04/10/2025: Patrizia and I had dinner at Piropo. We loved the place. The staff was courteous and attentive. We decided to order two pizzas. I must say the pizza I had tonight was truly special. Perfect dough, cooked just right. The mozzarella and other ingredients in my 4 Seasons pizza were plentiful and of high quality. The draft beer was also good. A place where we can talk, without the loud music. We'll be back for lunch or dinner to enjoy one of the many first and second courses on their menu. Piropo is definitely a place worth trying.

06/10/2025: A very special Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, without exaggeration, the best pizza you will ever eat in your life. Their tiramisu is very good. The service was excellent, everyone was helpful, and I will come back more than once.

29/10/2025: We were with my family and I need to tell that we had a one of the best experience there, the cook and waitress is very friendly and knows how to handle every situation, I don’t talk about cooking, cooking was perfect, one of the best for me, but I liked that he gave some activity to my child to ease the waiting time for pizza:) because my child was so hungry and was saying every time pizza pizza, the cook came out with a smile and small peace of pizza dough and right away my baby start playing with it and stayed calm until the food came, that was really nice move from him, anyways an unforgettable experience for me, thank you!

04/12/2025: My family and I ate here for lunch for a whole week! We wanted to try the entire menu and were more and more satisfied each time. It's hard to find such kind and helpful staff, and we never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. We'd return to Pisa just to eat here again!

02/12/2025: Regardless of everything... if you go to a restaurant you can't eat pizza... if I go with a friend who wants steak and I can't have pizza... they force you to choose one thing or another... so I gave up a forced dinner... according to me it's not okay... will there be freedom of choice? No, they force you.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a rare level of helpfulness: the staff is always attentive, kind, and ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and warmth. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. The pizzas are truly exceptional: light and digestible dough, fresh and high-quality ingredients, generous and flavorful toppings. The other dishes on the menu also deserve a special mention: everything is prepared with care and passion, and it shows. A place where you feel welcomed like at home, but with the quality of impeccable cuisine. Highly recommended for those who love eating well and enjoying a pleasant experience from start to finish!

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness. They immediately brought out a bowl of water for our French bulldog, Luigi, and treated him as if he were their own. It set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had in Italy. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful inside – classic Tuscan charm with elegant stone arches, warm lighting, and tasteful décor that feels both refined and welcoming. You can tell it’s a place that takes pride in its history and hospitality. I ordered the lasagna, and it was simply perfect — rich, delicate layers, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. Honestly, it was as good as the best I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. My wife had the tagliatelle al ragù, and it was every bit a 10 out of 10 — silky fresh pasta, a sauce bursting with depth and authenticity. The service was exceptional throughout — attentive without being intrusive, and filled with genuine smiles. What made it even more special was that the owner personally followed us out as we were leaving to thank us after we told him how much we loved the meal. 07/11/2025: I stopped near the train station for a bite to eat and ended up at a pizzeria frequented by locals. The pizzas were freshly baked and smelled delicious, but the staff weren't very friendly, and the service charge wasn't cheap.
