11/03/2025: Ristorante in centro a due passi dalla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova. Ambiente molto accogliente ed estremamente pulito. Personale molto cortese. Menù vario e tradizionale. Ingredienti di qualità. Ottimo il risotto con il tartufo nero.

08/04/2025: Wenn man spürt das der Gastgeber liebt was er macht. Obwohl eigentlich geschlossen war, wurde nur für uns gekocht. Wir hatten ein mittleres Menü, konnten den Hauptgang wechseln und da ich keinen Dessert mehr mochte, gab es eine Tafel selbstgemachte Schokolade für mich zum mitnehmen. Wir haben uns mehr als willkommen gefühlt, danke!

01/03/2025: Una piacevole sorpresa questo delizioso ristorante sul lago gestito da personale giovane e preparato. In una cornice rilassante mi ha regalato emozioni con piatti ben realizzati e ingredienti di prima qualità. Ottimo il pesce e delizioso il dolce. Caldamente consigliato. Ritornerò.

26/03/2025: In a great location, in a side street near Piazza Vittorio Veneto, easy to reach, it has an outdoor terrace, used in the warm months. The interior is welcoming, functionally furnished, very clean and bright. Open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, on weekends only for dinner. Excellent welcome and service provided by the dining room staff. Excellent proposals offered on the menu, which satisfy any type of palate and budget. The farinata is spectacular, soft, crunchy, but not greasy. The pizza served on a wooden cutting board, maintains the right temperature, the dough thin, generously filled. Waiting times are right.

09/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui con una coppia di amici a metà gennaio circa e devo dire che è stata una bellissima serata dove abbiamo mangiato divinamente !! Menù super buono e carta dei vini ampia e completa !! Ci ritorneremo !! Bravi continuate così !!

15/02/2025: sono stato a cena con mia moglie. Locale rinnovato recentemente, arredamento minimalista piacevole, buono il servizio. Personalmente ho scelto le alici imbottite con provola e zucca in scapece, piatto quilibrato e ottimo, come primo cavatelli con fagioli cozze e bottarga anche questo mi ha soddisfatto, materia prima molto buona. Carta dei vini molto ampia, secondo me sproporzionata nell'offerta di champagne (una quindicina di pagine) contro una sola di bollicine italiane, ma pare sia la moda del momento. Unico aspetto veramente negativo la mancanza della tovaglia, solo un blocchetto di ceramica per appoggiare le posate, ma anche questo pare sia la moda attuale, personalmente non mi piace, e non vedo perchè pagare 3 euro di coperto. Complimenti comunque per la cucina. Prezzo leggermente alto ma ad Alba, oggigiorno, è così in ogni locale.

09/03/2025: Piedmont and France meet in an explosion of flavor and refinement... the staff is very well prepared and trained in classic and "old" (finally) catering. Carefully prepared dishes, like the equipment, where nothing is left to chance. We took half a liter of house wine, two starters (cardoon flan and anchovy sauce, Burgundy-style snails on Jerusalem artichoke cream), a first course (agnolotti with roast sauce), a second course (boar stew-like and Belgian endive with honey), a trio of divine cheeses and a second course, chosen from this very refined trolley which they bring to your table so that you can choose directly, all accompanied by compotes made by them and for what I took (very seasoned) they might not have been useful. The waiter, serving me the cheeses, did what I consider a 5-star thing, he showed me the way to eat them. There is flambé service directly in the dining room at the table, a dessert trolley which is sublime. In short, we spent €108.00 for everything, I recommend it to everyone.

14/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena qualche mese fa in questo bel ristorante nelle Langhe incuriositi dal fatto che lo chef avesse lavorato presso il ristorante tristellato francese trois gros per parecchi anni. Perplessi per la perdita della stella abbiamo confermato il nostro tavolo ed abbiamo fatto super bene! Buonissima cena Buon servizio Squisito il piatto ispirato ai tagli di Lucio Fontana e auguriamo allo chef "di andare oltre" ... noi lo seguiremo in capo al mondo! Bravissimo bravi tutti Veramente incomprensibile a mio parere la decisione della guida francese.

In addition to the traditional land and sea menu, they offer a tasting including 5 appetizers (3 cold and 2 hot) 1 first course, 1 second course based on fish at the price of €28 cover charge and drinks not included. Good food and friendly service. I will gladly return.
