03/05/2026: Communication with tourists is difficult, both in English and Spanish. They offer side dishes vaguely, without specifying whether they're included in the menu when you ask (like salad or fries), and then charge exorbitant prices. We spent 70 euros for two tiny dishes. I don't recommend it.

18/05/2026: We had the Pucca Italian burger with octopus, it was amazing! Really delicious and filling, the bun was incredible.
I also highly recommend the Aperol spritz, inexpensive and very well served.
The staff were super friendly 👍

20/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived and made us feel completely unwelcome. We found hair in the food, and the clams were clearly not fresh and badly overcooked. When we tried to politely explain that we were unhappy with the meal and service, the staff refused to listen and dismissed our concerns entirely. Despite the poor treatment, we were still forced to pay a service fee, which felt unreasonable considering the way we were treated. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel like a burden, even to the point of dropping the menus in front of us without basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
17/05/2026: Good food, but very slow and evasive service that does not follow up with customers during dinner.
One of the main courses did not come with the others. The waiter noticed it and said - "wait a minute". We waited thirty minutes for it to arrive😔
The service showed no understanding that it was poor service.

26/04/2026: We called on a Saturday evening, there were 20 of us, and they still found seats for us. We had to wait a bit when we arrived, but that's okay.
The service was very quick, and the pizzas arrived quickly.
They let you choose whether you wanted the Neapolitan or Bari-style pizza, and I have to say it was pretty good anyway.
The menu pairings were perhaps a little odd, but the ingredients were good.
I had the pizza with finocchiona, which, with the yellow cherry tomatoes, completely covered the flavor. I also tried the one with sage, and unfortunately, the burrata covered everything underneath.
25/04/2026: Customer service needs improvement. Waiters quickly clear dishes so they can finish the next reservation. Total confusion in the dining room, with people having to shout to talk to other diners at their table.

20/05/2026: Servers are indifferent and inattentive. Food was just ok. We got a glass of wine which might have been 3 ounces, at best . Clearly they know it's mainly tourists coming in and they're one and done so they don't really give a damn. I wouldn't recommend this place. My bad for not reading all the lousy recent reviews before going in.
17/05/2026: You wonder what the staff are doing, between the one who delays you and doesn't take your order, and the one who should be taking it but doesn't either, no smiles, just the bill

26/04/2026: Terrible experience. We entered this lovely Braceria at 1:00 PM and after eating almost nothing, like a meat carpaccio and a lasagna made who knows how long ago, they brought us two pieces of meat with mashed potatoes at 3:00 PM, telling us that the sausage was also out. After I got up from the table pissed off, their response was, "But that's how Sundays are, unfortunately! You'll never see me again."
Oh, I forgot, for these things they also charged me €50. I strongly advise against it.
Being from Bari, you guys don't really know much about meat...
