Then you meet Brunella, who exudes a strong passion for her work, attentive to every detail and meticulous in the entire organization. All this makes your party (in my case, my wedding) a unique and special event. Thank you for everything you did for us, we couldn't have asked for more!

11/10/2025: Excellent quality and warm hospitality, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We dined as a couple on a Saturday night without a reservation, and they seated us right away. Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: Really nice place. We met for lunch during the Corchia Park open day. The organization was top notch. The food was excellent; we tried the Tordelli, a typical local dish. Everything was very good.

14/09/2025: We took a trip to enjoy the dishes at the Raffaello Hotel restaurant once again. Today, I'd say it was too salty for my taste (but only because I don't like salt too much). The service was quick and impeccable, and the staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain the ingredients in the various dishes. We had lunch on the veranda overlooking the green Versilia mountains, just a few hundred meters from the starting point for the Antro del Corchia cave. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food, and why not... perhaps even take a nice walk through the greenery.

16/10/2025: Highly recommended! A good pizzeria in the area. The pizza is fresh from the wood-fired oven and wonderfully crispy – with high-quality ingredients. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick, making you feel immediately welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. 05/11/2025: An excellent experience! The venue is charming and meticulously maintained, ideal for a special evening. The cuisine is top-notch: the rib-eye steak was simply delicious, and the pasta dish was also exquisite. The service was impeccable and professional, without a single flaw. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu.

21/11/2025: Exceptional experience, we went for dinner. The food was excellent. We chose classic pasta dishes like tordelli with ragù for starters, which were delicious; and something different, like paccheri with sausage and goat cheese, which were also delicious. But there were many other dishes on the menu. The main courses were all very good, too: fried lamb cutlets, fried chicken and rabbit, and the beef tartare; side dishes included fried artichokes, chips, and a pioppini mushroom and potato flan. For dessert, we had warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream, peach sorbet, and crème brûlée... all delicious. Generous portions, kind, friendly, and attentive staff... a family atmosphere. ...It was a lovely evening, definitely worth repeating! I highly recommend it!

27/07/2025: In a very simple setting (but with a cloth tablecloth), the menu offers a few courses that vary throughout the weeks. It's mostly fish, but also features a few meat dishes. I go there about once a year and always enjoy the well-prepared dishes, whether it's the traditional fried fish or the chef's more unusual creations. The informal but always friendly waiters make guests feel at ease.

26/10/2025: We spent a wonderful evening at this restaurant, with the new chef Sebastiano, who has revolutionized the kitchen and the dishes. The quality is extraordinary and the dishes are unique, definitely worth trying. The service is friendly and the prices are fair; the passion and dedication to the cuisine is evident in every bite. Compliments to the entire staff, and we'll definitely see you next time!

06/10/2025: We had 2 drinks mid afternoon, they were very nice, but no table cover, no napkins, no aperitivo snacks and we were charged a 6€ cover. First time anywhere in Lucca with a cover charge for having a drink, And first time having nothing else provided.

05/11/2025: I'll start by saying that this review refers to a lunch during the Lucca Comics and Games, so there are all the mitigating factors involved. We ate pizza at an inside table. The place is nice and clean, and the pizza was good. That's why I'm giving it three stars, whereas the service would be zero. I won't dwell on the inattention and the timing (both of which were present) because I understand the nature of the day. However, if there's no silverware on the table and pizzas are brought that are already cut, but not very well, it's intolerable that when we asked for silverware for everyone, the waitress, in a huff, only brought a pair that we had to share, and handed them to us as if asking had been a bother. I'll start by saying that the silverware was taken from a full basket, so it's not due to a lack of clean dishes, but rather, in my opinion, a lack of desire to deliver things that will later have to be cleaned.

03/11/2025: More than a review, I'd describe it as a survival guide, and I'll start by saying that if you want to have a nice evening after a long, tiring day, it's best to go elsewhere before losing patience and other worries. It started badly because we were a small group of six when we arrived. Despite having made a reservation, we were told we still had to queue and wait to be seated, so what's the point of booking exactly? Perhaps they're trying to squeeze in more people than they can handle just to make a profit. After all, once someone has booked, where else can they go? They're forced to stay with you. The place was huge inside, so there was absolutely no need to make a few extra bucks at the expense of some unfortunate person. You could have paid the checkout anyway. We arrived an hour later than booked. The seats outside didn't even have heating (with the amount our group spent, I assure you, you can afford an electric patio heater), and some didn't even have light. We read the menu with our phone's flashlight. When we ordered, we were told that pizzas would take 40 minutes or more, so it would be better to order something from the kitchen. Well, guess what? The table next to us, who arrived several minutes later, also ordered pizzas, and they arrived before our dishes. At least I had ordered fries (frozen, as per the menu), which arrived after 30 minutes. A friend, again for appetizers, had chicken nuggets, which arrived 15 minutes after the fries (served without sauce, by the way). I'd be embarrassed to serve them; McDonald's Nuggets are better for the price. Another funny thing was that the waiters (obviously not their fault, poor things; in fact, they were kind and helpful) kept asking us as we passed by if we had ordered that dish, because obviously they're always adding tables outside the valley to figure out the numbers, poor things. An hour later than ordered, my pasta arrived, but it was still there, and it was the only pasta available. It didn't need all this attention, at least the sauce was good. After about 10 minutes, my friends' dishes began to arrive (obviously, they didn't arrive together, there's no such luxury here). By the time the last friend's dish arrived, the others had already finished. In short, as you can see from this review, there's a lot of care and attention given to the customer. So, decide carefully where to spend your money. I'm giving one star for the beautiful view of the church. A plus for the staff, who clearly have a good understanding of where they work. Thanks for your support in this ordeal.

They welcome guests with great sensitivity and offer them the best possible accommodations and the most enjoyable dining experience from a menu that answers a wide range of questions. The family-friendly atmosphere contributes to the friendly atmosphere.
