27/08/2025: I went to dinner last night with my partner. I recommend this restaurant for those who like a different menu than the usual commercial restaurants in Olbia. The prices are above average, but you won't regret it. Keep it up.

29/08/2025: Im surprised nobody has mentioned the mosquito problem this restaurant has. Last night we were ambushed by flies the whole time and since we already ordered couldnt leave and went through it. They provide spray but no chance of helping. Pity since the food is really good. I would never set foot there. Imagine rushing the eating just to get over and leave because of flies.

Era tutto ottimo, il sughetto delle cozze meraviglioso, i calamari fritti con olio di primo utilizzo, ottimi, i moscardini alla diavola saporiti. Hanno anche il menù bambini, che abbiamo utilizzato con soddisfazione. Il ristorante è a conduzione familiare per tutti gli aspetti, sia per la cucina, che il servizio di sala. 19/06/2025: This was our first time eating here and we'll be back again this holiday. The staff is very friendly. The food comes quickly and is absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable for the region. It's a very pleasant place to sit and end the evening with a delicious wine.

Quality ingredients; the freshest fish, mollusks, and crustaceans. Traditional Sardinian and Gallura cuisine. A good wine list. Courteous and professional staff.

It's one of those places where, as soon as you enter, you immediately realize it's not designed for tourists, but for those who truly love authentic Sardinian cuisine, made with quality ingredients and a lot of passion. The setting is elegant yet welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The staff is impeccable: kind, smiling, and always ready to offer advice without ever being intrusive. The food was simply extraordinary: each dish had a perfect balance of flavors and a refined presentation, without being overbearing, just as you'd expect from a cuisine that celebrates tradition. Here, you can sense the attention to every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the table service. What struck me most was the sense of authenticity: no "adapted" menus to please passing visitors, but only dishes that express the true gastronomic identity of Sardinia. Pepe Bianco is a restaurant that satisfies even the most demanding palates, ideal for both a special dinner and for those who simply want to eat well, without compromise.

01/09/2025: We visited Ristorante Carbonara for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. The dinner exceeded our expectations. For our main course, we had two grilled fish, which we were able to choose in advance. After the appetizer, the fish was expertly prepared by a very experienced waiter. We enjoyed the fish very much. The ambiance (inside and out) is very appealing and cozy. Finally, we enjoyed a delicious dessert. We felt very comfortable, the service was friendly, and the owner was very attentive. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately made another reservation and are looking forward to a wonderful end to our vacation at Ristorante Carbonara in Villasimius. 01/09/2025: The food was delicious, the wait was over 45 minutes, and the portions weren't particularly large.

30/08/2025: There were six of us dining. The food was good and arrived quickly, after about 10 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this positive impression was seriously tarnished: When we went to pay, a service charge was added to the bill. I was okay with that. The waiter then brought the change without saying a word. When we counted, we realized that 10 euros were simply missing. This isn't a customary tip, but rather a blatant scam. A tip is given voluntarily for good service; it's not something that's simply kept silently. Of course, it was our fault for not complaining immediately... We felt ripped off and cheated. That's not how you win regular customers. It's a real shame about the otherwise good food.

30/08/2025: A restaurant that needs no introduction. Dinner with friends. We ordered raw seafood appetizers, sea bream carpaccio, and gratinated mussels, and for our first course, we ordered paccheri with fresh fish. Our request was granted by the waiter, who, five minutes later, showed up at the table with two beautiful grouper fish. The paccheri were out of this world and incredibly generous. The service was professional; Gianni served us and recommended us. The fresh fish, drinks, service, and quality of the food served at this dinner were perfectly in line with the final bill for the evening. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a guarantee. P.S.: One negative aspect of the evening was the heat; more air conditioning would be needed to cool the slightly more covered areas of the restaurant.

04/09/2025: Highly recommended Sardinian restaurant. They don't serve pizza at lunch, but the menu is very appealing. It offers Sardinian specialties, including desserts. The staff is truly friendly and attentive.

12/08/2025: We arrived an hour before the kitchen closed, and there was no real welcome, as if our presence was a nuisance. The service was somewhat contemptuous, without us really understanding why (perhaps it was our touristy Italian peppered with French words?). At exactly 10:30 p.m., the official closing time, we felt pressure worthy of PSG against Inter Milan to stop eating, while about fifteen tables were still dining peacefully. It was a shame, as we were hoping for a warm moment, not a timed end-of-match stopwatch. Luckily, we had two minutes of extra time to finish our glasses of water.

29/08/2025: The atmosphere and service were perfect! A waiter (I don't know his name, but he's about 50 years old, has curly hair, and is super friendly) gave us great advice! We ate well (3.5 stars). The 5 stars go to the staff and the atmosphere.

23/08/2025: Found it on Instagram, and it was a great find! Friendly and fast staff, excellent pizza with fresh ingredients, fair price, and away from the chaos of Alghero! It's a perfect alternative to many of the more well-known pizzerias in Alghero! We'll be back!

22/08/2025: Nice place and friendly staff, but it's a shame about the general confusion, even over the little things. In my opinion, the pizzas are disgusting, charred or raw, not to mention the pescatora pizza with the toppings cooking alongside the pizza. The charred mussel shells shattered, so we ended up eating pizza with pieces of shell. The other pizzas aren't great either, given the high price they're offered. I can't comment on the rest. It's a shame.
