09/08/2026: Excellent service, the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. We had grandma's meatballs and didn't like them at all; they were very spongy, like eating an omelette with tomato sauce. The trio of cured meats was very good, the tagliolini with truffle was very good, but the amount of truffle was excessive, while the orecchiette with braciole were nothing to write home about, very good.

09/08/2026: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't particularly positive. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional or enough to warrant a particularly high rating. What did have a major impact on our experience, however, was the service: we found the waiters decidedly rude and unhelpful, with a manner that didn't seem appropriate to the customers. Added to this, when it came time to get the bill, they refused to split the payment even though we were a table of only three. While this isn't an insurmountable problem, it's still a small gesture of kindness that would have been appreciated, especially considering the request wasn't particularly difficult. Overall, the food was decent, but the service and courtesy definitely need improvement.

04/02/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance, just a few days after it opened, during a stay in Puglia. What can I say? We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff were exceptionally friendly, the ingredients were exceptional, and the food was perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back soon because it was an exceptional experience!

18/05/2026: We had the Pucca Italian burger with octopus, it was amazing! Really delicious and filling, the bun was incredible. I also highly recommend the Aperol spritz, inexpensive and very well served. The staff were super friendly 👍

20/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived and made us feel completely unwelcome. We found hair in the food, and the clams were clearly not fresh and badly overcooked. When we tried to politely explain that we were unhappy with the meal and service, the staff refused to listen and dismissed our concerns entirely. Despite the poor treatment, we were still forced to pay a service fee, which felt unreasonable considering the way we were treated. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel like a burden, even to the point of dropping the menus in front of us without basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

17/05/2026: Good food, but very slow and evasive service that does not follow up with customers during dinner. One of the main courses did not come with the others. The waiter noticed it and said - "wait a minute". We waited thirty minutes for it to arrive😔 The service showed no understanding that it was poor service.

15/07/2026: A disappointing experience; we will never return. We were appalled by the way the waiters treated us—they were rude and ill-mannered, speaking ill of us behind our backs because they assumed we didn't understand Italian. Low-quality drinks, poor food, and acidic, canned sauce. There is no pizza or fish on the menu. High prices and truly poor quality.

08/08/2026: All the restaurants were full, so we headed to this one… which was empty. We can see why… tasteless food, undercooked pizza, typical dishes served only for two people, which severely limits the choices. Avoid it

05/08/2026: We ate carpaccio di tonno incredibly good, and the best thing was the rissotto ai frutti di mare, delicious and with sapori a mare. We will definitely come back when we visit Polignano

Clearly they know it's mainly tourists coming in and they're one and done so they don't really give a damn. I wouldn't recommend this place. My bad for not reading all the lousy recent reviews before going in.
