26/08/2024: Restaurant: ....you are never wrong.......Belami is always a discovery of flavours, aromas of hospitality and courtesy...Chef Tiziano guarantees great quality together with his team and the dining room staff.... ..I mention only two dishes: tagliolini with sea cicada and Catalan lobster consumed on two different occasions.....I can't add anything else.....except that the place, Maglie, maintains all its Salento charm. ....and it's worth a walk....and tasting a good pasticciotto.....

22/07/2024: I returned to this Masseria after 4 years. The first time it didn't have a pool yet. This time too I can only consider it excellent. Typical Apulian and Salento farmhouse. Colors and atmosphere that takes you into a special and above all relaxing world. Excellent service and staff always available and with a smile. The swimming pool is very well looked after and absolutely relaxing. There is also the possibility of a nice aperitif which is brought directly to your sunbed. Varied breakfast (it has improved over the years), with many artisanal and excellent quality products. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.

28/08/2024: Refined and elegant place, nice atmosphere. Efficient and competent service. The food served is truly excellent, according to the Salento tradition, with a pinch of innovation that does not distort the flavours. The orecchiette with cacio ricotta were spectacular, my friends took ciciri and tria and were amazed by their goodness. The desserts are also delicious, I plan to try the frisamisú next time. A tiramisu made with frisa is an intriguing idea. My compliments.

28/08/2024: Very welcoming and intimate place. Attention to detail, nothing is left to chance. Excellent service: competence and kindness make the customer feel pampered. Furthermore, traditional Salento food stands out from the tourist masses!

26/07/2024: Dough: with semolina? Not exactly "light", you can like it or not, it's not a "traditional" pizza. All good ingredients, but if there aren't fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, why do you serve them as fresh? If the sorbets aren't ready, why are you making me wait for them to freeze in the freezer? The service was a little distracted and detached, yet there weren't many people, perhaps the tiredness of the day was making itself felt. Prices are not exactly light: you have to pay for quality, but sometimes you exaggerate a little... Does the location make you forget everything else? No. Beautiful place, near the cathedral, but overall this pizzeria has lights and shadows. Different dough, good ingredients, but, for my taste, it is not the pizzeria I would recommend to friends who stop in Bitonto.

10/07/2024: I've tried better places in my country, not to mention the location, I ate on the lower floor and you can't imagine the stale air. After eating I asked if they had liquorice liqueur, and not having it I joked I said to the waiter, then I won't come here to eat anymore, he replied in an arrogant tone, ma'am, if you don't come we'll still work. First is last time. It was winter and I ate in the lower room and I remember where I eat.

26/08/2024: We went to the Corallo Restaurant with a group of friends on the recommendation of a local. Unfortunately, expectations were not met in various aspects. The location is very nice and well-kept, the menu offers a wide choice of fish dishes with average prices and which I confirm is fresh at least in the dishes we chose. The former were very good, the latter however turned out to be very mediocre, especially the frying which was "rubbery". But the biggest disappointment came at the end of the dinner, when we were asked if we would like a digestive, making it understood as being offered by the house, while instead when we arrived at the checkout we found every single liqueur brought to the table stamped on the receipt (€5 per limoncello or liquorice bitters for a total of €40)... I have been coming to Puglia for many years and the Apulian welcome is absolutely not this. Faced with a receipt worth almost €500, it should almost be obvious to offer liqueurs at the end of the meal! Never again...

19/08/2024: Agriturismo Santa Chiara: A Slice of Paradise in Puglia Agriturismo Santa Chiara is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the property's enchanting beauty. Nestled amidst lush olive groves and vineyards, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept soundly every night. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying our morning coffee on the private patio. The pool area was an oasis of tranquility. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food was simply divine, showcasing the best of Puglia's culinary traditions. We especially enjoyed the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and homemade pasta. The staff and location was incredibly kid friendly. Our three year old daughter loved the pool, shopping in Gallipoli and exploring the local beaches. We can't wait to return to Agriturismo Santa Chiara and experience this magical place again. Highly recommended!

23/08/2024: In addition to the beautiful garten, the service was exceptional. We were there last Friday with our son and the young waiter who spoke English took great care of us and you really feel welcome. Great pasta and the beef meat dish was a very large portion. Suggest to come earlier on a weekend as I noticed the service can get a bit overwhelmed when it gets more crowded later in the evening.

Consigliato il menù Salento che per soli 22 euro ti offre la scelta tra un primo e un secondo della cucina tipica salentina, insalata, 1/4 di vino e acqua. Sotto consiglio del cameriere per i bambini abbiamo preso una fettina di capocollo arrosto, ottima scelta in quanto la carne era buonissima e tenerissima. Cibo buono e porzioni abbondanti. Personale disponibile e gentile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
