28/08/2025: We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday and were very pleased with the service we received. The food was excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous, right by the sea. I highly recommend it.
23/08/2025: Everything was beautiful and enjoyable. Excellent food and wine, magical location. What can I say? An absolutely positive experience. We can't wait to go back!

05/10/2025: In the dining room they are like vultures, they don't even give you time to choose what to eat, the environment is nothing short of a dump (only because it's very narrow to fit as many people as possible). The food is decent, but the dishes that are served are put on the plate before service and then wrapped in cling film. It wasn't a good experience, I hope they improve many aspects because the location is very strategic and convenient.
05/10/2025: They charge for everything at the table, including the place setting, bread that no one ordered, and the tip. In short, it's a disaster. The food is edible, but nothing special. It tastes better in most places.

26/07/2025: La Masseria Pilapalucci è un luogo dove sia il corpo che l'anima trovano ristoro; piacevolmente accolti da Emilia e Domenico, in uno slancio di ricche conversazioni e suggerimenti legati allo scopo della nostra visita.
Anche nei giorni più caldi, all'interno delle camere le mura della Masseria si fanno beffa dei climatizzatori più moderni; le notti sono fresche, con un cielo stellato chiaro e riconoscibile.
Ci mancherà quel panorama natural, la dolcezza di Domenica ed Emilia e la tenerezza di Fuffi, che fra tutti i gatti presenti merita un elogio in particolare.
La Masseria inoltre è posizionata strategicamente, permettendo facili spostamenti verso Bari, Toritto, Altamura, Gravina, con un notevole risparmio di ore di viaggio.
Ci auguriamo di ritornarci presto.

04/10/2025: The fish is good, the quality of the food is decent. However, the service is extremely poor. Our plates were snatched away while we were still chewing. The food was carelessly slammed onto the table. It feels like a cafeteria food counter.

You can even choose an outdoor table with an incredible ocean view or a more private indoor table with a beautiful view. A cozy and very good restaurant. I recommend it.

26/03/2025: Per la seconda volta qui. Atmosfera rilassante, piatti incantevoli e gusti emozionanti.
Posto super consigliato per una cena di coppia e non solo.

20/09/2025: It's a real shame, the quality of the food is truly excellent. The appetizers, dessert, and pizza are all top-notch and well-crafted, and you can see the attention to detail.
The staff are really kind.
Let's get to the downside: the service is too slow; you can't wait an hour and a half for a pizza! The place was also quite empty.
The price is much higher than average.

The raw material is of exceptional quality, in particular the freshness of the fish is to be appreciated. If you want to eat well in Ruvo di Puglia, you don't even have to think about it, Filippo is always a guarantee.

12/10/2025: Worst experience, reluctance to order food, only 3 types of pasta per table, long wait, small portions, pizza only available after finding a ticket online, they don't offer it on the menu
12/10/2025: The worst experience in gastronomy I have ever had. It started with really bad service, which immediately made it clear that they did not like seeing us. We then waited quite a long time to order. When someone finally came to us, we were told that we could only order three different dishes for the table. Given that there were 9 of us, it was quite difficult to agree. We then waited an hour and a half for our food, and during that time, no one even stopped by our table to order the wine. After an hour and a half, they finally brought the food. Unfortunately, not for everyone at the same time, but one dish after the other within about twenty minutes, so it happened that one had finished eating and the other had not yet eaten. The food was average, but the portion was half. In a completely simple dish like Mozzarella with tomatoes, for which we also waited an hour and a half, we were surprised to find a hair. When transferring the bill, the waiter did not say a word, threw the bill on the table and left. Please, find another restaurant.

The food is good both as a restaurant and as a pizzeria. Prices are quite high, but the dishes are very delicate and delicious. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic and noisy.

28/09/2025: We ate at the restaurant two evenings.
The fish was very good, and the older waiter was very friendly and competent.
The second evening was less good; we had to wait over an hour for a fish soup and a pizza.
The waiter was partially apologetic.
However, the behavior of this older lady – apparently the manager – who showed no sign of regret when asked was extremely unpleasant and completely unprofessional.
The same was true of the behavior of the lady at the cashier, apparently the daughter of the house, who responded to my comment in an arrogant and not at all service-oriented manner.
The only logical consequence: we ate at a different restaurant for the next three days.
As a guest, you don't have to put up with such arrogance from the owners!!!
18/09/2025: The quality of the food is truly impressive, the fish is incredibly fresh, but what really makes the difference is the service. Mimmo is a true professional, thanks for the advice, and thanks to him, we'll be back.
