01/04/2024: Historic place in Pisa, not far from the city, very convenient for parking. Very welcoming and quick to process orders. Quality pizzas, as well as the entire menu, which is very varied. Prices in line with the average for the area: appetizer, pizza, beer and dessert 25 euros each.... The only flaw, it is very chaotic if the place is full, too much... in any case we will return

25/03/2024: Nice surprise, As always when you're passing through you enter with the question...did I choose well? Yes convinced!.. the family service with a desire for professionalism makes the stop pleasant. The kitchen too! The pici with herbs (I don't remember the name) and the wild boar with aftertastes to discover are fantastic. The price... the right one... if you want to spend little forget it. The management of intolerances needs to be improved (the will is there) Well done!

27/02/2024: Bravi tutti! Il cibo molto buono. Nel gran tagliere Vasari, il crudo era delizioso! Prezzo accessibile! Il tortino, tra il tiramisù e il sorbetto era davvero e eccellente! E poi hanno trovato pure una candelina per il compleanno della mia amica! Bravi ragazzi

24/03/2024: For me, it was absolutely a very negative experience, not so much for what was on the plate but for the rudeness without even the apologies received from the staff. PS besides the tooth which still hurts, since it brings up the church, I wasn't the first to point it out but a person next to me actually remained silent but after seeing someone come out of the kitchen laughing towards we and a waiter come to the table and say I have to call the emergency room because it is making a big mess, ask the 42 people at the table if the apologies have arrived since they were all upset to see the way in which he came. after which with the ruined dinner, I left without even finishing it, we had already paid anyway. 04/04/2024: I stayed at the Airone Park Hotel in Pisa for just one night. The girl I spoke to was always very kind and friendly, immediately proving to be very helpful. The room was welcoming, clean and with all comforts. Highly recommended!

01/04/2024: Delicious spaghetti carbonnara! Pasta from the Martenelli factory in the village makes it extra special. Very friendly and good English speaking service

30/03/2024: Here I ate an exceptional Tuscan ragù! The liver croutons are also good, but for the ragù there are no words to describe its goodness. If you come to this place from Rome, remember to ask for the pasta cooked al dente, they cook it more in these parts. Excellent service, attentive to customer needs, friendly and very fast. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to eat authentic Tuscan ragù.

06/04/2024: Food was good which is surprising considering the location. However it's quite expensive for the portions and they charge extra for everything without telling you. We had to pay for the water, the bread (even if we didn't eat it) and they even charged for the ketchup. So, a decent option near the tower of Pisa but still a tourist trap.

06/04/2024: You can go there with your eyes closed. Great restaurant next to the Tower of Pisa, the service is great but especially the mama mia lasagna, incredible.

11/05/2024: Best pasta we ate during our week around Florence and not expensive at all. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is excellent. A few minutes from the Tower of Pisa (next to which the restaurants are very average...).

30/04/2024: Although the structure is not updated, the cuisine is simple and honest. Quick, courteous. The cost is also in line with the cuisine.

03/04/2024: I had dinner on Easter evening. The environment is very nice and the staff nice and friendly. Unfortunately the pizzas, not cooked in a wood oven, were not up to par: undercooked dough, at the limit of digestibility. Sin. Good coffee.

12/09/2023: I had the pleasure of staying at Podere Il Fornacino in 2015 and I have wanted to revisit ever since. I was finally able to get back in September 2023, this time with my young family in tow. There aren’t enough superlatives for this place. We stayed in the safari tent which was the very definition of ‘glamping’ - the perfect mix of luxury (with the comfortable bed, stunning linens, stand-alone bathtub, and all kitchen and bathroom mod cons) and being close to nature (with the outdoor shower nestled into an olive tree, the private hot tub and sauna with views over the rolling countryside, and the gorgeous outside deck). The setting is so peaceful and quiet and yet there are busy seaside towns and picturesque medieval villages (and more) within easy reach. Lora is an exemplary host, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble. And lastly, but by no means least, the breakfast is second to none: a buffet of sweet and savoury delights with delicious local ingredients, many grown on the grounds of the farm itself. I hope to come back, and much sooner this time.

11/08/2023: We had a great few days at fornacino. The kids loved playing with the dogs and cats especially. Lora and Marco were very friendly and the food at breakfast was delicious. We made pizzas one night too which was fun. It’s so chilled here the perfect place to escape too.

31/03/2024: We were looking for a place to eat and we were impressed by the chef and Alessandro who, with their friendliness and hospitality, convinced us to come in. We couldn't help but have made a better choice because we found exquisite and excellent quality food. The place is welcoming and characteristic. We were also served by Matteo who is undoubtedly the nicest Pisan in Pisa! . We highly recommend it! See you soon from the Sicilian family (Syracuse)

24/03/2024: Let's start by saying that we arrived at 2pm and they welcomed us super well, we had the pleasure of eating excellent dishes with the right portions, at the end they offered us some bitters. If you pass by here we recommend you take the tordelli, a must try!

23/10/2023: El restaurante se encuentra en varios salones del hotel y en un porche adjunto. El servicio es muy bueno, conocen la carta y la elaboración de los platos, y nos aconsejaron estupendamente. Tomamos de aperitivo una croqueta de jabalí, de entrante un plazo de vieiras a la plancha, de principales, pasta con pato y ternera y pasta a la trufa, y postre de chocolate con avellanas y frutos del bosque. Acompañamos con el mismo vino que nos encontramos como detalle en la habitación, Rosso del Guardia. Nos gustó especialmente la pasta de pato y ternera y el postre. Precio: 197€, acorde al servicio, calidad de los productos y entorno que ofrece.
