall, an excellent experience, which I absolutely recommend. The only thing to keep in mind: when the place is full, it can get a bit noisy.

06/09/2025: The restaurant immediately presents itself with a charming outdoor area seating about fifteen people. Inside, the tables are well-spaced, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's never excessively noisy. What's immediately striking is the unique decor: posters on the walls, graffiti, and movie posters. The dishes on the menu are all extremely thoughtful and refined, with excellent pairings of ingredients, and the quality of the produce is outstanding. The wine list is varied and refined, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to actively recommend the best wine to pair with a meal. We gave the bill a "ten": absolutely below average for the quality of the offerings. Highly recommended.

This family-run restaurant is located in the Piazza dei Cadetti d'Italia in Fiumicino. The presentation and quality of the food are excellent! The restaurant is rustic and minimalist, but they even changed cutlery during the meal. Six of us dined. Price: €230

18/09/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant for several reasons...the location is beautiful, with a breathtaking sea view, especially in the evening and with a full moon. The manager and all the staff are extremely kind and attentive, especially in offering the best recommendations and meeting individual needs. The food is high-quality and expertly prepared. We felt truly pampered and had a wonderful evening. The price, in line with the area and the quality of the food, was €60 per person.

13/09/2025: Upon arrival, they greeted us with a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary. The location was very beautiful, our table was on the terrace and the view was breathtaking even in the evening. The staff was very professional and the food was good. I will definitely return, but during the day.

30/09/2025: Pompeo Magno a restaurant in Pompeii. It was chosen because of being listed in the AIC app and because it is away from the town centre. However, the menu had NO vegetarian dishes, apart from one option for a gluten free pizza. There were two celiac (and one is vegetarian too) and three on ordinary menu. The coeliac and vegetarian person decided for a fennel rice mini ball starter (a tiny portion for 9E) and cacio and pepe penne pasta (the pasta was way too uncooked after 25 min waiting). The person ended up eating a portion of rocket salad, which should have been offered by the owner after the client complained about the coeliac pasta being raw. The service was not welcoming for a coeliac and vegetarian. I would not return to this place ever again.

12/09/2025: Close to Negrar, on the main road, very popular spot. Seafood risotto, bistecca fiorentina, long menu list, it gets crowded for lunch and probably for dinner also. Well positioned if you stay in Negrar, or you make the winery tour arround.

16/10/2025: We absolutely loved our stay at Relais Blu! The location is just perfect — surrounded by olive trees with an incredible view of the sea and Capri Island. Every morning we had breakfast on the terrace looking at that amazing view, and it honestly felt like a dream. Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding — everything was so fresh and delicious. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Bianca and Andrea were so kind and welcoming; they really made us feel at home. It was a peaceful and unforgettable holiday — we can’t wait to come back! 🌿✨

16/10/2025: What a beautiful place! The view and the infinity pool were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and their olive oil is my favorite — I even bought two bottles to take home! The hotel is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. I already miss it and wish we had stayed longer. Bianca, Andrea, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. Definitely my new favorite vacation spot!
