24/11/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday here. Everything was perfect! The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious. The service was perfect. Giulia was very nice and gave great advice, even on the menu. I'll definitely be back and I recommend it 100%!!

20/11/2025: A cozy and welcoming place, with friendly staff and excellent food. I had lunch with a friend and we ordered the same appetizer, consisting of lightly toasted crostini topped with porcini mushrooms and provola cheese; a true delight. For my first course, I enjoyed a delicate and flavorful purple cabbage risotto. My friend ordered pappardelle with wild boar sauce, which she also found to be perfect. The portions are generous and very satisfying.

25/12/2025: Modest food, reasonable prices. The staff was a bit inexperienced and sloppy; when I asked about the contents of the recipes, they couldn't even give me an answer about the ingredients. Not knowing what you're serving is unacceptable. At one point, I dropped a silverware and the waiter took over 10 minutes to arrive with a replacement. I had already stolen one from another table. The same thing happened with the bottle of water, which ran out after a quarter of an hour.

29/08/2025: Perfect location with a small parking lot, a very welcoming outdoor area surrounded by greenery, and a cuisine with many dishes and a great variety, very tasty! Highly recommended, it puts you in a good mood.

22/03/2026: Today, after a volleyball game, 30 of us went for lunch. There was no set menu, so everyone chose what they wanted. The food was excellent! The "fantastic" restaurant owner and his assistants were super quick and patient with our requests. Everything was super!

24/01/2026: The pasta is excellent along with the octopus. Large and fresh and grilled to perfection. Didn’t make a reservation but they happily accepted us at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Great service everything very fast also the sparkling white house wine was very good flavour and quality. Definitely would eat here again if I am in the area.

21/11/2025: It's a favorite place, but unfortunately, on the last three occasions, something has gone wrong. Once the ravioli were very salty, once the tagliolini were loose, once the seafood was watery. I assume something has changed in the kitchen. My rating isn't negative, but I hope you'll soon return to your "recent" glories. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful and characteristic restaurant in Viareggio.

16/03/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas, a Margherita and a marinara with porcini mushrooms. The pizzas were really small, and the marinara only had mushrooms on a third of the pizza, and we spent €17!
I appreciate thin-crust pizzas, but these were really too small and poorly made. They'd be better off reviewing the prices or the quality of the product (I even took a photo, but they won't let me publish it).
27/02/2026: Very good pizza, especially for those who prefer thin crust. Quality ingredients. My only complaint is the excessive price: paying €10.50 for a Margherita pizza is truly unsustainable and unaffordable.

15/02/2026: We simply stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around Tirrenia. We decided to have lunch here, and it was our best choice! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the quality of the food.
We were very satisfied and will definitely be back to try other dishes!

19/03/2026: Nice restaurant close to the entrance of Funicolare to Certaldo Aldo.
Reasonable prices and good food. Pappardelle and Pici were excellent. Very friendly lady serving us and we felt welcomed. When we were there no tourists just local guests which is usually a good sign.
15/02/2026: A restaurant in the main square of Certaldo Basso! Very cute both inside and out! The staff was very attentive and courteous! We came for both lunch and dinner! We were truly satisfied! Everything was delicious and even better! I highly recommend it if you happen to be in Certaldo!
P.S.: The nice thing is that they welcomed us even though we had two dogs; the waitress came right over with a bowl of water for the dogs!
It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars! I would have given it at least double.

06/02/2026: We discovered Bar Restaurant Boboli this past fall while in San Gimignano. It’s a lovely, casual, friendly lunch spot with fresh, delicious food that felt simple and perfectly done. We enjoyed a pizza and a really yummy salad. A perfect stop while exploring the town. 🍕🥗🥐😍🇮🇹
