We come from Milan and we are often here for work... we confirm the restaurant as the best for quality and service.
A tagliolini with yellow tomatoes and prawns of a very high standard. Dishes that enhance every flavor without mess.
An equally favorable and high note goes to the service in the room. The gentleman was extremely kind and professional.
Service even superior to many starred ones.
Recommended wine Müller turgau Sardinian! Excellent discovery thanks to the perfect interpretation of our preferences!

22/10/2024: We decided last minute to do a quick visit to San Pantaleo one afternoon while staying in Costa Smerelda. We got hungry at around 215pm decided to have lunch last minute at Trattoria de Nicolito based on the recommendation from one of the artisan shop owners. there were a lot of people sitting outside that looked very happy and the food looked good. There is also a beautiful view of the mountain from some of the seats outside. They were so kind and accommodating. We ordered a bottle of wine, the muscles, burrata, and clam pasta. The real highlight was how wonderful and welcoming the staff was, highly recommend.

01/02/2025: In posizione non proprio centrale di S.Teodoro (ma comunque a due passi dal centro), merita sia per le pizze (buonissime e ben farcite) che per le altre proposte: davvero ottime le cozze, con un'ampia varieta' di preparazioni (alcune davvero originali). Prezzi nella media. Personale disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Ottimo il rapporto qualita'-prezzo. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassato. Consigliato!

18/09/2024: I have to give only one star because the restaurant is closed and no one bothered to update this status on Google, which instead always reports it as open. I went the other evening, they kindly pointed out to me that they didn't serve dinner, and while I was eating at the nearby restaurant, which was excellent and provided extremely kind treatment, I had to attend a private dinner right at the Baretto. Maybe we should be a little more clear with customers, because being bounced elsewhere with a few words crossed and then attending a private banquet, which is also very noisy, is not the best. Sin.

The spaghetti with violet shrimp and bottarga was and is perhaps one of the best pasta dishes I've ever enjoyed. Delicious croaker (think sea bass), tempura seafood, and tuna tartare.
Highly recommended.

18/01/2025: Nothing special, the ideas for the dishes would also be good but the execution is a bit revisable. decent spaghetti with bottarga and clams, very dry. Very chewy octopus, good potato cream, the calamarata only tasted of lime, good tuna tartare, but if you don't like pineapple, don't because being mixed with pineapple it isn't actually that good, the taste of the fruit is decidedly stronger . Sin

14/04/2025: If you happen to be in the area you absolutely must try this restaurant. Typical Sardinian cuisine and very fresh products. The lady who served us (I think also the owner) was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back 😍
09/04/2025: Kind staff. We ate spaghetti allo scoglio which was recommended because it was made with fresh fish but unfortunately the pasta seemed pre-cooked and the fish had just come out of the freezer so much so that the mussels on the plate were cold. Given the season in which there is not a huge influx of customers, we would have expected a more attentive cuisine.

29/12/2024: Ho cenato con la mia famiglia in cerca di qualcosa di diverso e soprattutto di buon livello. L’aspetto del locale è carino ma le pietanze non raggiungono le aspettative. In particolare, la pasta era un po’ scotta e quella con la bottarga non a livello di altri ristoranti. La fregola era invece buona così come il baccalà. Inoltre, per quello che si paga, potrebbero migliorare l’attenzione al cliente.
4 stelle invece che 5 perchè sebbene la qualità sia medio-alta, non è giustificato il prezzo.

28/12/2024: Along our walk we stopped at this place to have an aperitif, given that it was open and there were people at our requests they told us that they were closing. As well as serving us two aperitifs without a glass or chips that we could ignore, they very rudely gave us the glasses. So I say either you're closed and you don't serve people anymore otherwise serve them well. It was certainly not a good experience that we will never return to. I'm sorry but the experience was terrible. Never again......

11/10/2024: Reservamos para visitar Risto después de una recomendación de nuestro personal del hotel. Y nos quedamos muy contentos de que nos hablaran de este hermoso restaurante. Risto hizo nuestra comida del décimo aniversario de boda tan especial, con algunos toques elegantes y reflexivos. Luca y su encantadora esposa fueron tan amables, que no podemos esperar a volver de nuevo esta noche. Me encantó el entrante Burrata. Recomiendo encarecidamente el plato de pasta con gambas y trufa, fue increíble 👌 La tarta de queso de fresa era tan fresca y una delicia para comer.

El entrante compartido de mariscos era increíble y mi pasta ya sea parte de queso y nueces era divino. Amed nuestro camarero fue muy divertido y recomendó nuestro postre - su favorito pudín de chocolate y pistacho
Además de un café Ginseng para completar nuestra magnífica comida. Planeando regresar

15/04/2025: We came with friends for a coffee in the morning and returned around 2:30 p.m. for lunch. The welcome was perfect, especially our server Oran who spoke very good French. The pizzas were very good, the meat very tender, and for very reasonable prices. I recommend
12/04/2025: Very nice cafe with friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable compared to the restaurants in the shopping street. From the conservatory you have a beautiful view of the Ferris wheel

09/10/2024: Our hotel receptionist recommended this place for traditional food, she tried to call ahead to book, no answer. We decided to walk and try our luck. After 20 minutes of walking, we arrived, and the restaurant was closed despite on Google it showing as open. I really wish restaurants would update Google accordingly if they are closing for off peak season. This is the 3rd place we went to within this area which was closed but online said was open.

15/12/2024: We ordered two takeaway pizzas as we were on holiday in the residence, while we were there we had two small beers on tap, served completely spilled on the outside and dripping with beer... we paid immediately since they seemed annoyed by the order... €33 two pizzas and two small beers!! The pizzas were ordered for 7.45pm, at 7.30pm we were hit by a whirlwind with water and strong wind... we called to cancel the pizzas given the frighteningly bad weather... the pizzas were already ready early... ( 100 meters from us the storm wasn't there...?? Hadn't they seen the weather really panicking...??) they replied that they would keep them warm... 5 minutes and we were able to go out because the storm had "fallen"... we arrived in the pouring rain and the pizzas were "warm" on the counter... we ate two cold, shallow, poorly seasoned and not at all good pizzas! Little tomato, little mozzarella, the calzone with tasteless preserved champignon mushrooms, mozzarella, tomato and cooked... (perhaps they know the calzone like this...) tasteless! In short, rude, expensive and a €33 dinner to waste! Terrible!! It's a shame because the location would also be beautiful

11/10/2024: Non conoscendo la zona altre recensioni positive ci hanno fatto optare per questo ristorante.
Il locale è carino e ben arredato, il personale gentile efficiente e anche simpatico.
Abbiamo cenato a base di pesce; gli spaghetti arselle e bottarga erano perfetti. Inoltre abbiamo gustato la seadas più buona di tutta la nostra vacanza. Prezzi leggermente più alti della media.
30/09/2024: Todella hyvä ravintola Porto Cervon läheisyydessä ylärinteellä. Söimme Tonnikalaa ja pizza primavera. Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällisiä ja ruoka tuli nopeasti.
