06/02/2026: My wife and I had lunch at this small restaurant in Pietrasanta during a visit to the town. Bar a Vins is a very small restaurant whose strong points are its excellent cuisine, the owner's exceptional kindness, and the intimate atmosphere. The menu features both traditional Tuscan-Versilian dishes and specialty items depending on availability. We opted for the excellent cod with chickpeas and Chianti tuna. The final price was in line with expectations.

27/04/2026: We ate here last night and it was the best food we've had in Italy this holiday, which is saying something as the quality of the food here is excellent. The staff are very hospitable and speak excellent English. The chef appeared a number of times to speak to guests. We enjoyed our experience here so much that, despite many good options, we came back again tonight.

21/04/2026: As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a strong citrus aroma. You can enjoy exceptional brioches, coffee, and gelato. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you're passing through Salerno, you absolutely must stop by this place. I highly recommend it.

26/03/2026: A family trip out of town for my wife's birthday. Since it was low season and we didn't have a reservation, we went a bit by feeling, as we often do, and found this cute place. We had a great time; the pizza and entrees were delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I read that the place offers jazz evenings, and that piqued my interest. It would be nice to return to try this experience. If we're ever in town again, we'll definitely stop by.

01/03/2026: Starting with the very welcoming and comfortable venue, my partner and I had a great time. The service was warm and the dishes were truly exquisite. Furthermore, the staff described the dishes in detail. (We each chose an appetizer, a first course, a dessert, and a glass of still water.) We were passing through on a trip, and it was an excellent stop. We recommend it; good value for money. Absolutely.

The first course was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the second course, which I thought was the restaurant's strong point. I can't give a definitive review because mistakes are always allowed, especially when you trust the management.

Very nice, well-kept, and tidy, with a clientele that's certainly not working-class. After all, we're in Versilia. As for the rest, the tordelli with sauce were galactic. World-class. Delicious. I could have eaten a bucket of them. After a first course like this, my expectations were high, but instead the rotisserie didn't blow me away. The chicken wasn't tasty, and the rabbit and guinea fowl weren't top-notch either. Anonymous: Definitely a bad order, it can happen. The goat, on the other hand, was pleasant. Friends at other tables, however, ate excellent pigeon, which makes me lean towards 4 stars anyway. A special mention goes to the waiter, friendly and professional but dressed too well 😉... it's a sign of the times.

13/04/2026: We had a truly positive experience at this trattoria, which was recommended to us by a friend and fully met our expectations. The value for money is excellent. The meat is of high quality and cooked to perfection: the venison and pigeon are very good, unusual dishes but truly well executed. The tordelli with duck sauce are also excellent, rich in flavor and well-balanced. The wine cellar is truly well-stocked, with a wide selection of wines. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint, with multiple rooms creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ample parking is also very convenient. Friendly and attentive service. We'll definitely be back! 👏👏👏

13/04/2026: The restaurant was full, but there was only one waitress, who had to bring the dishes, take the orders, count the bills, and clear the tables. Poor thing, it wasn't her fault. Service was obviously incredibly slow. The food quality doesn't justify the price. It's a historic trattoria, but the previous management probably made its mark. The current owner is probably the one who used to sit with friends, come into the kitchen, take the dishes, and serve the wine, just as if it were his own home—who knows? A place for tourists, in short.

11/04/2026: It was a delightful discovery. The staff were warmly welcomed in a tidy and functional family atmosphere. For dinner, we relied on Enrica, who suggested the chef's specialties. We didn't regret it and will definitely return, as we were satisfied with everything. Thank you all, you're a great team. Congratulations!
