The restaurant is very beautiful, located in the side wing of the abbey and therefore a bit removed from the more characteristic setting of the San Vito pier... Inside, the restaurant is furnished with a vintage taste, highlighting the bare stone structure. The food is good, even if it's basically the same as many other restaurants, unoriginal but well-executed... The service is at times courteous, at times "nervous," with the staff having on a couple of occasions been out of line.

A mystical place that exudes energy and good vibes! The hosts are welcoming and attentive to their guests' needs. We immediately felt at home. Antonella, the hostess, immediately pampered us with her stories and culinary suggestions, which we discovered were prepared by skilled and expert hands on a "hot" February Sunday. Simple recipes that reflect typical Apulian cuisine. And the desserts... delicious and tasty. To finish, a Chartreuse to pair with the overwhelming aroma of the sea! Great guys. I must say that Moonshine is a very pleasant restaurant. The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and Angelica's service was impeccable. The location in Cabo San Vito de Polignano a Mare is excellent, and the place is charming.
