27/05/2025: We know that the chef we liked is no longer there, our experience refers to a long time ago. We have not been back since then - We tried the restaurant and we liked it very much. A beautiful atmosphere and a friendly and attentive service. We were welcomed with a smile and kindness. It is not the typical Garfagnana menu, the chef skillfully uses local products combining them creatively with spices and aromatic herbs. You must try the pappardelle all’ortica with fresh trout, dill and chilli. Finally a menu that also has vegetarian dishes!

12/07/2025: Entriamo nel ristorante e veniamo accolti, come a casa, servizio molti veloce e persone cordiali e simpatiche, cibo buonissimo, molto consigliato.

27/06/2025: Locale e terrazza adiacente con panorama su Massaciuccoli molto suggestivi, altrettanto quanto i piatti proposti in carta. Lo stile e' vintage/romantico . Il servizio ,nonostante il livello del ristorante, e' come dicono i giovani,friendly o come dicono dalle nostre parti "sportivo" ,ma con garbo. Abbiamo assaggiato varie portate, tutte molto ben eseguite e curate . Fois gras " Fotonico" citando un aggettivo spesso usato da un nostro amico e commensale. Tagliatelle al coniglio ottime,Maialino morbido e saporito. Nota di merito ,le portate non sono assaggini da farti rimanere la voglia,ma porzioni piu' che dignitose. Carta dei vini ampia sui rossi in particolare toscani, misurata sui bianchi in quanto meno indicati per proposte di terra. Prezzi in linea col target e la zona. Lo consigliere per serate speciali di coppie o festeggiamenti per eventi familiari, non certamente per tavolate per festeggiamenti post vittorie champions league(Ogni allusione e' puramente casuale)

29/07/2025: Ugone è un posto che conquista dal primo momento: intimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. È il locale ideale per ogni occasione: una serata tra amici, un’apericena ricca di gusto o un momento speciale in coppia per scoprire cocktail sorprendenti. I cocktail sono semplicemente fantastici: creativi, bilanciati alla perfezione e serviti con una cura che si percepisce subito. Ogni sorso è un’esperienza nuova! Il personale è davvero eccezionale: attento, disponibile e sempre pronto a consigliare al meglio, senza mai essere invadente. Ti fanno sentire seguito e coccolato, come se fossi a casa. È un ambiente giovane e frizzante, ma allo stesso tempo elegante: ci sono stata con amici, con il partner e persino con i miei genitori… e ogni volta è stato un successo! Tutti si sono sentiti a proprio agio e hanno adorato il posto. In poche parole: bello, bello. Ugone è un locale che resta nel cuore. Se non ci siete ancora stati, vi state perdendo qualcosa di unico.

29/07/2025: Siamo stati da Ugone e devo dire che è stato davvero speciale. L’ambiente è intimo, curato e accogliente, perfetto sia per una serata romantica che per un momento di relax con amici. Ogni dettaglio è studiato per farti sentire a tuo agio, con luci soffuse e un’atmosfera unica. I cocktail sono straordinari, creativi e bilanciati alla perfezione: si percepisce la passione e la competenza in ogni sorso. È il posto ideale per chi ama provare qualcosa di diverso e lasciarsi sorprendere. Il personale è fantastico: gentile, attento e sempre pronto a consigliare il drink giusto o la combinazione migliore. Ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati per tutta la serata. È stata una scelta perfetta per noi due: un luogo che unisce eleganza, gusto e convivialità. Se volete vivere un’esperienza davvero bella, Ugone è assolutamente da provare!

15/08/2025: I ordered sea bass with vegetables. I waited a long time (7:00 p.m.). The fish was mediocre. The vegetables were forgettable: lots of potatoes, very few grated carrots, and olives. When I order vegetables, I don't mean potatoes.

14/08/2025: On August 14th, my family and I went to this place. When we pointed out that we had a special deal with a hotel, the owner refused to offer the discount, appearing rude and unprofessional.

21/07/2025: Darei 5 stelle a questo locale perchè è il mio preferito a livello di cibo ,colazioni, prodotti senza glutine ecc Ma purtroppo il personale è davvero scortese ed è una cosa che sento dire spesso. Maleducazione ai massimi livelli Il mio consiglio è quello di curare di piu questo aspetto perchè a volte la qualità del prodotto non basta!

23/07/2025: The food was good, the place was nice. The waitress was really unwelcoming, and actually, her manners were really unpleasant. We didn't have a bad meal. Would I go back? No. There are better places in that area.

21/07/2025: Excellent food at good prices. The atmosphere seems a bit formal; we were with two children, but the staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease right away. The meat tordelli were truly special.

