12/05/2025: Il titolo della recensione non è un caso…arrivati in questo posto, accolti in maniera amichevole ma al contempo appassionata e professionale (anche con i più piccoli) ci si sente in sublimazione. Mangiare letteralmente a picco sul mare ma soprattutto mangiare BENE è una esperienza che dallo stato solido di essere umano ti porta in una sorta di stato etereo e mistico. Posto incantevole , gestito da ragazzi preparati e simpatici e cibo preparato dalla chef sapientemente . Degne di nota le orecchiette con scampi e pomodini gialli… Ottima la selezione di vini ed anche i dolci… Per la giornata un po’ ventosa abbiamo dovuto mangiare all’interno (molto bello anche perché le vetrate non lasciano nulla all’immaginazione), ma ci riserviamo di ritornare in una giornata più calda (in vacanza) per mangiare sulle assi del trabucco. Sublime in tutto! Andateci !!!

05/05/2025: Trabucco adattato a ristorante, con piatti interessanti e molto bel presentati. Io ho assaggiato cozze ripiene (ottime) e orecchiette con zucca e seppia (buone ma non ottime) e tonno con grani di senape (diciamo meritava un 8 ma non un 10). Discreta la carta dei vini con molti vini locali , gentile in personale. Stupenda la vista. Conto in linea con la qualità e il posto.

07/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri con amici in questo ristorante ed è stata un esperienza favolosa, tutto ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce. Le linguine con gli scampi una delizia, i gamberoni alla brace e la frittura di pesce sublime. Ho apprezzato moltissimo l' antipasto di sushi, anche il rapporto qualità / prezzo è davvero buono. Da ritornarci assolutamente, complimenti a tutto lo staff molto efficiente e simpatico,così come il titolare Donato molto alla mano

13/03/2025: Ristorante favoloso, antipasto ricco e di grande qualità, il titolare Donato ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, il concetto della grande ristorazione c’è l’ha nel sangue. Che dire siete dei numeri 1, grazie. Consiglio vivamente.

29/04/2025: Structure known during an aperitif organized in the citrus grove... truly a beautiful experience in the midst of nature with genuine products and lots of friendliness. The icing on the cake was the entertainment for children with little ones who didn't want to leave! Compliments!

15/04/2025: we spent two beautiful weeks here in September with 8months baby! very good communication with the property before arrival and trouble-free check-in! Beautiful surroundings of greenery, olive trees, peace and quiet. soothing pool in the garden, two grills available, washing machines, iron, you can buy breakfast! everything you need! an oasis of peace and relaxation for body and mind, I highly recommend!

11/06/2025: Unfortunately, today on our second visit, it wasn't possible to order food at all. We arrived shortly before the kitchen opened, but even half an hour after the kitchen opened, we still couldn't order food, even though there were at least seven waiters present. We were ignored, so we left disappointed after our drinks. It was a complete different story on our first visit. The pizzas were very good. The location is also very pretty, set in a bay, but unfortunately, right next to a road.

01/05/2025: I booked a fried calamari and prawns (peeled) to take away. Very punctual, fresh fish, slightly golden and dry frying. Very good and highly recommended!

26/05/2025: Excelente servicio. Pedimos lingüina con gambas y pulpo asado. Ambos estaban deliciosos y preparados adecuadamente. Disfrutamos de un litro de un vino blanco local con la cena. El sorbete de limón de postre vino con un hojaldre relleno de crema de limón. ¡Increíble! Llegamos cuando abrieron a las 8 pm para encontrar mesas ya sentadas. Podemos conseguir una mesa rápidamente. A las 9 de la noche, había una larga fila en la puerta.

15/05/2025: Siamo clienti affezionati da quasi 10 anni e non mi dispiace affatto percorrere circa 180 km.(tra andata e ritorno), perché comunque si mangia bene con porzioni veramente abbondanti e soprattutto con prezzi vantaggiosi.Grazie allo shef sig. VITO ella signora co dei bravissimi camerieri

19/05/2025: The place is welcoming and quiet. The fish is fresh and the dishes are truly delicious, cooked with genuine and tasty ingredients, served piping hot. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to customer needs. The quality/price ratio is good. Super recommended!

21/04/2025: Every time I return to Ostuni, having lunch or dinner at Spessite is the greatest of pleasures. The restaurant, in the historic center, is cozy and well-kept and has a small terrace with a view. Once seated, a gastronomic tour begins among the dishes of the true tradition of the area that the lady, always smiling, proposes, telling the story. A treat for guests who rediscover true ancient and healthy flavours, prepared with passion and paired with excellent wines. Prices are correct and low. The atmosphere is one that warms the heart and makes you feel at home, a far cry from speculative places for tourists. I can't recommend it highly enough!

05/05/2025: Struttura di panificati fronte parcheggio pagamento,ad angolo 2 entrate vetrate. Servizio efficiente e rapido gentile anche la cassa. Primeggiano le focacce baresi che regalano un ottimo sapore e croccantezza. Diversi prodotti disponibili. Una occasione per uno spuntino per i clienti in giornata a mare! Costi coerenti e pulizia che ha valore.

28/05/2025: Visited the restaurant only, so cannot comment on the rooms. Bit of a mixed bag, if I’m honest. My pasta was quite tasty but my husband’s selection of fish was bad, swordfish and cuttlefish were very chewy and dry, quite overpriced for what was delivered if I’m honest, didn’t even include chips. Service was good, they gave us portions of pizza balls while we waited, which was nice.

07/02/2025: If you want to eat a good traditional pizza this place is ideal. The smoked scamorza and bacon pizza is highly recommended ❤️
