20/05/2025: Durante una settimana di vacanza in zona ci siamo recati per due sere consecutive in questo locale dietro suggerimento di alcuni amici di Ostuni. Location gradevole, gestita in modo impeccabile da una famiglia del posto. Antipasti superlativi, pasta fatta in casa da urlo e vini sinceri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sarà tappa fissa dei nostri futuri viaggi pugliesi…

08/06/2025: The place is beautiful and characteristic, even if it doesn't seem very accessible to me... The good premises of the place were not fully satisfied by the presence of a rat that was walking undisturbed on the electric wires, with light bulbs to illuminate the tables, right above the heads of the customers... Sitting down for dinner. I fully understand the situation, but it shouldn't happen... The pizzas seemed to be tasty, but the grill left much to be desired: cold and quantitatively limited. They brought us fried food twice... A sign of poor communication and organization, despite the technology used... Let's say that it would be worth trying again to understand, rat aside, if the experience was linked to a particular evening, a one-off, or if it is a deep-rooted attitude. We need to give it another chance!!! Highly recommended the -rat dinner- to enjoy a moment of shivering along the spine.

01/05/2025: I booked at Gustavo's in Galatone for May Day, starting from Nardò (just 5 km away), in a group of 8 people. What can I say? It was an incredible surprise! The €30 fixed menu was a real bargain: welcome cocktail (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), a rich selection of local cheeses and 5 abundant and delicious starters. The first courses, served in the center to share, were spectacular: paccheri all'assassina, spicy at the right point, and paccheri with lard, creamy and tasty. The highlight, however, was the black suckling pig, very tender and cooked to perfection – an explosion of flavour! To close, an ice cream cone included in the price, truly appreciated. The location is wonderful, with both outdoor and indoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, accompanied by a DJ set with company music that invited you to sing along. All the food was 0 km, you could feel the quality and freshness. We took bottles of Schola Sarmenti wine (15€), excellent to accompany lunch. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the place was full. I recommend Gustavo to anyone who wants a day of taste and relaxation, perhaps for special occasions or lunches with friends. Da Nardò is very close, and I will return soon!

03/06/2025: A true sensory experience. Impeccable dishes from every point of view, exquisite. I can only compliment the chef and all the staff. I must say that we were very late, booked for 9:30 pm but unfortunately Maps sent us to another place and we arrived almost 1:30 hours late. They made us sit down and eat anyway despite the hitch. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

25/05/2025: I really liked the place wedged in the alleys of Oria and with a really particular color of the walls that reminded of the night sky and created a nice contrast with the star vaults. Pleasant evening with friends we consumed a hamburger each and a fried food as an entrée. The service, although appreciable, the effort made by the only waiter present leaves much to be desired as he is clearly a makeshift figure who has some difficulty expressing himself

23/05/2025: Wonderful place in the beautiful historic center of Oria. Refined and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of tasting one of their hamburgers on the menu and I can only compliment them! Highly recommended place.

13/05/2025: Excellent first courses and desserts, the second courses we found on the menu were very common and not consistent with the local cuisine.

11/05/2025: Unpretentious restaurant but with well prepared food. Very little choice on the menu but for an informal relaxing lunch or dinner it is perfect. The lady who waits at the tables is particularly effective and operational. I appreciated the very tasty broad beans and chicory and the meat with potatoes. The price is good: around 20 euros (water only). The atmosphere is beautiful with soft lighting (increasingly rare, due to the dazzling cold neon lights of almost all restaurants now...) and authentic, period furnishings. Worth a second visit.

24/04/2025: Bastano poche parole per descrivere questo ristorante e sono quelle già riportate nel titolo. Tutto il resto lo fanno la location con la splendida vista mare, la cortesia del personale e la qualità dei piatti on menù. Rapporto qualita/prezzo correlato alla qualità offerta.

17/05/2025: Unfortunately we found I Templari only on the last evening of our holiday. Who says that Italians disdain i turisti who turn up at the restaurant door at 19:00 sensa prenotazione? We were welcomed very warmly even though they had clearly been very busy with a Mothers day function that afternoon. We had a memorable meal (antipasti and primi and a glass of house white wine which absolutely sets the bar for quality), great value, great service.

24/05/2025: Villa Ciccorosella è un luogo incantevole e magico. Non solo per il suo meraviglioso parco e i suoi giardini, o per l’armonia e l’eleganza degli spazi, ma soprattutto per le atmosfere create dallo staff sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto ad ogni necessità. Per il vostro evento fatevi affiancare dal direttore Paolo e il metre Gianni e sarete certi di avere dei grandi professionisti al vostro fianco. Il nostro matrimonio è stato perfetto in tutto, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Lo chef ha deliziato i palati dei nostri ospiti che ci hanno riempito di complimenti. Ringraziamo di cuore nuovamente tutta la gestione, dalla proprietaria, al direttore, al metre, allo chef e all’intero staff che sono stati assolutamente impeccabili. Alessandra e Giuseppe
