11/10/2025: It's been under new management for some time now, with a renovated and very welcoming atmosphere. Varied appetizers and refined pizzas make this place a frequent destination. Francesco and his wife are always kind and welcoming. Always smiling. That's another reason why I give it a 5!

The negative reviews all refer to the old management!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth: the impeccably kind waiter guided us with professionalism and sincere hospitality, suggesting a truly extraordinary selection of appetizers that reflect the local area.
Each course was meticulously crafted, rich in authentic flavors, and prepared with evident passion. The appetizers were a delightful journey through tradition and quality. I highly recommend this tavern.

09/11/2025: A positive experience, good pizzas with long rising times and specialty flours: whole grain, whole wheat, or white. The best is made with good, varied ingredients. You can eat inside or outside under an elegant gazebo. The desserts are good, but the gelato is not.
09/11/2025: Delicious appetizers, very good pizza, a welcoming place with short waits, even on Saturdays. Clara, the waitress who served us, was knowledgeable and friendly.

06/11/2025: I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. A wonderful discovery! The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. There's also a small covered and heated terrace. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food is superb! The fish and seafood are incredibly fresh. I tried the ceviche, the trio of tartare, the tuna steak, and the beef fillet (for meat lovers)—everything was perfect. They also have a good wine selection. If you're looking for a "real restaurant," this is an excellent choice. The prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in Bari, but it's entirely justified. They really go the extra mile! 😉 Thank you to the whole team; I had two wonderful evenings in your company.
04/11/2025: The soup for two for €60 looked like this (see photo). There was very little fish, and the tail in the photo was raw. To be fair, they replaced it, but the bruschetta was burnt.

30/10/2025: The food was unfortunately oversalted; I think the cook was having a bad day. However, considering the prices, it's outrageous – €18 for pasta! 😀
And be sure to check the prices on the menu; they simply added €10 to the bill.

15/10/2025: The waiter brought us a coffee with normal milk when we specified soya. We are both extremely lactose intolerant. When we asked for a new coffee and sent it back they refused to remove it from the bill and said it wasn’t their fault. Terrible service.
14/10/2025: No toilet seat or toilet paper in the ladies or gents toilets.
No toilet seat unfortunately seems standard in most of restaurants in Puglia

03/11/2025: The location is lovely, with a large outdoor garden and the traditional interior, but everything else didn't particularly convince me. The price was high for a platter that, according to the waiter who served us, could have been eaten by three people, but was ridiculously large enough for two; the third would have eaten the crumbs. The white bread wasn't fresh that day. A somewhat disappointing personal experience.
11/10/2025: A worthwhile find slightly off the beaten track with a spacious outdoor terrace with shaded area. We stopped for coffee & cake so can recommend the Tiramisu and Coconut and Nutella torte!
The service was good and WC clean & pleasant to use. It wasn't busy so couldn't comment on atmosphere and didn't venture into the indoor part.

26/03/2025: Per la seconda volta qui. Atmosfera rilassante, piatti incantevoli e gusti emozionanti.
Posto super consigliato per una cena di coppia e non solo.
