30/08/2024: So so... Average food, good service but with many inattentions. High prices for the minimal quantities they brought us. The fried fish was very, very bad!

20/07/2024: Delicious is an understatement. Went last night and it was definitely a Michelin star establishment. If you're in the area, it's a must-go. The best tiramisu I've ever had.

13/09/2024: Io, mia moglie e mia figlia siamo arrivati per cena in questo locale in centro a Bardolino guidati dalle varie recensioni. Avevamo anticipato che saremmo stati con nostra figlia neonata in passeggino/carrozzina e ci è stato riservato un tavolo che potesse permettere la vicinanza della carrozzina al tavolo senza intralciare tutta la sala e permettere sia a camerieri che clienti un passaggio agevole. Subito aperitivo di benvenuto (anche analcolico per mia moglie), acqua e pane...pochi gesti, ma mai scontati e sempre molto apprezzati da parte nostra. Abbiamo fatto l'ordine e purtroppo per noi la serata non è proseguita come voluto. Ancora prima che ci arrivassero i primi, dopo un po' di titubanza, abbiamo a malincuore deciso di lasciare il ristorante per permettere agli altri clienti di passare una bella serata che sarebbe altrimenti stata rovinata dalle urla della piccola che purtroppo era in serata "no". Abbiamo comunicato la decisione ai camerieri e al proprietario che ci ha gentilmente fatto preparare da asporto i 2 primi che avevamo ordinato (uno tonnarelli sarde e uvetta e una carbonara di lago), comprendendo la nostra situazione. La nostra cena si è conclusa quindi nella nostra camera d'albergo ed è quí il motivo dell'"... a malincuore..." scritto in precedenza: nonostante, notoriamente, l'asporto non renda mai giustizia ai primi caldi, entrambi erano veramente squisiti, equilibrati, sfiziosi e cucinati alla perfezione. Sicuramente la nostra è stata una serata un po' atipica, ciò nonostante abbiamo molto apprezzato la qualità dei piatti ma soprattutto la squisitezza del personale (che ringrazio nuovamente)

29/10/2024: A lovely evening, no reservations and everything was made possible so that we could eat with 8 people. Daily recommendation "Dorade" very good, also meat, pasta and pizza, all excellent :-)

15/10/2024: senza prenotazione ci hanno accolto con simpatia e velocità senza farci attendere! Ordinato due spaghetti allo scoglio buonissimi, quantità abbondanti e non hanno lesinato sui crostacei! Solitamente sono contro a mangiare nei ristoranti fronte lago perché il servizio non è di qualità ma qua mi sono ricreduto! Se siete a Bardolino andate assolutamente a mangiare qua!

06/12/2024: Nightmare evening. A table of uneducated parents with a gang of screaming children left to run around and disturb everyone. Waiting for the table, waiting for the food, the tables waiting while the takeaway pizzas continually come out. Place to delete

27/08/2024: Just delightful- there are a few tables outside by a quiet canal so you are away from the crowds. The food is inventive and beautifully prepared. The staff were kind. If you want wines by the glass, just ask them and they’ll help you choose good pairings- they aren’t listed on the menu. I had zucchini flowers stuffed with a fish/potato concoction and fried which were a different twist on the usual and very good. Also squid ink spaghetti- love those! Again, creative and yummy. Can’t wait to go again- hard to find good food and a pleasant setting in a tourist place like Venice. Recommend reserving which you can do through their website.

26/08/2024: The food was great, a bit more expensive that the two "€€" here would make you think, but not crazy (we paid ~40€ pax) . The location we really enjoyed since the tables outside are right near a canal with almost no traffic (of boats or people) and in the shade. Service was good too :)

03/10/2023: Many restaurants in central Verona are an insult to Italian cuisine, as the old city has become overwhelmed with tourists. This one, just about 200m the ‘wrong side’ of p. dei signori, is an exception. The food was outstanding, service impeccable. Not cheap but better value than many. We went a second time a couple of days after our first visit, and were not disappointed. The menu is less extensive than some (no fish of any kind when we went, for example, and a choice of only about 8 or 10 for each of primo and secondi) but all was extremely good. 19/08/2024: My girlfriend and I came on holiday here to Peschiera del Garda for 3 days to visit the lake and go to Gardaland. I was looking for an elegant restaurant near the lake where I could spend a nice evening with my girlfriend and I must say I got it right. The place is very very beautiful, it is located in a small house in the middle of the water, inside it is elegant but not too much and inside there is no smell of fish or cooking. To eat we had an appetizer, a first course and a dessert each, all accompanied with a wine. I must say that everything was very good and despite not being a fish lover I didn't leave anything on the plate. The total cost was €94, well deserved! I would happily go back, friendly and nice waiters!

17/08/2024: I have always snubbed it because from an aesthetic point of view it is not very inviting on the outside, however it surprised me positively because inside it is well looked after and there is a romantic and elegant atmosphere inside. Excellent food, fresh fish and expertly cooked. Worth it to enter the ranking of my ❤️ places

22/11/2024: Pizze buone, solitamente vado per quelle. Servizio cordiale e veloce, locale pulito e di consuetudine, dopo aver pagato il conto, offrono un amaro o uno sgroppino. Unico neo, ho ordinato una pizza con impasto integrale ma credo che mi sia arrivata con impasto comune

02/08/2024: Mein Mann und ich waren mit unserer 8 Monate alten Tochter in diesem Restaurant. Obwohl unsere Tochter nichts gegessen hat (wie auch, sie ist 8 Monate alt) mussten wir für sie die Gedeck-Gebühren zahlen. Unser Essen (Spagetti Bolognese & Carbonara) war nichts besonderes. 2 Punkte vergebe ich nur, weil das Personal wirklich sehr nett war.

15/08/2024: One of the best resteraunts we've ever been to, we can't believe this is such a hidden gem in Verona. We went for our 1 year wedding anniversary and were the only people in during a thunderstorm (until things calm down) - turns out this resteraunt is frequented by locals wanting a treat and it was their holiday season so double wammy. Nonetheless the waiter treated us so well, the drinks are fantastic and the food 10/10. We've had worse starters at Michelin guide and even stars. Go. It's 10/10 from atmosphere to food.

10/08/2024: Cena di coppia estiva. Abbiamo ordinato antipasto e secondi con dolce finale. Tutto davvero sublime e ricercato. Ogni forchettata aveva il suo perché. Una nota di merito particolare a Mirko il sommelier che con la sua competenza e simpatia ci ha accompagnati per tutta la cena, compreso il gin tonic finale. Sublime!
