The few negative reviews are incomprehensible. There are four of us, and we all agree: this restaurant was simply the best of our trip. The ingredients are high-quality and expertly prepared in every dish we tried. The setting is pleasant, and the service is attentive and friendly. Thank you from the four of us for this delightful experience.

I arrived without a reservation and was welcomed with open arms. There are two tasting menus to choose from, and I went for the vegetable-focused one. What makes it so special is that the vegetables come directly from their own garden, right next to where you can dine. There’s something truly beautiful about enjoying dishes made with ingredients grown right there and transformed so thoughtfully. I would definitely come back. This has easily become one of my favorite places. The service was wonderful, and the wines were spectacular.

The discovery of Alberobello takes us to the sovereign trullo of Terra Madre... we enter and discover that inside lies a beautiful vegetable garden/garden with tables nestled under a beautiful vineyard that offers shade and coolness. A beautiful setting, quiet and comfortable, you know what you're going to eat because it's right there beside you... The food is excellent, and the location offers a new and very natural experience.

This is one of those places I'd happily return to for another dinner. The food and wine were excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the setting was charming, nestled in the middle of a vegetable garden. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

10/04/2026: We had very good cocktails here today, a Negroni and an Americano. It was self-service at the counter in the early afternoon, the friendly, passionate bartender was great. We sat outside in the little square, lots of seating at simple tables.
05/03/2026: We stopped for a coffee and loved it. It's a small bar with delicious coffee and a large, inviting terrace. Plus, the staff was very friendly.
