12/09/2025: My partner and I took a tour of Garfagnana and stopped here for lunch: an excellent choice! We started with a delicious appetizer, including truly incredible fried porcini mushrooms—perfect frying, 10 out of 10. Next, we had farro soup and tagliatelle with mushrooms, both very tasty and well-prepared. But what made the experience even more special was the lady who served us: extremely kind, friendly, and passionate. When I told her how much I enjoyed the savory tart on the platter, she brought me another piece... on their behalf! An authentic place, excellent value, and a truly unique welcome. Highly recommended; it's exactly what you expect (and hope) to find in such a beautiful area!

26/09/2025: Interesting place. It seems frozen in time. The food was definitely good, even if it didn't wow me; for example, I would have avoided the little bit of cream in the mushroom starter. The price was fair.

13/08/2025: Very very slow service. I got there at 7:30 and a simple pasta arrive 1h 15 mins later with a green salad. I mean don’t even want to talk about the unfriendly service. I much preferred Osteria Dritta right across. Being a server is a profession, they clearly don’t know how to host & serve.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. Service was slow and unprofessional – we waited 40 minutes for bread after they brought olive oil to the table. The servers spoke poor English and seemed disorganized throughout the evening. The red wine was served cold, which in Italy is surprising and simply wrong. Italians should know better. The food itself was no better: the bresaola was tough, the Parmesan on the carpaccio was hard and tasteless, and overall the quality was far below expectations. On top of that, the waiting times were extremely long, making the whole experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. I cannot recommend this restaurant – both the service and food were of poor quality.

21/09/2025: An excellent location for a superb multi-course dinner. Prices are reasonable and justifiable. Due to its unique location, it's not overcrowded with tourists. A special feature is the excellent selection of Tuscan wines.

07/09/2025: Very nice location, with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Panoramic views of Lake Massaciuccoli. Good food. Friendly and courteous staff, both the owners and a young woman. Small private parking lot.

21/08/2025: What a magical world! Beyond the kindness and gentle welcome, we are in a place full of art and food for the eyes and the palate! One of those rare places that deserves to be protected!

07/08/2025: We had a great evening! We sat in the beautiful courtyard/barn, and the food was excellent. We had local tortelli, linguine(zucchini and lemon), milanese. For dessert tiramisu and strudel — everything tasted delicious. Definitely recommend. The menu was handwritten in Italian, but the waiter offered to translate it for us. He was a bit grumpy but also kind of funny — we couldn’t quite tell if he liked having us there or was relieved when we left! :)

03/10/2025: Takeout was easy after a quick phone call. We had pizza and pasta, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly, and communication in English wasn't a problem either. The atmosphere is lovely :)

22/09/2025: The restaurant is open year-round. Special events are available here. The food is delicious, with attention to detail. The house wine is also delicious. The prices are truly attractive. The Polish waitress carries the entire service on her shoulders! Exceptionally friendly and professional. We'll gladly return for a good dinner 🙂

27/08/2025: The classic place for an aperitif or after dinner drink, the service is a bit cold, they give you the table and throw a QR code on the table and good night even when they came to bring drinks the way they asked you to make the payment immediately was not the nicest, being in the profession it seems a bit strange to me for a place on Marina di Pietrasanta

21/08/2025: Very well-maintained place Parking is difficult Very beautiful and good cocktails, but serving the Moscow mussel in a glass is hard to see. The platters are good, but very small; the photos are deceiving.

20/07/2025: The cuisine is truly excellent; the way they prepare fish all'isolana is superior to the average in Versilia, even in higher-end restaurants. The vegetables that accompany the fish are perfect. The staff has a rare delicacy in a tourist area where, unfortunately, everything is almost industrially produced.
