The restaurant is located in an old building and also has a large terrace, but we were a large group and were seated a bit cramped, which meant we didn't enjoy the food, which was otherwise very good. We had an eggplant pie for starters and a well-seasoned fish dish with vegetables for main course. The service was very fast and good, except for the waitress (a brunette with medium-length hair), who charged us for our drinks. She came in loudly and her manners weren't the best. A little more friendliness would be needed to serve the diners.

The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. 16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef.
