21/09/2025: We've been for both lunch and dinner; it's been a regular stop for years every time we come to Vada. Marco Vallini and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful, efficient, professional, and passionate about their work. I highly recommend it.

18/11/2025: We ate here on November 14th. The location is very charming and is the highlight. Our steak, tough in some places, made me think it wasn't a first-rate choice, but overall it was very decent. The wine list was a bit disappointing. Not enough choices for a location at the crossroads of Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. Dinner cost €130 for crostini, 1 steak, 1 dessert, and 1 bottle of wine.

30/11/2025: We ate pizza there four times in one week. That pretty much says it all. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent pizzas at a very fair price. The house white wine, "frizzante," is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!
30/11/2025: The pizza and coccoli were good, thin-crust pizza and generous coccoli. The place was a bit too small, and you can't wait inside because it gets crowded.
The staff was helpful but a bit rushed. We waited 45 minutes for two pizzas and a portion of coccoli... which isn't fun in the cold!

09/11/2025: I had the opportunity to celebrate my daughter's birthday at this restaurant, where we were welcomed and looked after with courtesy and expertise, from the moment we made our reservation to today's coffee. I sincerely thank Mrs. Ludmilla, who helped me choose the menu, and all the staff who looked after us during lunch today, which received compliments from all my guests. Thank you so much. And let's not forget the view from this terrace, which is simply stunning.

Small but cute and well-kept place. Reservations recommended.
We chose between the à la carte menu and the dish of the day.
Pecorino and honey appetizer (very good).
Lemon veal cutlet and mixed salad.
Off-menu: pork shank cooked in beer with roast potatoes.
Everything was good, the staff were always very friendly.
WE had a great time and the food was even better!!!
10/11/2025: Impeccable service. Reasonable price (2 pizzas and 2 large beers: €35). The meal was good. The sunny terrace is a bonus!

16/12/2025: I already knew the place—it was beautiful and well-kept—and I already knew that the uniqueness and quality of the menu were a plus.
My companions were also satisfied. I couldn't take photos because the dinner was a bit more formal than usual. However, we ordered two appetizers to share and an excellent Pisan mucco steak. The venison steak was a great surprise!!

08/12/2025: The staff were so friendly, and the lobby and rooms were both beautiful and clean. My room had a sofa and a balcony, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Haha. The breakfast view was lovely, with a view of the Duomo. The breakfast was delicious. The soundproofing from the next room was also excellent. It was perfect.
27/11/2025: It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything was super clean. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and the view was breathtaking. A huge, enchanting terrace awaits us smokers. I hope to return soon.

18/11/2025: Terrible service. They don't even give you a small glass of water for free. The pizzas are very salty and not very good quality. The soda is extremely expensive, and the Black waiters are very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, not even as a joke.

01/11/2025: Refined place and excellent service. Everything was truly delicious and well-prepared. We booked a night with dinner at the restaurant, and the maître d' showed you to your table at the entrance. As soon as you're seated, they bring you bread (including the delicious whole wheat schiacciata) and water. We ordered a Florentine appetizer, which was generous, including four crostini with various flavors, a rustica, and a mix of cured meats. For our main course, we had grilled salmon, which included two sausages, and short ribs, both cooked and flavorful to perfection. The service and restaurant were excellent.

27/10/2025: One of the great classics of Pisan cuisine. Excellent cecina and Pisan-style pizza. It has a small indoor dining room. I suggest avoiding Saturdays, as the wait times can be inhuman.
