14/12/2024: Had a fantastic evening celebrating a 60th birthday, wonderful food great service in a very authentic Italian restaurant

14/12/2024: Poem for "Ristorante la greppia". Holiday period, luggage in hand and we set off from Trieste. Towards Juliet's house, to feel the lucky tit. Shortly after our arrival... oh caper... I was without accommodation!!! A dear and kind lady who wittily does not ignore us, but rather shows us the house!! Who could be his lordship, just the head of a tavern!! After markets and various wines, 2 sandwiches weren't enough!! The memory of his lordship brought us to the tavern. "Ristorante Greppia": a joy from the moment the waiter sets the table. Laughter and joy in this elegant den, where PARMIGIANA reigns queen!!! The trio of first courses delighted us and tickled our palates, we couldn't stop there: "Would you like anything else?" "YES". Onion soup, osso bucco and polenta: "Oste...La Cuenta!!" Our budget was quite limited, luckily the bill wasn't expensive. We thank Juliet the tit, who made us discover the "La Greppia" restaurant.

14/12/2024: We were guests and I shared my table with 7 other people who had the same impressions as us. I entered this place with high expectations given the name. Terrible welcome, for 10 minutes we weren't even counted and yes the owners and waiters passed by but I can also be patient about this. The venue is beautiful. Not bad food but.... everything completely without salt, taste of fish completely absent, I believe that in 2024 in restaurants of a certain size it will be impossible to find such poor quality fish.

09/12/2024: After years of frequenting the restaurant, always excellent service and food, last Sunday I have to say that we were disappointed not only by the food (which was not up to the standard of our previous visits) but also by the service, very lacking inexperienced and inattentive staff to the customer's needs, very superficial. Sin!!!!

29/08/2024: Very nice service and very well organized. That's worth a lot. Pizza standard quality, tasted good and was what we were looking for in the evening. The ambience is very nice, but the location can easily be expanded a little more on the dishes presented. It is already very much geared towards tourists. Recommended for a pizza evening

31/08/2024: The four of us were only there at lunchtime to have a drink, which was possible without any problems. We booked a table for the evening and spent wonderful hours there. Very attentive service, excellent food and very good value for money. At the end we were greeted with a handshake like old friends. Highly recommended.

21/08/2024: Was welcomed and seated very quickly. We chose to sit inside due to the heat outside, so was accomodated with the air conditioning as the humidity was blasting. Back to the food.... ordered the steak peppercorn and was cooked to perfection and delicious... ginoshed every bit of it. If your there id recommend thebdessert menu... I had the apple pie... 😉

29/11/2024: Typical inn near the lake. Traditional place, tavern atmosphere. The strong point of the menu is lake cuisine. Much appreciated. Mixed starter with very good preparations. Watch out for the thorns! The bigoli and the tench and beans are good. The service is very attentive and informal, I didn't particularly appreciate the direct view of the kitchen. The prices are high but I find them appropriate for the quality, given and considering the place in which we are located.
