22/02/2026: Excellent restaurant...wide selection of traditional meat and fish dishes...excellent pizzas too...I finally ate authentic Lucchese-style tordelli with an excellent meat ragù...the fillet with pepper cream was truly exceptional, so tender it melted in your mouth...my wife's Catalana was also excellent, as was my son's grilled tuna fillet...quality/price ratio was tops.
A special mention for the service too...I met the waiter, a great 18-year-old...he's passionate, polite, and very helpful. He has great potential to become a top professional...
17/02/2026: Il Borghetto is a typical trattoria. The atmosphere is welcoming and classic. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is exceptional. We had tagliatelle with walnut sauce, tortelli with ragù, grilled chicken, and piazza. All the ingredients were exceptional. I would have loved the tuna steak, but we were full. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: An excellent experience at this restaurant, renowned for the quality and freshness of its ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, made even more enjoyable by the owner's friendliness and helpfulness.
We started with a delicious Sorrento-style mussel soup, truly exquisite and rich in flavor. Next, we chose a mixed fried fish dish: perfectly crispy, light, and not at all greasy, a sign of excellent frying.
The next course, trofie with pistachio pesto, was equally excellent: an intense and flavorful pesto, enriched with generous and irresistible pistachio crumbs.
To conclude, we enjoyed a basket of berry filo pastry with Chantilly cream, a balanced and very pleasant dessert.
A restaurant I highly recommend!

22/03/2026: Aside from the splendid view, the rest needs improvement. The fried seafood is questionable for a place where the seafood should be top-notch. The cacciucco (fish stew) has little variety.
22/03/2026: Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately seated at our table. Service was fast. The young man who looked after us was very kind and attentive. Even though it was clear he was learning, he was excellent. He was also looked after attentively and kindly, I believe, by one of the owners. There was a great atmosphere, which is not always expected in a restaurant.
The food was fantastic.
Excellent family lunch.

14/02/2026: I sincerely thank the entire staff for accommodating all our requests, because we had to bring forward our Valentine's Day dinner since there were no more seats available on February 14th.
The staff was (more or less) professional.
We had the 7-course tasting menu, and I enjoyed everything. I was only slightly disappointed with the main dessert, which, subjectively, should have been more refreshing, sweet, and flavorful at the end. Instead, the Brie and coffee combination seemed heavy and had a strange taste.
We did, however, enjoy the dessert made especially for Valentine's Day.
In conclusion, we had a lovely evening. Thank you.

22/01/2026: No particular comments, just one. Order the octopus tentacles with a bed of pumpkin cream and a side of cooked vegetables. A masterpiece you can only find in Livorno. Friendly, cheerful staff. Nice place.

They immediately had a free table for 2 people and upon ordering, they informed us that there would be a 30-40 minute wait for the pizza and whether that would suit us. Our table was next to the stove, and all those 40 minutes the pizzas were constantly coming out. The pizzas were really delicious and crispy. Just pay attention to the working hours.

I came here after getting a recommendation from a local for a place to eat raw Gamberi Rosso (the equivalent of Dokdo Shrimp in Korea), and it was delicious. The young server at my table was also a nice person... However, I felt uncomfortable every time the bearded old man manager spoke. I got the feeling he was subtly trying to get me to order something else, and his attitude of clearing our table's belongings without saying a word made me question if he was right, so I left feeling annoyed haha. If you want to have a good meal on your last day in Florence only to have your mood ruined, you can go there. Even though I spent nearly 300,000 won on food like that.
