Top-notch service! With friendly and professional staff, it feels like home. From the raw appetizers to the hot dishes, everything is sublime, followed by a first course with sea urchins and a second course of roasted cuttlefish, and I must say, everything is delicious. We ended up there by chance and had a great experience with the kind and courteous owner and his wife! Great value, highly recommended for lovers of good food and authentic Sardinian seafood!

We had a wonderful evening at Giancarlo's. The food was excellent, and there was something for everyone on the menu. Since we love fish, we were in heaven – the seafood risotto was divine! The squid and the mixed fish platter were equally delicious! The service was also fantastic, with very friendly and efficient staff. A 10 out of 10! 💯 Although we were quite full, we couldn't resist dessert, which was also superb 😋 Overall, it's a rather upscale restaurant, definitely something special! We look forward to eating here again when we're in the area.
