21/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo con amici, eravamo di passaggio, abbiamo mangiato primo e secondo molto buono, prezzi giusti nella media per la qualità trovata, titolari e staff simpatici. Consiglio i Tortelli a ragù come primo e stufato di manzo. Grazie mille.

19/05/2025: Ambiente semplice ma accogliente. Cucina locale con piatti molto curati. Particolarmente gradita "la ciccia dell'oste" ed un filetto tenerissimo. Non curatevi dei cartelli esposti, sono umoristici, il titolare è molto gentile e simpatico così come sua figlia. Non si mangia solo, è un'esperienza.

18/05/2025: We were here in 4, motorcyclists from various parts of Italy on a quiet evening, even though it was 9.30 pm and many restaurants did not let us eat here we not only fed ourselves but had fun and learned about culture, the owner is one of the few restaurateurs who still today embraces classic catering where at the table you enjoy flavors and sharing. There are fewer and fewer places like this, thanks again for the splendid evening. Regarding the food, impeccable, the superb wine recommended with great experience. A great surprise also the bill, more than honest.

24/05/2025: For once a good choice. Reasonable menu with reasonable prices. It is not always clear what you get. The soup, for example, was not soup at all, but a kind of stew with all sorts of things. I would certainly not order that again. Some menu choices are therefore difficult to interpret. The food (pasta, meat, plate with meat and sausage types, potatoes and salad) was otherwise reasonable to good. The service is friendly. It was reasonably busy. The interior is not very special.

29/04/2025: Vintage place, with very attentive and kind staff without being intrusive. The vegetable pie and the pizza are excellent, large and tasty. Try the Chianciano cake, a local specialty: sponge cake soaked in almond liqueur and custard.

We highly recommend it and would love to return. The fish dishes are top-notch, and the host's wine recommendations are excellent. Thank you for a wonderful evening on our last day in Lucca. 03/06/2025: Located in one of the main walking streets of Lucca, a few steps from the main attractions, this restaurant captures the attention for its homely and authentic flavor and the friendly welcome of the owner. I had lunch in the outdoor terrace, choosing spaghetti with ragù that I found good and tasty, a portion not so abundant but still normal; all accompanied by bread and focaccia of various types, an aspect that I appreciated very much. Excellent service: the very kind and smiling waiter was always very attentive to ensure that everything was going well. A good place to savor authenticity in a family atmosphere.

17/05/2025: Non posso dare zero, altrimenti l'avrei fatto. Mi preoccupo di disdire telefonicamente un tavolo prenotato per 6 persone. Vengo anche rimproverato dalla proprietaria per averlo fatto con poco preavviso, a questo rispondo di aver già fatto una chiamata nel primo pomeriggio ma che erano chiusi. Non contenta ha ribattuto nuovamente. Le consiglio un bel trasferimento di chiamata per essere reperibile a tutte le ore se le danno fastidio queste situazioni, ma il problema della signora è che sembra le procurano proprio fastidio i clienti in generale. Quello che è sicuro è che non ci sarà una prossima volta

03/05/2025: Era tanto tempo che non tornavamo a mangiare una buona pizza, ieri sera siamo stati fortunati e trovati 3 posti. Pizza sempre ottima, personale gentilissimo, veloce e sempre con il sorriso. Quando in zona torneremo senza ombra di dubbio.

09/05/2025: Super beautifully located pizzeria with delicious food and very good service! There are also many gluten-free alternatives, pizza and pasta. Unfortunately only 4 stars because the gluten-free dough of the pizzas is reminiscent of ready-made dough and therefore does not justify the additional charge of €5.

19/05/2025: We had my daughter's first communion lunch there and it was a great success. Excellent food, very efficient, helpful and friendly service and more than adequate prices. The location right on the beach then, gives that extra touch that gives this restaurant the gold medal! Really highly recommended. We will definitely return on other occasions. Thanks to everyone

13/05/2025: Historic restaurant present in Prato for many years, it served typical cuisine. Since 2018, it has changed management with a cuisine that is always traditional but renewed and enhanced, as well as fine foreign meats. Excellent crispy and dry fried courgette flowers, not to mention the artichokes... truly excellent. The white ragù is also excellent, the celery Prato style is good, the duck breast with orange is truly excellent. Excellent presentation and excellent taste. The house wine is also an excellent accompaniment.
