18/02/2024: A few minutes from the city, at the Church of Santa Maria a Colle, a comfortable environment with style, a pleasant and familiar welcome. Specialties include meat-based dishes, refined without emphasis and very tasty; raw materials of great quality. Highly recommended. Ps. NOT to be confused with the restaurant recently opened in the old location of Pieve S.Stefano, which has nothing to do with the staff of the real "Lombardo"

29/03/2024: Neapolitan tourists in Lucca, we discovered this pizzeria by pure chance and we were thrilled. The pizza was even better than some Neapolitan pizzerias, simply sublime. Exceptional service, the staff were friendly, pleasant and very professional. Cozy place and excellent value for money. Recommended for all those who want to eat excellent pizza.

05/04/2024: This place is a pearl! We came for our anniversary and had a great time. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. The food is great and the experience is unique, but above all it's fun! They took us on a unique journey where it is impossible to get bored or disappointed. Highly recommended

29/03/2024: Extraordinary taste journey. We are extremely demanding vegetarians, but this was a real discovery. Each course tantalized the taste buds. We looked forward to the next course and each one didn’t disappoint. My husband has severe food allergies and he was carefully catered to. Delicious, creative food and great service. An amazing experience. Highly recommended. I owned a restaurant myself and know what goes into what they’re doing. This restaurant deserves at least one star. Impeccable.

30/03/2024: The restaurant is definitely fine dining, everything suited me here, great and surprising combinations, a lot of Asian accents on the menu. The staff speaks excellent English - which is not so obvious.

11/02/2024: Unfortunately, I hadn't been back to eat at Luis and David's for a few years, and it was a wonderful rediscovery. The environment is always splendid, intimate and warm, with attention to every detail. The cuisine is amazing and the hospitality is equally amazing. I can't wait to go back already!

29/01/2024: An unconventional restaurant where you can appreciate refined and attentive cuisine which combines flavors that are not typical of the area but which blend well with the Tuscan tradition. The owner Luis knows how to welcome and create a convivial atmosphere without excesses of protagonism and his experience acquired over years of life spent in Paris is found in the flavor of the very French setup that he has reconstructed in his restaurant. The only note is that the cost is a little over the top, although quality and service can allow us to indulge in this aspect........

01/03/2024: Cena di Venerdì sera in famiglia, di passaggio dalle compere in città. Parcheggio del ristorante un po' limitato, in una stretta traversa, bella la sala e l'apparecchiatura, servizio con gentilezza. Menù con poche portate, sempre un segnale positivo (a mio modo di vedere). Qualità dei piatti buona, tempi di attesa ridotti (eravamo anche il primo tavolo della serata, essendo arrivati prima delle 20:00). Prezzi in generale decisamente troppo alti in relazione ai contenuti, pur a fronte della già citata buona qualità: stona, in particolare, il filetto di manzo con patate arrosto a 25€ (peraltro eccellente). In tutto, con 2 antipasti di mare, 2 primi di mare, 1 secondo di mare, il famigerato filetto, 2 contorni, 1 calice di prosecco, 2 bottiglie d'acqua minerale e 2 caffè abbiamo speso 134 €. Se il conto fosse stato vicino ai 100€, sarebbe stato decisamente più equilibrato rispetto all'offerta.

25/10/2023: The pearl of Villa Martha's - restaurant! Perfect service, pleasant atmosphere, very cozy and romantic place. Exquisite dishes, beautiful presentation and reasonable prices. One minus was the long wait for the main dishes. Although all this did not spoil the mood.

05/04/2024: Really good! Small restaurant in the center of Lucca. Chef Gabriele and his wife Giulia welcome customers in a friendly and competent way. Very good dishes with a touch of particularity that are now difficult to find and certainly of quality! We stayed with friends and we will definitely return as soon as possible.

02/04/2024: We ate for lunch on a Sunday, there was only 1 table with 6 people. The food was not of quality and we paid too much!! Desserts €8 each!! I don't recommend it

31/03/2024: Convivial place, typical family atmosphere and extreme kindness. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and it was all uphill from there. The rosticciana was delicious as were the desserts, homemade (and I know you can tell by the flavour)... It's so worth it.

01/04/2024: Fantastic experience, very fast and very smart staff. The dishes were exceptional. Truly recommended for a typical lunch in an informal setting.
