05/10/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming and well-lit. The first courses and desserts were excellent, but unfortunately the second course (fried fish) wasn't even comparable to a Lidl frozen dish; it would have been worth returning. Overall, for two people, with two bottles of water and a glass of wine, spending well over €100 seemed a bit excessive.

27/09/2025: Owner can't be bothered to care about other patrons except his regulars. Waitress wouldnt smile if you paid her. Food very mediocre for the price paid. Never again.

08/10/2025: Twice I got moldy grated cheese. The shrimp on the menu was inedible, it had a very strong smell... Spaghetti carbonara also had a very strange taste. Ravioli and panna cotta, on the other hand, were superb. I wouldn't recommend it for the poor quality and the high price.

02/10/2025: We liked this restaurant so much we visited three times during our 11 day stay. Diverse menu gave a number of choices. Steak done to meet two peoples choices was very good.

02/07/2025: Homemade food by weight. This allows you to try everything. And everything I tried was delicious. Super friendly service and affordable prices. Everything you're looking for when you go out to eat.

08/12/2025: Nothing to complain about lunch. We had a good fish main course and a meat one. The dining room was well-maintained, but the restrooms were less so. The surprise came at the end: a flat-rate receipt that didn't match the listed prices. When we asked for clarification, they tried to justify themselves by saying the dishes were larger than usual. Therefore, I don't feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone looking for transparency and fairness.

27/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant, ordering a mix of appetizers and a shared first course. The portions were small, and the appetizer samples weren't particularly flavorful. The tiramisu was incredibly small, and since it's homemade, you expect it to be flavorful and a decent portion, especially considering the price. You expect it to be more than just a few spoonfuls. I wanted to try their cuisine because I'm very familiar with the food in Cagliari, and it's definitely not up to par. What a shame!

22/07/2025: The place is surrounded by nature, very quiet, very clean, and the food is fantastic! The staff is truly friendly and welcoming, in short, a rare gem. The fish dinner was fantastic with portions triple what you'd usually see. The quality of the raw materials was superb. The sweet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to point out that, although he was in no way obligated to do so, the owner, seeing me having trouble with a car problem, not only went with his vehicle to retrieve a spare part but also installed it without asking for anything in return. I will never thank him enough for this gesture, which goes far beyond hospitality and professionalism... Thank you again, Mr. Alberto!!! I recommend you don't miss out on a fabulous stay at Monte Pirastu

13/10/2025: Excellent gluten-free pizzas and a wonderful ambience. It's always busy but since they open up the courtyard on weekends, we were able to be seated twice without a reservation. Service was a little slower when we visited on a Monday, but very understandable considering how busy it was! Definitely visit if you're in Villasimius.

15/10/2025: An absolute insider tip, the waitress's recommendation won us over. The calimari fritti were perfectly seasoned 👌 The starter is enough for two people, as the pizzas were rather large. The service was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint to the restaurant owner: please get a pepper mill. This would make it look more authentic 🤌

13/10/2025: I ate the pizza, and as always, I'm happy. For me, pizza in Pula is synonymous with Sa Macinera.

17/11/2025: A family-run restaurant with a smoky atmosphere (despite the electric oven), generous portions, and affordable prices. A round of applause for the lady who works incredibly hard, taking orders, bringing dishes to the table, clearing the table, answering the phone, checking the bill, and running around like a spinning top, while her adult son stands there, literally not lifting a finger, even allowing himself to yell at her in front of the customers.

23/09/2025: I stayed at the Tarthesh Hotel during a business trip and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable, the restaurant is excellent, and the hotel itself is an oasis of peace thanks to the wonderful park surrounding it. Special mention goes to the staff: they are all extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to accommodate any need.

26/08/2025: Catastrophic experience – a hotel unworthy of its 4-star rating We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of our lives. ➖ Old rooms, bed made of two single mattresses pushed together (despite having been assured by email that it was a real king-size bed), no duvet (just sheets and a bedspread). ➖ A closed door connected to the next room: non-existent soundproofing, we could hear absolutely everything, even the sighs of other guests. ➖ Dilapidated pool, uneven and dangerous floor. ➖ No elevator: we were placed on the first floor with a 10-month-old baby and a stroller, despite having emailed us in advance that we needed one. ➖ Upon late arrival, no food service (unacceptable for a 4★ hotel): we were only served a plate of cured meats and cheeses. But the worst came at check-out. The amount (almost €2,000) exceeded the card's limit. We immediately made an instant SEPA transfer, with proof in hand. Despite this, the management deliberately hid this payment from the police when they called, holding us in the lobby for four hours as if we were criminals. Only after the police discovered for themselves that the payment had been made did they apologize... but the damage was done. We were even escorted to our car by a hotel employee as if we were thieves. 👉 This hotel is a collection of lies, serious shortcomings, unworthy facilities, and abusive practices. Absolutely avoid. It in no way deserves its 4 stars.

15/11/2025: A fantastic experience, dishes with attention to detail and very, very good. Punctual service, courtesy and a smile from both the staff and the owners. Essenza Bistrot is truly worth a visit.

07/11/2025: Excellent little restaurant in the center of Olbia (it's hard to find one of this caliber downtown). The dishes are predominantly fish-based. During the winter, they host various evenings dedicated to a particular dish; for example, I went to the boiled meat evening. The chef's signature homemade bread is excellent! And the desserts are also very delicate and refined.

11/09/2025: We were welcomed in the lobby by the polite, friendly, and professional staff, who made us feel at ease. The deluxe room was welcoming, spacious, and above all, spotlessly clean. The resort is quiet, well-maintained, and meticulously maintained. Located a few kilometers from the center of Sant'Amtioco, it's easy to reach. Breakfast, served poolside, was simple but designed to please everyone. All in all, a great experience ♥️

20/07/2025: We spent two nights in this enchanting place nestled among rocks, olive trees, and oleanders, halfway between Sant'Antioco and Calasetta. The rooms are in individual annexes with a large outdoor space. The entire property is tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. Breakfast is excellent, served overlooking the pool under a beautiful portico. Monica is a force of nature, available on all fronts, cheerful, and ready to accommodate every need. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy this unspoiled and authentic corner of Sardinia.
