10/04/2026: On our way back from Salento to Rome, we had the pleasure of enjoying Easter Monday lunch at the refined Rinelli restaurant. The excellent and varied à la carte menu features local and fresh Adriatic seafood specialties, presented in full view, offering a wealth of choices. The service was first-rate, professional, and impeccable, thanks to the attentive supervision and exquisite kindness of maître d' Angelo and the special, gracious welcome of owner Cosimo. An authentic and sincere culinary experience that exalts flavor and tradition, definitely worth a try!

23/12/2025: Very good food, but do NOT bring children. They are not welcome and we felt very stressed from the moment of walking in and the waiter’s disdain. I took my kids outside while we waited for the first course and he scorned me for the ‘food getting cold’ when we returned only minutes later. The waiter insisted he said it wasn’t a place for children on the phone, which was not clear for us. Great atmosphere and food for an adult only meal.

02/12/2025: We chose the regional menu and were absolutely delighted. The presentation, ambiance, value for money of our lunch, and ultimately the delicious meal were the highlight of our visit to Ostuni. Bravo!

23/03/2026: Dinner last Saturday with friends. I was a little worried because I had recommended this restaurant, but instead I was inundated with compliments for the excellent choice. We chose a Margherita pizza as an appetizer (light, very digestible, superb, so good that some of us wanted more pizza at the end), followed by two specials of the day (a risotto and my farro tagliatelle with purple shrimp, truffle, and lime... DELICIOUS), pezzetti al pomodoro, a tagliata, and two more tagliatelle. We had bought the Cupeta (since it was a holiday in Giurdignano), and the hostess let us enjoy it at the table, very kindly. Of course, my friends ordered grappa. Excellent value for money. Quick service, friendly and helpful dining room staff. In short, I highly recommend it. Mrs. Morelli from Maglie.

18/03/2026: We went to Osteria degli Amici in Giurdignano. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and authentic, just as you'd expect from a true local osteria. We tried the cavatelli with beans and mussels: a truly exceptional dish, rich in flavor, well-balanced, and above all, filling. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The fava beans and chicory were also excellent, prepared to perfection, in full respect of tradition. We also had a pizza, which was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Overall, a very positive experience: excellent food, generous portions, and a family atmosphere. Exceptional price. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and savor local cuisine.

It's a place frequented by locals, and you can tell right away because it offers excellent, authentic dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; we felt pampered from start to finish! 27/12/2025: Everything was very good! From the service to the food. Minimal wait. I had pizza and my wife had baked sea bass, both delicious! We had a portion of fries with caciocavallo fondue while we waited, and they were delicious, although I would have preferred more caciocavallo. Upon arrival, they also gave us an entrée of stale bread with oil, oregano, and garlic, all delicious!
