29/11/2025: At Trattoria Zia Rosa, we had the opportunity to try two delicious, typically Apulian dishes. The orecchiette with sausage, mushrooms, and tomatoes was perfectly seasoned—simple, filling, and full of the homemade flavors of southern Italy. The fresh ingredients and delicate sauce perfectly highlighted the character of the local cuisine. The cavatellino with cicerchia, capocollo, and crispy fried focaccia—a creamy, rich dish with an incredibly balanced flavor. The combination of legumes, pasta, and crunchy toppings created a dish that was both traditional and surprisingly light.

22/11/2025: Excellent linguine with truffle (I would have liked a slightly larger portion) at a fairly reasonable price (€18). The onion and raisin focaccia served while we waited for the first course was very tasty. A historic restaurant in the center of Gravina in Puglia.

17/12/2025: A very cozy restaurant with an elegant interior and an incredible Christmas atmosphere - beautiful decorations create a feeling of a real holiday. The establishment is popular, so it is better to book a table in advance. The cuisine is at a high level: the dishes are delicious, the presentation is thoughtful. The service is impeccable - attentive, professional waiters. The girl singer left a special impression: her voice and performance added warmth and special magic to the evening. I definitely want to come back again.

29/11/2025: I organized a dinner at Il Melograno for a group of doctors attending a conference in Trani. From the moment we booked, Ms. Tania's kindness and helpfulness in organizing the event was impeccable. On the evening of the dinner, the Director and the entire staff were impeccably helpful and courteous. The food? Compliments to the chef and the team, because the dinner was superb. Congratulations to everyone, and see you next time!

23/11/2025: I visited this restaurant in the summer, and since I had promised to leave a review, here I am, months later, because it truly deserves it. I'll be brief: it was an exceptional experience. After many years in Puglia and countless restaurants, I can say without hesitation that this place is excellent. We tried sushi, pasta dishes, and much more, and everything was simply perfect. The location is fabulous, the food is top-notch, and the staff's professionalism is extraordinary. We promised ourselves we'd return at least once a year, even if we travel many miles, because Il Mignano Germogli has remained in our hearts.

06/12/2025: The restaurant itself is quite a pleasant place — warm lighting, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that suggests you’re in for a good meal. I ordered the parmigiana, and I have to say it truly stood out. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and it felt like a dish made with real care. The service, on the other hand, left a bit to be desired. While everything was efficient enough, the staff came across as somewhat distant, which took away from the otherwise welcoming setting. My wife ordered the ceceri tria dish, and unfortunately it didn’t make much of an impression. It wasn’t bad, just rather ordinary and lacking the depth or creativity we had hoped for. Overall, the experience was fine — not terrible, not amazing — just okay.

22/09/2025: I'd like to start my review by thanking the owner and all the staff. You are people with big and generous hearts. During a return trip to Sicily, my wife fell ill and ended up in the emergency room. At 4 a.m., as soon as she was discharged, we found ourselves looking for a hotel to sleep in, especially since we also had a 2-year-old daughter. By now, tired and exhausted, we had given up hope. When the owner answered the phone, sensing our difficulties, she got out of bed, dressed, and welcomed us as quickly as possible. The next day, she even took care of buying milk for the baby. Not to mention the girls who take care of the rooms and dining room, who made themselves available while looking after my daughter. Thanks also to the owner's daughter, who immediately made herself available for anything. I conclude by saying that the facility is truly worth it. There's an air of kindness, courtesy, and generosity, the rooms are spacious and, above all, clean and tidy. I haven't had a chance to look closely at the exterior, but it's full of greenery, elegant gardens, and everything is very nice. Well-maintained and organized... Bring it in and you won't regret it. 24/11/2025: As always, everything was excellent quality, with the freshest fish and the option of meat dishes for those who don't eat fish. Excellent wines. Among the appetizers, there was even excellent sushi. The cake was exquisite. They even allowed our little furry friend to come in. The staff was impeccable, always available, courteous, and attentive to our every request. They fulfilled all my wishes and those of the other diners. Perfectly air-conditioned, spotlessly clean restrooms, and plenty of space between tables. The tablecloths were pristine white, and the dishes were spotless. No need to worry about leaving; I'll be back many times because Donato and his staff NEVER disappoint. Incredible price!

For the first course, orecchiette pasta with Apulian meat ragù is simply breathtaking. The perfect meat main course is accompanied by chimichurri sauce, a delightful novelty. Quick service, friendly and professional staff. Truly skilled. Finally, homemade desserts. Delicious. Highly recommended for lunches or evenings with friends.

08/10/2025: This place was recommended by the host who rented the apartment to us... a perfect tip! The dinner was spectacular, from appetizers to dessert. Simple, quality ingredients that convey a taste of the local area. All this accompanied by attentive, precise, and super friendly staff! Absolutely pet-friendly; our two dogs were welcomed with no problem! Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: It's not a hotel but a shop selling cheeses and farm meat. Friendly welcome, good and inexpensive products. I recommend it 100%.

29/10/2025: Beautifully decorated room, but no window and the bathroom radiator doesn't work, so it stays damp. Plus, the room is on two floors, which isn't practical. You can't even dry your clothes outside.

25/08/2025: We stayed at this magical masseria three days ago for my birthday. The location is stunning, beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail! The food was superb, simple but cooked to perfection. The owner, Irene, was incredibly kind and helpful, and even sweet enough to bring me a cake with a candle because she knew it was my birthday. We'll be back soon, perhaps during the day, so we can see the animals better. Thank you for everything!
