06/10/2025: We arrived here and had lunch, a set menu, excellent cacio e pepe and spaghetti allo scoglio, excellent fried fish and Valdostana... Good value for money. The place is wheelchair accessible with assistance. The nearby street has two dedicated parking lots.

16/10/2025: For some time now, whenever we spend a day in Venice, we've tried to plan a lunchtime stop here. The restaurant is also popular with locals, which means the value for money is at least fair. The menu is extensive, but it's always worth asking what's on the daily menu, which, if you arrive early, generally offers a good variety. When we visited, we opted for monkfish with potatoes. The desserts are not to be underestimated. In our case, tiramisu and cheesecake with warm berries... As I said, we stop here at least a couple of times a year and have never been disappointed.

01/09/2025: Oh, listen, there aren't many places like this around anymore. When you discover it's the same family that's been running the place for generations, you immediately understand that here they focus on substance. They don't have a menu as long as the Via Francigena, and thank goodness for that! Just a few items, but made with all the trimmings, like they used to do in the old days. The fresh stuffed pasta is really good; you can taste the quality ingredients and the craftsmanship is right, that of someone who's been doing this job all their life. They also treat you well, with kindness and without too many frills, even if you arrive unexpectedly with a hungry table full of people. And if the weather permits, eating in the internal garden is a peace that reconciles you with the world. The bill is fair, like the food they put on your plate. A sincere place, the kind that leaves you feeling happy.

18/10/2025: Very, very small portions Jewish-style artichokes, burnt and tasteless No bigger than two fingers. TOP service and atmosphere However, I was left with a bitter taste (and a lot of hunger) in my mouth.

26/09/2025: The room was bright and airy, with a small balcony and a spotless, spotlessly clean bathroom. The staff was always friendly and helpful; we felt pampered.

20/10/2025: The best plate we had was the appetizer, a fried tormino cheese that was amazing! For main we had a ravioli filled with seabass and artichoke and a veal ragu pasta - both were ok. For dessert a tiramisu, that was really good and a tartufo ice cream that was ok. The staff was nice.

I was truly impressed by this restaurant: the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, the staff is friendly and always available, and the dishes… simply delicious! Each course is prepared with fresh, quality ingredients and presented impeccably. I especially recommend the fish dishes, a true masterpiece of flavor. Excellent value, quick and friendly service. 15/10/2025: This evening I went to the cicchetteria "All'Ombra della Piazza," in the heart of Padua. I tasted some truly delicious meatballs, available in a variety of flavors and all prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: the staff at the counter were kind, smiling, and very helpful, heating up my meatballs on the spot. A welcoming place, where you can experience the authentic flavors of Veneto and the convivial atmosphere of the city. Recommended for those who love quality and simplicity done well.

21/10/2025: We sat down at this restaurant in the evening. It's in a good location, close to the water. The service was very friendly, and the waiter even gave us a bottle of olive oil at the end. I ordered swordfish and my father ordered trout; both were delicious. The value for money is also absolutely outstanding.
