The best meal we had in Puglia. For two people they recommended having “vegetable experience + two mains”, which surprisingly gave us 10 dishes in total plus a small soup appetiser. All dishes were creative and incredibly delicious, made using the seasonal produce from the farm.
The vegetable experience dishes were intrinsically vegan, and the mains could be made vegan.
Sitting by the farm in a sunny day added to the dinning experience.

If you want a cuisine that uses only fresh products from the countryside, a family environment, to be welcomed with kindness, warmth and smiles... don't stay at home, come and eat here!!... and bring your friends too 😉 You will taste the best local vegetables prepared both raw and cooked in different ways and which you will not find anywhere else.

Pricey but nice, we got cabbage 'pie', a purple veg soup, bread and seasonal veg all covered by the table cover charge which is €3. It's in one of the trulli which makes it a lovely atmosphere. The veg is all home grown

Creative, tasty and light cuisine, the vegetables from their gardens find splendid combinations in the chefs' ideas. Interesting combinations of jams and honeycomb, a real treat... Appropriate wines, desserts to match the food

Ieri 5/01/2024 in due abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria. Abbiamo provato delle esperienze sensoriali e gustative molto positive. Accoglienza familiare in ambiente rustico con vista panoramica dell'orto da cui vengono raccolti i prodotti freschi per la cucina. Cibo ottimo e ben preparato. Il prezzo giusto per quello che la cucina offre considerando la qualità dei prodotti. Personale cortese e attento, servizio celere.
Abbiamo degustato:
Paccheri alla carbonara vegetale con funghi porcini e capocollo croccante;
Fricelli con salsiccia, verdure e crema di burrata;
Guancia stufata con fichi secchi e aceto balsamico su purea di patate.

Ci siamo capitati per caso...degustazione di verdure freschissime e trattate sapientemente e condite con salsine favolose. Paccheri alla carbonara vegetale con porcini e capocollo...unione di croccante e saporito decisamente interessante....ci siamo capitati per caso....ci torneremo per scelta!!!

Cena in famiglia con figlia celiaca ottima attenzione e diverse scelte senza glutine anche tra i dolci. In questo ristorante, affacciato su un orto interno, si gustano ottimi piatti con verdure locali a "metro zero" più che a km zero, il proprietario, così come gli addetti alla sala, garantiscono un servizio eccellente. Piatti gustosi, contemporanei e stagionali, pur non avendo preso il menù degustazione lo suggerirei, chi lo ha oreso nei tavoli vicini continuava a tesserne le lodi. Raccomandato anche per la posizione, si parcheggia vicino e si arriva a piedi alla zona con maggiore densità di Trulli