24/07/2025: Siamo statuses of the Antico Uliveto a Querceta, per dieci giorni a partire dal 5 luglio. Abbiamo alloggiato the piano superiore in a spacious apartment with three camere da letto, due bagni, a soggiorno, a kitchen and a grande terrazza. L’Antico Uliveto is a ristorante that offers cucina Italiana raffinata di livello stellato. Accanto, always in a suggestive world with alberi secolari (alcuni hanno oltre 300 anni) della varietà Quercetano, si trova il Pozzetto Chill Out, a bar all'aperto with snack sfiziosi, cocktail, ottimi wine e altre bevande - with musica dal vivo orgni venerdì sera. The apartment is arranged in Italian style: simple, functional. Come già segnalato in oldre reviews, the edificio si trova direttamente sulla strada, quindi nella camera da letto principale al mattino (verso le 6:00) può eaterci a po’ di rumore. Per il resto, it is still perfect in order. The package is completely attrezzato, pulito alla perfect when nostro arrivo, with letti già pronti e asciugamani sufficienti nei due bagni per quattro persone. The connection to Wi-Fi is free (fondamentale per i nostri ragazzi!) and a comodo parcheggio tra gli ulivi. During the night the cancellation of the ingress is possible, with the car in safety. It arrives with the new machine, but it also has the ideal position for school trips to Pisa, Livorno or Firenze. Le Spiagge di Forte dei Marmi is about 1 minute away in the car: it is possible to have several ombrelloni and lettini presso uno dei numerosi bagni. Alternatively, you can see the other side of Carrara and access a public spiagin. The padrona di casa, Cristina, is a very gentle and attentive person, who is available to her children - also comes from her staff (and salutes affettuoso to Nicola!). Ci siamo sentiti semper ben accolti e a nostro agio. Se torneremo in zona, non Mancheremo di fare di nuovo tappa all'Antico Uliveto da Cristina. We stayed at the Antico Uliveto in Querceta for ten days starting on July 5th. We rented a spacious apartment on the upper floor – with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large terrace. The Antico Uliveto itself is a restaurant serving fine Italian cuisine at Michelin-star level. Directly adjacent, in the idyllic olive grove, some of which are over 300 years old, is the open-air bar Il Pozzetto Chill Out. It serves delicious snacks, cocktails, good wines, and other drinks – often accompanied by live music on Friday evenings. The apartment's furnishings are typically Italian: simple but functional. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is directly on a road – so it can get a bit noisy in the master bedroom from around 6 a.m. onwards. Otherwise, everything you need was there. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean upon our arrival. All beds were freshly made, and both bathrooms had enough bath and hand towels for four people. Free Wi-Fi (important for our boys!) is available, as is ample parking among the olive trees. The entrance gate is closed at night to ensure the car is safely parked. Since we arrived with our own car, the location was ideal for us: a perfect starting point for day trips to Pisa, Livorno, or Florence. The beach at Forte dei Marmi is only about ten minutes away – you can rent loungers and umbrellas at one of the many beach resorts there. Alternatively, you can continue towards Carrara to one of the public beaches. The hostess Christina is exceptionally warm and always strives to be there for her guests – the same goes for her entire team (best wishes to Nicola!). We felt completely at home and well looked after. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by Christina's Antico Uliveto.

Non ci siamo concentrati sui primi, che, però, sono sicura che meritano: abbiamo provato la tartare come antipasto (tra l'altro servita con maionese fatta in casa) ed era davvero incredibile! Poi abbiamo preso una fiorentina, servita con un contorno a scelta tra quelli proposti e, devo dire, ottima! Materie prime bene selezionate e sanno lavorarle a modo! Nota di merita per la buonissima focaccia che servono insieme al pane, suppongo fatta in casa!

25/04/2025: On the recommendation of a bartender we went to this restaurant. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Photonic food, the truly special beef tartare is to be recommended. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Excellent range of wines to accompany the meal. We were also lucky enough to meet some wonderful people who made it a special evening. Thank you so much. 03/08/2025: I give it 5 stars because the menu is well-stocked and the food is excellent. You can tell the fish is fresh and the fried food is delicious. The service was excellent, and I especially appreciated Claudio's friendliness.

26/07/2025: Unfortunately, it's become a tourist hotspot, meaning you eat little, mediocre food, and spend astronomical amounts. A 4 for the atmosphere, Pietrasanta is always a gem. From next time, I'll enjoy it in a restaurant that cares about the customer. Service is provided by experienced young men and women, fresh out of hotel school, without an experienced mentor to guide them. This is our last time back, a real shame. Good luck!

26/07/2025: Pedí el pescado amberjack y mi marido pidió la codorniz, ambos con patatas gratinadas. Mi pescado fue asado a la perfección y cubierto con una increíble salsa de pistacho. Y la codorniz de mi marido tenía un sabor maravilloso. Una de las MEJORES comidas que hemos tenido.
