A friend of mine and I chose this restaurant for dinner: the location is beautiful, warm, modern, bright, and well-decorated; you can tell they've put a lot of thought into it.
I recommend making a reservation.
The staff is very friendly and looked after us impeccably throughout the meal without being intrusive.
The menu is a blend of meat and seafood dishes. We chose raw beef and tuna tartare to start, followed by fish fillet and gnocchi, and a sfogliatella. Overall, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
The wide selection of quality coffees is a special mention; it's rare to find.
The bill was reasonable for the overall experience.

Nice restaurant, quiet atmosphere, friendly waiters. Very good food (we had the tajarin and the braised beef). Beautifully presented dishes. Delicious baba. Decent selection of coffees, but the prices are a bit steep. Recommended.

A very nice, modern restaurant in the center of Alba. We had the four-course menu for €58. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious, but we were surprised by the lack of greens in the dishes. The only vegetables we had were potatoes and baby turnips. The chef should add some greens to this otherwise excellent menu.

I think that were just unlucky this evening, since it seemed like an overall off-night. There might have been more interesting guests consuming wine. Food was okay, but overall underwhelming. Based on the food and service I cannot understand the overall ratings nor the price. We had been at dell'Arco and Petricore the same weekend and this was not even close. But then again, we all have an off-night and we might just have been unlucky. YMMV. 🤷🏻♂️

Our visit to Ventuno in Alba was a truly wonderful experience. The food was outstanding: fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared, the dishes finely balanced and lovingly presented. The wines complemented the dishes perfectly.
The hospitality wasn't the main focus, but it was still pleasant enough to round out the visit. Ventuno impresses above all with its excellent cuisine and modern, stylish atmosphere—a place that every food lover should definitely visit.

We really enjoyed the fabulous dishes which are more or less fusion kitchen between Napoli and Piemont. The fish was so fresh and prepared in such a smart way which definitely deserve the 5 stars.
The Ambiente is modern, stylish and clean. It wasn’t loud and we could nicely communicate during dinner even though guests were served on all tables.
