14/03/2025: The pizzas were amazing! The local specialty (Cecina) was an unexpected bonus (definitely recommend trying it, it was great!).

09/03/2025: Pizza based on foccacia. Interesting, but I prefer the classic pick. This one reminded me of the taste of my own baked goods when I was just learning to bake pizza at home 😉 Nice staff, but they really have pressure to serve as many guests as possible, so if you slow down with food, they will approach you and ask if they can pack it for you to go 😂 They had beautiful mirrors everywhere which added to the space. Everything was perfectly polished. 👌

05/04/2025: I was recently in Florence for work, for lunch my colleagues showed me this pizzeria/restaurant, a short distance (10 minutes) from the Florence SMN station, a stone's throw from the Fortress. The atmosphere is good, the staff at the tables are good and helpful, the owners are friendly, the dishes are good. Difficult to find parking.

06/04/2025: We went to Gatto Nero for a birthday lunch, it was really delicious! The tordelli of the excellent cook Margherita are highly recommended! Even our 2 year old daughter really enjoyed lunch and felt welcome!

Soups and second courses Steaks wild boar, veal, pork chicken etc. Etc. excellent wine, oil and liqueurs of own production excellent prices fabulous food and much kindness and hospitality. There are also several rooms for overnight stays in the middle of nature..

09/02/2025: Abbiamo trovato un locale piccolo ma delizioso, carino, accogliente, ricavato in una struttura caratteristica nel pieno centro storico dell' incantevole borgo di Cortona. Personale attento e scrupoloso, servizio rapido ed attento, menù essenziale, ma decisamente completo con un'offerta che dalla tradizione toscana giunge alla pizza passando per varie tipologie di hamburger. Piatti appetitosi, presentati in due sale con arredamento essenziale ma caratteristico. Lo consiglio vivamente! Ristorante promosso a pieni voti con lode. Ci ritornerò alla prima occasione utile.

07/02/2025: We have eaten here now three times and plan to once more before we leave. We just ate a meal in which we all smiled and sighed our way through each course. Of particular note: the sublime chicken aji and beef empanadas (antipasti); the fried pork tacos; and the sliced beef with rosemary (secondi). We also felt so warmly and graciously tended to by our waiter. What a happy experience altogether!

Avevo chiesto di fare una foresta nera e siamo rimasti letteralmente stupiti dalla bellezza e dalla bontà della torta che hanno realizzato, meglio di qualsiasi pasticceria. Personale sempre cordiale e molto professionale, pizza eccellente. Straconsigliato sempre ❤️Grazie e a presto!

04/03/2025: El lugar en sí no es espectacular - es el restaurante al lado de un campo de deportes, después de todo. Pero la comida era sorprendentemente sabrosa! Particularmente disfruté el especial del día, un filete mignon en una salsa de pimiento verde con alcachofas fritas - con sus papas al horno. La carne era de excelente calidad y muy bien preparada. La salsa estaba realmente sabrosa, las alcachofas funcionaban bien con ese combo y las patatas eran mejores que muchas patatas que he tenido en Italia hasta ahora (ok, Italia y patatas es un poco de un problema de todos modos pero eso puede ser el alemán en mí : - ) )

The menu and the menu of the day satisfied us greatly with dishes of the highest quality and very delicious... 01/03/2025: Siamo stati in questa pizzeria per un compleanno infrasettimanale. Il locale si presenta abbastanza grande e accogliente il personale gentile. Abbiamo ordinato principalmente pizza ma non è mancato secondi e antipasti. Tutto buono e sicuramente da tornare.

30/03/2025: Very nice place with a view of Santa Croce. We had dinner with a pinza and some beef slices that were nothing short of exquisite!!!! The wines are exceptional. The staff is very kind, helpful and competent in every respect. In particular, we had the pleasure of being served by Valeria, whom we sincerely thank for her professionalism and the passion she puts into doing her job.

22/03/2025: Note of merit certainly for the crostoni with ragù and parmesan and for the pici with Cinta Senese ragù. The meatballs and baked potatoes are also good. Helpful and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

26/02/2025: Very kind and very fast staff. Good sandwiches and focaccias, but also a wide choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes. Seating is available both outside and in an internal room.
