09/11/2025: Unfortunately, the restaurant is in a nice location, but the service leaves something to be desired. We ordered tajarin with grated truffle, the truffle never arrived, we're still waiting for it. Furthermore, we waited an hour for the dishes and they arrived cold. Poor service!

26/06/2025: Okay the wide choice, but everywhere I looked I couldn't find a menu with a price list, and charging €2.70 for a croissant with Kinder Bueno seems excessive to me. On the positive side, it was good.

25/10/2025: The property is lovely, but its true value lies in the beautiful Barbaresco hills surrounding it. It recently changed ownership, and we encountered some small difficulties, but the new, very helpful manager was able to accommodate us, demonstrating a willingness to improve and a desire to enhance the property, which already has great potential. Given its proximity to Alba and its more than competitive prices, I recommend the Terrazza del Barbaresco to anyone looking to budget and experience a few days in the authentic Langhe, among rows of vines and hazelnut trees.

26/09/2025: Definitely a nice, good, quality restaurant. The fillet steak was exceptional, as was the mashed potatoes. The gnocchi were exquisite! While the slaw and veal with tuna sauce couldn't be said the same, the slaw seemed minced, not hand-grilled, and seasoned with too much lemon. The veal with tuna sauce was nothing special for this type of restaurant. But overall, the service from the girls in the dining room was friendly and attentive. The tiramisu was excellent!

02/10/2025: This summer we had the pleasure of dining at the Leon d'Oro Restaurant in Canale d'Alba, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for making you feel at ease. A huge compliment goes to chef Irene, who showcases local products with balanced, creative, and authentically flavorful dishes. Each course was meticulously crafted, not only in flavor but also in presentation. A special thanks to Ilaria, the owner, and the head waiter, who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness: their passion shines through in every attention they give to their guests. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return: a place we recommend to anyone seeking quality, authenticity, and hospitality.

16/10/2025: I think that were just unlucky this evening, since it seemed like an overall off-night. There might have been more interesting guests consuming wine. Food was okay, but overall underwhelming. Based on the food and service I cannot understand the overall ratings nor the price. We had been at dell'Arco and Petricore the same weekend and this was not even close. But then again, we all have an off-night and we might just have been unlucky. YMMV. 🤷🏻‍♂️

30/09/2025: Our visit to Ventuno in Alba was a truly wonderful experience. The food was outstanding: fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared, the dishes finely balanced and lovingly presented. The wines complemented the dishes perfectly. The hospitality wasn't the main focus, but it was still pleasant enough to round out the visit. Ventuno impresses above all with its excellent cuisine and modern, stylish atmosphere—a place that every food lover should definitely visit.

20/10/2025: The food and service were amazing! We had a little of everything, and they even made a combination antipasto for us that was beyond fantastic. I am at a loss for words on how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. This place is a must visit, but make sure to make a reservation!

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't like this place at all. Worst pizza on our trip to Italy. What we had on our plate had nothing to do with a typical Italian pizza. The ambiance was definitely cozier and more authentic before the renovation. Apparently, no one cared that we were visibly dissatisfied. Poor value for money.

15/06/2025: Zum 1. Mal in der neuen Osteria delle Aie in Castagnito. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundlicher und flinker Service. Alle aufgetragenen Speisen schmeckten sehr herrlich, aber die hausgemachte Glace aus Aprikosen ist speziell erwähnenswert, so superfein. Das Haus befindet sich nach wie vor auf einem sehr hohen Niveau zu moderatem Preis. Gratulation an die freundliche Gastgeberin. Weiterhin viel Erfolg wünschen Urs mit Margrit und Christian

11/11/2025: A lovely, cozy little place I discovered by chance, but I already know it'll become a regular! In addition to pizza and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, this restaurant offers some Sardinian specialties like culurgiones, which I found exceptional. I also enjoyed excellent cured meats and cheeses, and a delicious Cannonau. 🍷 The place is beautifully decorated and the owners are very kind. Fast service and unbeatable value. See you soon!

I have very high myopia and finding a professional who knows how to deal with this type of need with competence is not always easy. In this case, however, I was followed with great attention from the very first moment. I was made glasses with Tokai 1.76 Biasferiche Lutina fine edge Super USC lenses, a very high level both in technical and aesthetic terms. Despite my significant visual defect, the lenses are incredibly thin, light and elegant in appearance, and the final result went far beyond my expectations. The doctor was able to advise me with great care and patience, answering all my questions and guiding me in the best choice for my needs.
