10/05/2025: We had a wonderful lunch — tagliolini ai frutti di mare, perfectly cooked pasta and seafood, followed by a shared frittura that was incredibly fresh, tender, and delicious. All paired with a crisp white wine and a view to die for. Consigliatissimo! While we were there, several tourists were politely turned away — and rightly so. A note for visitors: TOURISTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE: 1. At any respectable restaurant in Puglia, dress appropriately. Smart casual, dress modestly, no swimwear or flip flops — if it’s too hot, stay at the beach. 2. It’s a restaurant, not a café. Don’t expect to sit down just for dessert, drinks or coffee — that’s what bars are for. 3. Use cutlery. Yes, even for seafood. This isn’t a picnic - respect the local etiquette. 4. Respect the kitchen and its schedule. Lunch is from 12:30 to 2:00pm, dinner from 8:00 to 9:30pm. If you’re allowed to sit outside of these hours, treat it as a massive courtesy — especially at dinner. 5. Ideally, book your table in advance to avoid disappointment. 04/05/2025: Ieri sera mi sono recata a cena con mio marito attirati dal posto la veduta che ha il ristorante. Esperienza orribile, vongole non sapevano di nulla Cozze idem Inoltre mio marito nell insalata di mare c era una cozza tutto strana Impresentabile lo abbiamo fatto notare e rassicurati che fossero buone e ci è stato detto Che non c erano problemi sulla qualità, tanto è che ci hanno portato un saute' per farsi perdonare Sapore zero Mio marito ha accusato dissenteria la notte e il giorno dopo L indomani cioè stamattina Ho telefonato il ristorante facendo presente la situazione, i dipendenti mi hanno detto appena arriva la responsabile la faccio Chiamare! Sto ancora aspettando !!!! Questa è la considerazione per i clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!!

20/05/2025: Good restaurant: excellent sea urchins and raw seafood. Good wine list. We were impressed by the first Tagliolini with red mullet and zucchini and yellow tomato. The owner is the best: friendly, welcoming, cheerful.

11/05/2025: Forced to give one star. I booked a table for me and my family, when we arrived on site there was no table. Moral of Sunday lunch. Fasting thanks to the owner SERIOUSNESS LESS THAN ZERO

I feel on vacation and I feel at home Unique beach soft clean sand large resort loungers large umbrellas and the transparent sea of ​​our beautiful Adriatic. 26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

18/05/2025: It's once-in-a-lifetime experience, which means you visit there once and will never come back. To be fair, the view is mind blowing especially at sunset. The horizon is coloured in pinkish red and a deep blue sky background. The food is not worth mentioning. Avoid the sea cave if you don't want to add seasoning on your food. There's mist of seawater due to the splashes. And the pigeons are flying to and forth. That's not a good timing to enjoy their chores.

19/04/2025: Le regole della ristorazione DOVREBBERO essere chiare ma a quanto pare così non è, forse in cucina il cuoco si sente furbo perché su 100 turisti almeno 80 non sono italiani e si sa: “gli stranieri non capiscono nulla di cucina italiana”. Peccato però che scrivere sul menu delle cose e poi servirne altre è una vera e propria TRUFFA. Che i tuoi clienti siano italiani o stranieri resta il fatto che li stai traendo in inganno, servendo dei prodotti che sul menu sono definiti come locali, però al tavolo ti arriva il prodotto surgelato e anche di pessima qualità. Ordiniamo da menu fave e cicorie a km0, ci servono fave e spinaci congelati. Chiamiamo il cameriere per comunicargli che quelle non erano cicorie e lui risponde che lo erano, gli chiediamo di confrontarsi con la cucina e ci riferisce che erano cicorie e biete. Punto uno: NON ERANO CICORIE E BIETE MA SPINACI SURGELATI. Punto due: IO HO CHIESTO LE CICORIE e NESSUN RISTORATORE DOVREBBE METTERE, NEL PIATTO DEL CLIENTE, ALIMENTI NON INDICATI IN MENU. E se fossi stata allergica alla bieta/spinaci? CIPOLLA NEL PIATTO? NON PERVENUTA. Le orecchiette in menu sono indicate come fatte a mano, e indovinate un po’? INDUSTRIALISSIME. Le rape dovevano essere fresche e intere, sono arrivate in versione pesto. Probabilmente perché è l’unico modo per rendere meno evidente che anche quelle sono congelatissime. Il vino era palesemente aceto, mea culpa a non averlo assaggiato ma solo odorato quando il cameriere l’ha servito. Ovviamente nessuna scusa da parte di nessuno, anzi… hanno solo evitato di chiederci se era andata bene, forse conoscevano già la risposta? Mie cari ristoratori, imparate ad avere rispetto per il cliente.

12/04/2025: Very intimate and welcoming restaurant. Cuisine with typical and refined ingredients which enhance the taste of the dishes. Chef Vito is a very creative and professional person. Highly recommended for small parties, for a lunch or dinner immersed in the beauty of the city of Conversano.

01/06/2025: The 4 of us + our dog found ourselves having lunch at this grill restaurant in the heart of Alberobello. Inside it is cool even though the meat is cooked. As soon as you enter you immediately see the counter with the meats and the bombette. Good cold cuts. The bombette of various flavors are very good in fact they were recommended to us by Piera. Even the rib of about 450g was very tender. The price was fair compared to the quality. If I go back there I will gladly go back.

11/01/2025: Cocktail ben eseguito. Il locale è bello Per aperitivo sconsigliato. Ogni piccola porzione che chiedevi di mangiare insieme al cocktail (es olive o taralli) li pagavi a parte per la bellezza di 3€ a mini ciotolina. Sconsigliata solo per il prezzo

12/03/2025: I discovered a gem near Bari. An old villa, well renovated. I used the Spa, a very intimate corner with sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage. Everything very well organized and quiet. Two hours of absolute relaxation, followed by a well done massage. The dinner was excellent, the service was attentive and meticulous. Mr. Michele made us feel welcomed and pampered. Compliments

13/02/2025: Sublime and unique experience between spa (with sauna, Turkish bath, herbal tea corner and hydromassage) and dinner; dishes that are more than delicious and of excellent quality, presented impeccably, a true pleasure for the palate!! The service is unrivaled! Mr. Michele (dining room manager) welcomed us very well, making us feel immediately at home and pampered with a lot of attention, his company was much appreciated during dinner!! 15/10/2024: Sabato è stata la seconda volta in questo locale. Io celiaca e mio marito allergico ai crostacei. Nonostante la mia insistenza nel ricordare le nostre allergie e la loro evidente “rottura”e scortesia non abbiamo ricevuto le attenzioni dovute, piuttosto ci è stato servito un piatto che conteneva crostacei senza nemmeno chiedere scusa e non calcolando le gravissime conseguenze che ci sarebbero state se fosse stato mangiato. Per non parlare della prima volta come invitati ad un matrimonio.. ci è stato servito nuovamente un piatto contenente crostacei giustificandosi del fatto che fossero sgusciati 🤦🏻‍♀️
