01/01/2025: For dinner on December 31st my friends and I chose Villa Bacco and we weren't wrong. From the appetizers to the dessert, the dishes were very much appreciated by everyone and we complimented the owner and chef Nicola Colucci. We will certainly return to Villa Bacco on another occasion and I will recommend this location to other friends for the right value for money.

01/01/2025: Per la cena del 31 dicembre io e i miei amici abbiamo scelto Villa Bacco e non abbiamo sbagliato. Dagli antipasti al dolce le pietanze sono state da tutti molto gradite ed abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo titolare e chef Nicola Colucci. Sicuramente torneremo a Villa Bacco in un altra occasione e consiglierò questa location ad altri amici per il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

07/12/2024: Sono cliente da un diversi anni, tutti i prodotti proposti sono di qualità ben superiori alla media ma personalmente un vassoio di cornetti rustici sono imperdibili. La signora Giulia è di una gentilezza encomiabile.

03/04/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo trattoria durante un viaggio di lavoro e confermo quanto già detto al titolare de visu, ovvero che sia il servizio che la qualità dei piatti è stata eccellente. Il punto di forza è stato il "chilometrico" antipasto mari e monti fatto di oltre 20 portate. Abbiamo apprezzato piatti tipici locali e non, rivisitati in chiave moderna. Tutti davvero ottimi. Il servizio è stato veloce anche se la sala non era full. Abbiamo completato il tutto con un assaggio di buoni dolci e con del vino della casa. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo!. Nel periodo estivo e nei fine settimana il titolare ci ha detto che la prenotazione è obbligatoria. Consigliatissimo!

20/03/2025: Cena in famiglia con moglie e figlio. Tutto molto buono con ottima qualità dei prodotti e giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ha sorpreso favorevolmente il fatto che pur ordinando due antipasti della casa tutte le portate sono arrivate con tre prodotti nel piatto. Da ritornare assolutamente.

13/04/2025: In 3 weeks traveling from Toscana to Puglia, the best meal we've had. Unfortunately had to catch a bus to the train and we didn't get a chance for dessert and espresso. Service was excellent, and the two of us were the only table of non-locals.

Personale disponibile e qualità della materia prima, rimangono indiscussi. L'assassina che ho assaggiato, rientra di diritto nelle prime tre piú buone del capoluogo. In Vino Veritas, super consigliato!

08/02/2025: After some time, I return to this location which has always remained one of my favorites in the center of Bari. Helpful staff and quality of the raw materials remain undisputed. The assassin that I tasted is rightfully among the top three best in the capital. In Vino Veritas, super recommended!

06/01/2025: Posto accogliente, personale cordiale, cibo ottimo e particolare con materie prime buone, trasformate bene e con fantasia il tutto condito da tanta umiltà e voglia di fare. Si percepisce l'attenzione e l'amore per ciò che fanno. Unico appunto: probabilmente hanno una cucina un po' piccola ma soprattutto, preparando quasi tutto al momento, a volte i piatti non arrivano insieme al tavolo ma il ritardo non è tale da "inficiare" la convivialità della tavolata tanto è vero che, nonostante ciò, ho dato 5 stelle. Promosso a pieni voti e consigliatissimo.

03/04/2025: Ambiente molto bello e curato, staff gentile, titolare fantastica, cibo buono ma non eccelso, prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Cantina dei vini molto fornita. Da provare!

07/01/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant after visiting the beautiful village of Acaya, a welcoming environment with a fireplace which on a January evening, even if not very cold, warms the body and mind, we ate a good seafood salad and octopus in pignata , exquisite, a first course with aubergines and sausage, the second course horse meat that melted in the mouth and some fried foods including the typical Salento breasts, all washed down with a good Susumaniello

03/12/2024: Ci vado spesso : cibo sempre molto buono, veloce il servizio, Acaya splendida. D’estate ai tavoli fuori o d’inverno con il caminetto acceso l’atmosfera è sempre assicurata . E’ il mio preferito !
