A very good experience. The chef was very attentive and friendly, spoke excellent French, and served us personally, explaining the dishes to us. He recommended an affordable and very good wine. The cuisine was refined, local, and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. A truly wonderful experience. Very reasonable prices.

We had an excellent meal. I thought the menu we chose was good, but very rich. Perhaps a little less refined. We also saw some real gems. A lovely evening out at one of Bolivia's better restaurants. We drank delicious wines.

I found this restaurant by chance while strolling through Olbia's city center.
Welcoming, both in its decor and the attentive service of the wait staff.
Excellent menu choices; multiple meal options, with the option of ordering à la carte or choosing a structured menu.
The selection of wines and spirits is also carefully curated, enhancing the meals and the restaurant.
Excellent value for money.

Chef Villani's skill is well known. Dining at this jewel of a restaurant, where every detail, even the smallest, is a true treat. The warm welcome, the impeccable service, the exceptional wine list, and a consistently surprising menu featuring new recipes, original pairings, and ingredients expertly and respectfully prepared. Essence, by name and by nature. A must-try, time and time again.

The staff made an impression of not being ready for guests. Vegetarian tasting menu was disappointing - there is certainly more than guacamole and cauliflower among the things végétariens eat. Not worth it

A high-end culinary experience. The place is very nice and welcoming; we'd been there before and it was confirmed, with pleasant and discreet service. Just out of concern, a small criticism of the carasau bread, which wasn't the freshest. We tried all the tasting menus, and they were top-notch.

A must-visit if you want to spend an evening in a warm, welcoming, elegant, yet homey atmosphere. Quiet, with background music to accompany your conversations, in a beautifully furnished and appointed space. The food is divine and the service is excellent. The quality of this place in the city is honestly unmatched.
