Very attentive and precise service, and the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming.
The dishes are excellent, both in terms of presentation and taste, and absolutely worth trying.
Reservations recommended.
05/04/2026: The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our little girl. Good service, excellent food. The sea bass was truly spectacular.

11/01/2026: Without a reservation, drawn only by the elegant ambience, we entered for a couples' dinner at a place you'd recommend to any true friend. The manager (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't ask) was attentive, welcoming, and empathetic, bordering on embarrassing for a skeptical Genoese like myself. Pumpkin tortelli 10, ravioli lucchesi 10, duck breast 10... if there had been room left in my stomach, I can imagine what the desserts would have been like. Catering, and indeed any profession in general, should always be conducted according to these pillars of passion, courtesy, and dedication. Congratulations, Marco & Eva

18/03/2026: What can I say? It's a small but welcoming place, a bit like being at home, with quality materials and excellent professional preparation. The service was a bit cold, almost annoyed.
It's true that the Garfagnana area is different from the Versilia area, but I knew that in Garfagnana, people are very friendly, and instead we encountered cold behavior, almost annoyed by our presence.
Three well-mannered teenagers and five adults traveling for a match.
Other than that, I recommend it for the food and the tranquility, but it's best to make a reservation given the limited seating.

17/03/2026: Good traditional restaurant. Loved the decor, like stepping into a 1915 inn. Open at lunch! Which I love :) Not too many items on the menu, but vegetarian options are present. My party had lamb, carpaccio, tortellini, bietola and chickpeas, all quite nice. Carpaccio was best, good quality. Prices are a bit on the high side. All in all, nice ambiance and attentive service (a careful young waitress was attending on us, but I must also say that the restaurant was almost empy, maybe because it was a tuesday at lunch).
04/03/2026: Yesterday I had lunch with friends at Tambellini, we had a great time, the food was delicious, as was the service, the staff and even the atmosphere, which was very well looked after down to the smallest details, you have to try it because it's worth it.

07/01/2026: A small restaurant/wine bar in the historic center of Pietrasanta, with limited indoor seating and a few seats outside. The decor is elegant, vintage, and very personalized. The service is attentive and informal. The wine cellar is extensive and excellent, and the cuisine is exquisite, using quality ingredients. The quality/price ratio is medium-high. Reservations are recommended, and pets are welcome outside as space inside is very limited.

09/02/2026: The quality of the menu is inconsistent. The sea bass, for example, was very good, perfectly cooked, while the cutlet was very dark; the oil clearly hadn't been changed in a while.
I think the side dishes were expensive, especially considering the small portions. Along with the sea bass (which was only half a piece), the order included a portion of mixed vegetables that cost €7, which probably included a medium-sized pepper and half an eggplant. For €7, in short...
The service is quite fast.

10/10/2025: Really nice place. We met for lunch during the Corchia Park open day. The organization was top notch. The food was excellent; we tried the Tordelli, a typical local dish. Everything was very good.
14/09/2025: We took a trip to enjoy the dishes at the Raffaello Hotel restaurant once again. Today, I'd say it was too salty for my taste (but only because I don't like salt too much).
The service was quick and impeccable, and the staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain the ingredients in the various dishes.
We had lunch on the veranda overlooking the green Versilia mountains, just a few hundred meters from the starting point for the Antro del Corchia cave.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food, and why not... perhaps even take a nice walk through the greenery.
