This restaurant is located at the old entrance to the port. The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming. Cloth tablecloths are provided. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. The menu features a wide selection of seafood dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh and expertly cooked. The wine list is extensive. Recommended for couples, groups of friends, and business dinners. A little less so for families with young children. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate the diverse needs of all. I believe it is one of the best restaurants in Salerno, offering excellent value for money, considering it's a restaurant that prioritizes seafood.

After visiting this restaurant, I had a strong feeling that I wanted to stay in Salerno 😁 It was so delicious, large portions, fresh seafood, aromatic house wine, and surprisingly reasonable prices!! I really want to repeat it!

I dined at Porto Vecchio in Salerno and had a truly positive experience. We chose the seafood menu and were very satisfied: the ingredients were extremely fresh, the dishes were carefully prepared and cooked with great attention to flavor. The restaurant is spacious, welcoming, and very clean. Special praise goes to the staff: professional, helpful, and always friendly. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent seafood in a pleasant and well-organized setting. We'll definitely be back!

Traditional seafood cuisine. The quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of preparation make all the dishes exquisite. The attentive service and the always friendly staff make the dining experience a truly enjoyable one. Highly recommended.

As a tourist, this was a very busy, truly authentic, large, relatively modern local restaurant recommended by our AirBnB host. Note, in the evening, does not open till 7:45pm. They catered carefully for my need for gluten free food (coeliac). I was able to have gluten free spaghetti vongole which seemed like a house speciality and was delicious. The appetizers included gluten free zucchini flower!! They offered me gluten free tiramisu (!!) but I was too full. While close to the beach, it does not have views.

A welcoming and well-kept restaurant, ideal for a quiet lunch or a relaxed dinner. Friendly service, served by Antonio, who was welcoming and professional, and a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients enhanced by a balanced and tasty seafood cuisine.
