09/08/2026: PHOTOS TAKEN ALMOST AT THE END OF THE MEAL BECAUSE DELIVEROO DIDN'T HELP ME... ON THE CONTRARY. SO I DECIDED TO DO A REVIEW ON GOOGLE I ordered a sausage and broccoli rabe on Deliveroo with a €1 addition of porcini mushrooms. Four slices of mushrooms for €1. Almost no broccoli rabe, only on three slices, and no sausage whatsoever. For €11, you're even worse than the pizza you sent me. Shame on you! The other one was a vegetarian one (eggplant, zucchini, and peppers) with a €1 addition of baked potatoes. The whole pizza was full of frozen French fries, the peppers were missing, and the zucchini and eggplant were almost nonexistent. I'm also of southern origins, and from Bella Napoli's pizzeria, I expected a great experience, not a rip-off. NEVER ORDER TAKE-OUT PIZZAS FROM THEM. Really, I'm ashamed. If I get pissed off tomorrow, I'll call you and tell you in person, you're a mess.

07/08/2026: We are here as a family of 5 on our last night in Italy. The food was fantastic - gnocchi, ravioli, pizza and the desserts were excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and welcoming. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

30/07/2026: First of all, I've been there twice, and this was the last time. The second time, in fact, we didn't even sit down. The pizza is good, but nothing special: there are several pizzerias in Pisa that offer the same style of pizza, with similar quality. The really negative note, however, concerns the service and the staff's attitude. The first time, the waiter was clearly suffering from a cold and kept sniffling every few seconds: an unpleasant situation while dining. Furthermore, I found him to be unsympathetic and inattentive to the customers. Finally, the owner also didn't leave a good impression on me: he tries to be friendly, but personally, I found it forced and unprofessional. Overall, an experience that won't make me want to return.

04/08/2026: On holiday, went for dinner. The service wasn't very attentive and the food arrived cold. When the waiter was told on paying he said it was the air conditioning... Quite pretentious. We will not be returnining. Language barrier is obvious however the menu was given in English so there is understanding, plus the P's and Q's were local.

12/07/2026: We were here for dinner tonight. The waiter who served us was very friendly and helpful! We ate deliciously and I think we'll be back! Highly recommended restaurant! Too bad we're leaving for Rome again tomorrow. Pisa is in our hearts!

09/07/2026: Nice place with plenty of seating. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality ingredients. It's also known for its pizza, but I can't comment on that.

06/06/2026: Moise is a very local friendly restaurant. We came for lunch today and had the most delicious pizza in a long time. It’s soft but crispy with intense tomato base and nice chewy cheese. I only regret that we leave pizza tomorrow morning already so I will need to come back again!

07/08/2026: service was good, the waiters were mostly quick at getting our orders. got the impression that the boss was being quite harsh on the waiters, bossing about add causing more harm than good in my opinion, but i guess he can manage his restaurant however he sees fit. dad got the gnocchi which he enjoyed but it was a too small portion for a grown man. mum ordered ‘potato and chicken cutlet’ and she ended up being served two cutlets which were nice but a salad instead of potato. she mentioned it to she server and the server just shrugged and walked off 🫠 it was alright because i ordered chips with my burger (chips don’t come with the burger so make sure to order them on the side if you want them!) so i shared but it was a bit of a pain. ordered the smash burger from the additional menu, asked for it without mayo, and they gave it to me without mayo!! success! i liked the fine mist machines outside, they cooled us down a lot (it was like 30 degrees) when we asked for the bill, it took FOREVER!! the first time we asked i thibk they just forgot and then we asked the manager and he brought us the bill but then it turned out they charged us double (they’d put everything we ordered in twice, not sure if this is a scam or mistake but look out for it!!) so then we had to get the bill again and it was a bit of a wait but then another manager came out and got it to us quickly and was making jokes and stuff which was nice

07/08/2026: We got a burger, cannelloni and drinks and it was all really nice and great views off pisa the service was pretty quick and the manager was nice and made jokes.

06/05/2026: We went here for dinner: the setting is very nice, in a beautiful historic town. Unfortunately, the wait staff—a waiter with glasses—behaved rather unpleasantly, making it seem like we were bothering him. When it came to choosing a wine, he didn't have a wine list available; he simply pointed to a few wines from the cellar, where he only recommended overpriced Bolgheri wines, leaving us with no way to choose at our leisure. Definitely avoid the house white wine; it seems watered down. The food was average, portions small. And finally: there was extra food on the bill, a clear attempt to rip us off! When we disputed the bill, the waiter seemed offended and didn't even apologize. So, a word of advice: avoid this place and try to carefully read the reviews, especially the rather strange reactions to the negative ones. I eagerly await the response to this review ;)

24/07/2026: During my visit to Pisa, I decided to try Capodimonte Pisa and was very impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is truly friendly. I ordered a beef tagliata, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy, and flavorful. The portions were generous and accompanied by fresh, well-prepared side dishes. The wine selection is excellent, allowing you to choose the perfect pairing for your dish. I highly recommend this grill restaurant to anyone visiting Pisa who wants to enjoy an excellent meal in a pleasant setting.
