Good quality and more than enough portions to feed the kids. They put us in the basement near the cellar, so very nice and the place is also quiet. Thank you

02/04/2024: We went for dinner, we ordered two pizzas to take away because they didn't have room and they told me it would take 15 minutes, we ended up waiting 45 minutes for the pizzas, they didn't even apologize for taking so long or offer anything while we waited. The pizzas were soft in the center, with a lot of tomato sauce, they lacked cooking.

Circa 3 ore per un antipasto da autogrill e 1 primo ( pasta cotta bene ) pici al cinghiale, immaginate la peggiore salsetta da discount, alle nostre lamentele e educate domande sulla lunga attesa , la stessa ripetitiva e inaccettabile giustificazione: siete arrivati tutti insieme, abbiamo lasciato senza che arrivassero i secondi, forse è stato meglio. 12/03/2024: “Unforgettable autumn holidays at La Pieve Vecchia resort! We had a fantastic time with family and friends at this magnificent resort. The house was spotlessly clean and offered spacious rooms that gave us all enough space. Even in October we were able to enjoy the BBQ outdoors, and the large pool with numerous loungers was a real highlight. We were impressed with how clean the pool was every day. The property itself is a dream: well maintained, with a playground and tennis court, which gave our children unlimited opportunities to play. The on-site Osteria is definitely worth a visit and offers delicious food. The proximity to the beach was another plus - we were there in just 10 minutes. Overall, our stay at the La Pieve Vecchia resort was highly recommended and will be remembered for a long time. We’ll definitely be back!”

31/03/2024: We went for Easter... menu for the holiday at €50 each with water, white wine and coffee included... more than honest for the quantity of dishes and their beautiful presentation. The appetizers were delicious, the ravioli was appetizing, the fried tempura was crunchy on the outside and the squid were very soft..., the sea bass slice melted in your mouth. To conclude, a small plate with 2 delicious desserts: dark cocoa cake with a warm heart and strawberries plus a dove served with cream prepared by them. IMPECCABLE service even though the restaurant was full! Nice and nice furnishings. Absolutely an experience to repeat!!!

29/03/2024: We chose this restaurant because it was close to our accommodation and it was a very decent option. The food was homemade, tasty and with honest prices. We had some starters (which were all very good), stew with roast potatoes and pasta with fungi. The pasta was well cooked and with some Parmigiano it was very good. The restaurant is simple and, at the moment we visited, we were the only customers.

06/01/2024: Fri 5/1/2024 lunch, we arrive at 1235, a few people but no more; we have to be in Pisa by 3pm and we very kindly tell the young waiter, when ordering (only 2 crostini and two second courses) that he can tell the kitchen to start everything together immediately so as not to have any risks. he immediately responds obliquely, rudely, saying "the cooking time it takes..." (he practically refuses to do so....) he brings 2 bruschettas and crostini after 45 minutes! (1.20pm...); no attention given that we had already finished them a while ago (passed by them 10 times without ever sparing a glance); after another 40 minutes she brings only the cut to my wife and nothing to me (we had ordered another second course and 2 side dishes), she finishes and brings nothing else (neither the second course to me nor the side dishes to both of us; after another 20 minutes after she had already finished we got up (obviously!); it is not possible for a couple to bring just one thing to each other and nothing else...! I have never seen anything like it. I point out at a certain point that it is for the time limit for us, and for having eaten only 1 person after 2 hours, we want to pay and leave. the usual waiter answers askance while we are at the checkout almost cursing with extreme rudeness!! unbelievable stuff, it has never happened that a waiter behave like this with people who are right to sell...! in the past he has also been with local people. never again.

05/04/2024: Very welcoming with numerous quick and easy snacks. Tobacconist, and some gift items! Also restaurant. It is ideal, especially for breaks from the hospital, both for staff and visitors! Reasonable prices and friendly, polite staff! The snacks, pizzas, flatbreads, are excellent, it's a shame that they are missing with wholemeal and non-wholemeal bread, as it is healthier than flatbread.
