La Pitraia boasts an innovative service formula—a fixed menu, yet periodically varied and extraordinarily varied—and the use of ingredients from local folk cuisine, reinterpreted and further refined, a subtle skill accessible only to a select few, and only when talent and intelligence come together. The wild boar in red, for example, is reminiscent of veal in its tenderness but is, unmistakably, one of the best wild boar dishes on the market.

We went for lunch on a Sunday to celebrate our anniversary and were completely satisfied! The welcome was excellent and the menu was distinctive, featuring fresh, local produce...and they even accommodated an off-menu request! Everything was superb! Congratulations!

31/05/2026: We went for dinner with friends, recommended by the hotel where we were staying. Some ate the first course, others the second course, and everyone was very satisfied with the quantity, quality, and price of the food... Definitely a place to return to for excellent seafood.
