It's a question of transparency and professionalism, regardless of the food. The customer has the right to know how much the dishes offered to him cost.

26/01/2025: How can you start a review with a 'Mea culpa'?, you who are reading me will say. Well yes, I admit, I should have visited it much earlier, this natural reserve of culinary delights that totally satisfied my sense of taste. Located in the historic center of Bitonto, a stone's throw from the cathedral, this place, pleasantly set up and with impeccable service, is able to meet the needs of a varied clientele, because it offers a choice of courses: traditional and gourmet pizzas, first courses, second courses dishes, side dishes, desserts, all prepared with excellent quality ingredients, with tasty and refined flavours. Price appropriate to the satisfaction you feel in staying in this place. Go there, I recommend it, you will avoid reciting my "Mea culpa". Then don't tell me I didn't warn you.

06/01/2025: Oggi con la mia famiglia siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante. Che dire, soddisfatti da tutti i punti di vista. Il locale si presenta curato e pulito, i camerieri gentili e preparati, i piatti tutti ottimi ,pece crudo fresco senza parlare del prezzo che altamente competitivo data la quantità dei prodotti. Su mia richiesta mi hanno regalato anche un bicchiere che mi piaceva. Ringrazio e consiglio vivamente.

30/12/2024: Una garanzia. Ottimo ed abbondante pranzo: antipasti caldi e freddi, frutti di mare crudi, un ottimo primo di paccheri con sugo di cicala e carciofi, frittura di pesce e filetto di spigola su base di purè, frutta e dolce. Abbondante anche il menù baby. Ottimo il servizio.

05/03/2025: I went to this place on a Tuesday evening, there were few tables however they got my dish wrong twice (a banal Ceasar Salad) which finally arrived but without sauce. I ate it anyway because I didn't want to keep the guests waiting who very politely waited for my dish to arrive. The other dishes were pleasant but without too many compliments. Overall I didn't have a bad meal but I wouldn't go back.

03/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner. Not being local, we relied on Google and we weren't wrong. A wonderful experience, the dishes offered were one better than the other, we struggled to choose a favourite. Elegant but familiar atmosphere. The waiters were very courteous and prepared. We were surprised by the fact that, having not drunk wine and spirits included in the menu, a significant discount was applied to us. A place that we absolutely recommend for the quality of the dishes, the service and the attention to the customer.

13/03/2025: Start of the season aperitif. Nice place by the sea. Service certainly needs improvement, but after all the season is just starting, there is ample margin. Acceptable costs.

22/02/2025: Beautiful veranda close to the beach below the San Vito Abbey in Polignano a Mare.. With good or bad weather, it is always a pleasure to enjoy something by the sea.. Bars and small refreshments are the specialties of this place... Let yourself be tempted.. it's worth it...

11/03/2025: We were attracted by the ambience and location. Not exactly cheap, but we had an excellent lunch. Both the starters and the main courses were very tasty. Unfortunately I have to deduct points for the service, arrogant and not even technically correct. It's a shame for such a place.
