14/09/2025: We arrived in Puglia yesterday and were hungry. Restaurants here naturally open later than in Germany. Calogero opens as early as 7:00 PM, and the reviews were very good. Absolutely right. We can recommend the restaurant without reservation. If you're looking for a sea view, you've obviously come to the wrong place. But the food is excellent. We had Scottish beef tagliata, grilled and fried vegetables, a pizza, wine, water, a sorbet, and espressos. All of the finest quality. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. Of course, there was also water for our dog. We will definitely visit the restaurant again. Many thanks to the whole team. Continued success. 01/09/2025: I spent a delightful evening with friends at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and above all, we were treated very courteously, attentively, and pleasantly by the tall, black-haired waiter.

26/10/2025: Both the pizzas and the first and second courses are excellent. The "sagne torte" are special, as are the horsemeat bites. Attentive and courteous service. Welcoming place. I recommend it.

24/10/2025: Excellent dinner in a truly peaceful setting, with excellent service and preparation, excellent dishes, good house wine, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, truly delicious appetizers, and all the first courses prepared in-house. A fantastic experience we will definitely be repeating.

29/11/2025: The sushi quality was well above average, but the service was inconsistent: there were four of us (two couples) and we ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu. The waiter initially expressed his concerns about the order being a bit larger than he was probably used to, and for our own good, he advised us to reduce it a bit. So far, so good. The problem is that, despite our reassurances that we shouldn't worry about it and that we would eat everything, he still decided on his own to halve our orders, as well as to space them out with monstrously long pauses. I've literally never waited so long in my life between courses. Fortunately, after repeated complaints, the head waiter/manager intervened and managed to resolve the situation, even offering us an extra item off the menu. The owner's intervention to ensure that everything was to our liking from then on was also appreciated. I didn't want to leave a negative review because the quality of the place is generally high, but this insistence is never appreciated, and the staff should discreetly warn you but then leave it up to the customer to decide whether or not to pay the penalty for the uneaten food. We'll be back for a second try, though. And I hope to improve the review.

07/12/2025: Lived up to expectations. The roast beef, bombette, zampina sausage, and capocollo were excellent, and the house desserts were special. Even though the place was packed today for Sunday lunch, the staff was courteous and always smiling.

25/11/2025: A fantastic experience, a charming setting where silence reigns supreme. The staff was truly courteous, answering all our questions thoroughly and helping us choose some dishes. We opted for a meat-based menu, consisting of a tasting of mixed appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two side dishes, and two desserts, accompanied by water and drinks. The dishes are exquisite, to say the least. The price, in my opinion, is in line with what's offered. We had such a great time that we'll probably return, this time for a seafood-only option. If you're looking for good food in an intimate and quiet setting, you've come to the right place!

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

15/11/2025: We visited La Conceria and were truly thrilled. The place is welcoming, the pizzas and dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, and you can taste the care put into the kitchen... but what really made the difference was the service. Special thanks go to Maria, a kind, smiling, and extremely efficient waitress. Even though the place was packed, she managed to look after us attentively, offering the best advice and making us feel truly pampered. Her professionalism and her approach elevated the entire experience. A place we'll return to and recommend to anyone looking for good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and service that makes you feel at home. Well done to the staff, well done Maria! 👏🍕✨

23/09/2025: I went there for lunch the last weekend of August with my partner, a beautiful and welcoming location, we decided to have lunch by ordering an appetizer from the seafood house which included three dishes in one course and then a linguine with scampi or rather scampi with a bottle of water and a glass of wine, all for the modest sum of 150 euros. The appetizer was mediocre and easily found in any restaurant here in Bari for a price that would not have exceeded even half of what we paid. The first course was an excellent linguine with sauce but there was barely any smell of scampi, a shame because the place is very beautiful and with an adequate price on the menu it could have done much better.

30/09/2025: A truly successful evening! The octopus Salentina is a poem. The bread salad with burrata is just as delicious. The coppacallo with onions in primitivo sauce is a real highlight.

16/12/2025: Lovely find on a rainy evening in the maze like old town of Messapica when nothing else was open. We saw lights on and a woman (presumably the owner) sweeping rainwater away from the doorway. We asked her if they were open and she relied “Dieci minuti”. Then she gestured us to come in and wait inside out of the rain. The place was warm and homey, and we were politely greeted by the busboy, who brought us water, wine and some homemade taralli to munch on. At 7 o’clock, opening time, the waiter (presumably the son) took our order and the food arrived promptly thereafter. Our appetizers, meatballs and Caprese salad, were generous and delicious. Two pasta dishes, both also yummy and well portioned, followed along with some sautéed chicory and a mixed salad. We were stuffed, and my partner wasn’t feeling well, so we skipped dessert. They offered us complementary Limoncello. I politely refused, stating that we had to leave and I asked for directions back to where we had parked the car. Not only did he pour me a cup of limoncello to go, he also walked us practically all the way to the parking area. Such a warm and inviting experience on top of great food and very reasonable prices. This is hospitality…And I should add, earlier when I was trying to figure out the parking meter, a local resident assisted me, and since I didn’t have any coins, he paid for my parking!

13/11/2025: An evening spent with dear friends: we enjoyed an appetizer and an excellent risotto. Everything was truly excellent, from the food to the service, which was always attentive and competent. I highly recommend it!

12/11/2025: Impeccable service, excellent food, and not to mention the location. Everything deserves an A+. This was my second time here, and I'll gladly return.
