30/03/2025: We stayed here for 3 nights. Great and warm welcome by Anna. The room we picked was a bit small for all of our luggage but thats not the Masseria’s problem😅. The room was clean and nice. The heater worked perfect. I loved the shower. The breakfast and dinner was the best. I’ve had the best pizza here! I hope you will open a few pitches for a caravan between the olive trees so I can come visit again but then with my caravan😉.

27/12/2024: I am responding to Mr. Roberto Strippoli's counterargument regarding a series of inaccuracies he described to justify what happened on July 26, the day of my daughter's first birthday. 1. The agreed upon and not "paid" price (his quote) was a small discount (wanted by you) on a decidedly substantial total price. We were finally offered to return to the establishment for a "reparative" lunch for the damage suffered, as if this could erase what had happened. Did we return? Obviously not. 2. Ants on the tables? You are not aware of it because among the many things said during and at the end of the party we forgot to mention it. I understand the summer evening but eating with numerous insects walking on the tables is not pleasant, whether it is in the garden or not. "A thousand precautions?" (his quote) What were they? Remind me because I am having a memory lapse. 3. Sparkling water issue: "you heard two waiters" (his quote). We only heard two because we didn't have any other staff. "Among them they reported that the water had run out" (quote from her) at this point it is she who confirms the fact that the staff reported that the water in the refrigerators had run out, therefore she confirmed what happened: that from that moment on the water no longer arrived. Going into the beverage detail, one of her two waiters had the courage to say that the drinks were also on the buffet at the counter, as if to get a simple Coke it was necessary to get up to go and get it. I find it truly absurd and ridiculous. 4. The party was organized as a buffet. I confirm what she said but I reiterate that it was not expected that the drinks were also included in this choice (something that has never been seen anywhere). "At the time of service, several tables were requested to be served" (quote from her). Here we are mistaken because the only two people at the table who were served were my in-laws because my father-in-law was unable to get up from the table because he was disabled. This issue was stated well in advance. I therefore apologize if the only two waiters had to work harder for this. 5. Quality of food: "according to your relatives, the perception was completely different". During or at the end of the party I don't think anyone came to compliment you on the food or anything else. No one showed up and I can guarantee you this since we were the only three to enter the payment room. For intellectual honesty, as you say, I repeat that the buffet was chosen by us, it's true, but not also for the drinks service (water at the counter) no one in their right mind would have chosen that as an option. By buffet I think they mean the food and nothing else. I won't go into the details of the "significant discount" (her quote) because it's funny to think about the amount that was discounted on the total: a discount that I emphasize was wanted by you, because we could have easily paid and pulverized in a nanosecond. And now I'll add some other ideas to remember the "splendid" evening spent. We had been offered 5 Apulian carts: seen in photos and shown by her at the time of the interview. How many carts were there that day? Two and not like the ones we saw. Meat corner? I only saw a BBQ that looked like the one at the worst summer camps. Selection of tables, seats. I had said several times that I wanted to sit on the wooden chairs with cushions, a possibility confirmed at the interview. That day we arrived at the facility at 6:15 pm (party at 7:00 pm) and the tables were not yet ready, she had not yet arrived and the chairs were the iron ones. I will leave aside the fact that I was the one who moved the chairs and set the tables for the guests when in reality everything should have been ready when we arrived. I will conclude by saying that only after reading your response to my father's review did I decide to write to correct the nonsense that was said. So at this point I don't know who is more "intellectually honest" (quote from you). Draw your own conclusions.

02/02/2025: Today, February 2, 2025, my brother Stefano's eighteenth birthday was celebrated at lunch. What can I say... It is an elegant location that welcomes guests with open arms. The staff is always attentive and punctual to the requests that are made. the menu was not only of superior quality, but also plentiful. The show, then, was greatly appreciated. We didn't believe it to be so at all. Continue like this and you will go very far. It is our wish that you let's do.👏👏👏

06/03/2025: We went here today for lunch. Even though we were in the middle of the week, all the dishes and all the ingredients were very fresh and not frozen or preserved as I have read in other reviews. The waiter was very professional and friendly, advising us on the right pairing for the wine, which was uncorked in front of us and placed in the bucket next to us. We enjoyed several appetizers of raw seafood, as a first course we ordered tagliolini with lobster and then we concluded with dessert and coffee. As already written, all the dishes were delicious, with perfect flavors and very fresh ingredients. The prices are very fair for what they offer, also considering the excellent service and the location which is absolutely not to be taken for granted. The owner was very friendly. I don't usually write reviews but this place deserved it, it left us with a wonderful memory even though we've been there a few other times. We will certainly be back.

22/02/2025: We have just finished dinner in this place with two first tagliolini I start from 3 with "cold" clams inside and purple prawn tagliolini which had nothing purple in it if anything frozen prawns from the supermarket and as a second course a grilled octopus with an asterisk on the menu charged for fresh octopus. The service also left a lot to be desired, I asked for a rosé and since my choice from the menu was missing I asked for another type "a primitivo rosé" they brought me a red primitivo after having ordered everything based on fish. Unfortunately I was accompanied otherwise I would have gotten up and left. I pretended to consume and when at the checkout I pointed out that on the menu there were 2 prices 15 -18 euros for the octopus after having seen 18 euros on the bill, the lady replied that it was correct because they had been caught right next to it. I paid and left. I'm just sorry that they ruined my weekend dinner and I'm also sorry for the friends who recommended this place to us. Ps. If you can go elsewhere. Really insufficient rating

14/03/2025: Super service. Very quickly served. Grilled octopus world championship. Very large octopuses 2 pcs. 1.5 kg. I recommend it is delicious.

14/03/2025: The 8-tops roll was very tasty. The 8-tops was very well prepared. A quick snack during a break for further sightseeing. It's just a pity that the sandwich couldn't be eaten at the table, apart from that I recommend the roll with toppings.

28/12/2024: I ordered takeaway and found the pizzas with mozzarella stuck to the cardboard and the other pizzas of very low quality. The ingredients were horrendous to say the least, needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.

16/03/2025: Perfetto per una cena a due o anche solo per una serata conviviale. Pietanze sempre varie e ricercate, con un intreccio di sapori e fragranze che ti lasciano la voglia di ritornare. Anche se il cibo è gourmet le porzioni sono abbondanti. La scelta dei vini non lascia adito a dubbi sulla qualità degli stessi. La particolarità del cibo e delle bevande non alza il costo delle varie portate, quindi lo consiglio vivamente anche a livello turistico. Una notte ad Alberobello può essere anticipata solo da una cena speciale, l'importante è prenotare, altrimenti si corre il rischio di non cenare.

We won't talk about the food, for those who love fish it is of very poor quality and to cover the low quality they use plenty of oil. Bill too high for everything. I'm sorry but we will never set foot in it again

30/10/2024: Este restaurante forma parte de un agroturismo rural en Toritto, Italia (región de Apulia. ) . Nos alojamos aquí por cuatro noches y tuvimos las más deliciosas cenas de cuatro platos! No hay menú, así que cada plato es otra sorpresa emocionante y sorprendente! Tuvimos el mejor parmesano de berenjena, tomates frescos, verduras a la parrilla, y excelentes platos de pasta. El chef Francesco es muy talentoso y disfrutamos de la oportunidad de hablar con él después de una deliciosa comida. No te olvides de guardar espacio para los mejores postres en Apulia y probar la bebida después de la cena llamada Finochiette. Hablando de comida, si te alojas en la Masseria Storico Pulapalucci, los desayunos también son abundantes y maravillosos!
