23/04/2025: Siamo stati un gruppo di amici x il pranzo di Pasquetta, tutti molto soddisfatti x qualità e quantità. Abbiamo ordinato come dei dinosauri e ovviamente non abbiamo finito quasi niente, la cameriera ci ha impacchettato tutto x la nostra felicità del giorno dopo. Tagliere, giardiniera, fritto misto e un sorbetto al limone bello grezzo tutto veramente ottimo

06/04/2025: We went to this beautiful and characteristic restaurant on Friday evening. We tried the 35 euro tasting menu which I highly recommend. Everything EXCELLENT, COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AND THE VERY KIND WAITRESS! We will definitely be back

09/06/2025: Spectacular views, service, and food. We had a wonderful dinner on our day of arrival to Como. They were extremely accommodating, offering bag hooks for the ladies. The portions were appropriate size and delicious! We had Salmon and Serloin Steak. Dessert included Teramisu, Pistachio Semifreddo, and Chocolate & Almond Caprese. Wonderful meal. Would recommend to anyone visiting Como. Special thanks to Tomasso for his hospitality. Get your reservation, you won’t regret it!

03/06/2025: At Ristorante Imbarcadero, we once again had a very good meal and were served very well. It is a must if you are at Lake Orta.

28/06/2025: To start -The English menu was awkwardly worded with many grammatical errors -The ‘risotto’ if we can even call it that was rank: I was hoping to taste the horseradish and have half a dozen shrimp : like their website picture -one shrimp cut into quarters , vinegar added : ‘ to counteract the horseradish taste ‘ ?!? SWIMMING in a weird broth NOT RISOTTO- CALL IT SOMETHING ELSE- it was topped with a weird white foam that resembled what my dog brings up when he is finished vomiting - so much vinegar added - inedible - was also hoping for an outside seat with a view - even with a reservation put into a corner of their past barn : the servers were kind and was offered a bottle of ‘condolences’: - still paid for the risotto though - they should stick to making wine -

11/06/2025: A very beautiful place with an incredible view of the sunset over the valley. But the main highlight is the food, of course - everything is done just right. The risotto carrots shrimp is delicious, and the roasted tongue from the first courses is excellent. Local wines from the winery pair perfectly with all dishes. Great service. Definitely worth coming back, and more than once. Be sure to book a table in advance!

24/06/2025: Suggestive location, inattentive service, 6.5 food. Little attention to detail. On the terrace that hosted us there were scattered leaves (before a service in my opinion they should be removed) On the food everything had some defect, of flavor and seasoning. Nothing memorable. On the quantities instead I would give 8. San Donato area with convenient parking in the surroundings.

11/06/2025: Located on the road along the road towards La Morra in the Annunziata hamlet, it has parking and places along the road. Elegant venue with a splendid terrace, very good menu with Piedmontese dishes revisited correctly and pleasant variations. Excellent cellar Course prices from 15 to 20 euros per dish or €40 for a 4-course menu Like if you liked the reviews. If you want, become my follower on Google Maps.

10/06/2025: We walked in without a reservation and were fortunate to be seated inside, though we were told we had to order at least two dishes per person, which felt a bit forced. The antipasti was enjoyable and the wine selection was lovely, but unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing. My wife’s calamari hadn’t been cleaned properly and was gritty with sand, which made it hard to enjoy. I ordered the pork, which ended up upsetting my stomach badly enough (food poisoning) that we had to cancel all of our planned wine tours for the rest of the afternoon. All in all, while there were some positives, the experience left us more frustrated than satisfied.

09/06/2025: Kindness, courtesy and excellent dishes! It's the second time I go, and it has always fully satisfied me. Excellent ravioli with wholemeal pastry, rabbit and hazelnut cake. Recommended!!!!

24/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant under the arcades of Cherasco. Excellent value for money. I recommend the ravioli del plin burro e salvia. Excellent service, fast and attentive. The young and kind waitresses are excellent. We brought our big dog with us and they offered him water. Free biscuits made from pasta di melina brought with the coffee. Highly recommended!!

29/06/2025: Nice view of the lake, but food and service disappointing. I’ve ordered the piatto del giorno, since it was the local fish the I wanted. Though, the fillet had many spines and the baked potatoes tasted deep fried. Staff behaved like doing a favor. There was gluten-free beer in the menu, but not in reality.

25/06/2025: Great fish 🐟 nice view, super wide menu with a range of foods from pizzas to salads and more. I recommend having fish, they do it very well, it's fresh, simple and flavourful...the way it should be👌🏻 The staff are super fun and helpful, trust their recommendations, they are not there to rip you off 😉 Very good price, considering the location and view 🏝️ it really surprised me !! No downs to highlight in here, just the white wine could be cooler 😜

13/06/2025: For the umpteenth time we tried to go and eat at this place but, despite having had the reservation written on the agenda at the entrance, we were treated VERY BADLY by the guy who called himself a host for 25 years. A RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL RUDE MAN OF THOSE WHO TRUST HIS PLACE AND ITS ORGANIZATION. The icing on the cake was finding another person treated the same way in the adjacent square! I can't judge the chef's work, but the owner should leave some of his huge ego at home and take a bath of humility. We very willingly spent our money elsewhere! I will NEVER try to eat at this place AGAIN. I add, to respond to the very polite host of infinite experience, that the term "Ciccio" can be used with all his friends and relatives who, perhaps, are used to a certain type of education. "Stars are born from chance" 🤣 is only equal to: "flowers are born from manure". We also have a great poet. By the way! I didn't criticize the cook at all, on the contrary! Evidently the Italian language is unknown to the great poet/innkeeper. The "Owner's Response" emphasized the education of the aforementioned.

22/06/2025: We were there for dinner. We didn't have a reservation, but we got a table anyway. The owner speaks excellent German (her native language) and explained the menu to us verbally. It was small, but there was something for everyone. The portions weren't that big, but we were full. And the prices for a three-course meal were definitely excellent. And it tasted very good, too. We'd be happy to come back.

02/06/2025: Frequentiamo la Trattoria Del Bivio da quasi 20 anni e ogni volta è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. La cucina di Massimo è incredibile, i suoi piatti non deludono mai, la grande attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, la tecnica e lo lo studio dietro ogni piatto, portano la clientela in un viaggio gourmet stellare. Nonostante il menù raffinato e l'ambiente elegante, Selia, la proprietaria, ti fa sentire come a casa, guidandoti in questa incredibile avventura enogastronomica, con sapienza e professionalità. Dopo la cena abbiamo pernottato in una bella stanza in stile Langa con una fantastica vista sulle colline, di fronte alla piscina interna riscaldata. Abbiamo concluso questo fantastico weekend con una lauta colazione interamente preparata dalla cucina esaltando prodotti del territorio, come la crema di nocciole, pane e brioches di loro produzione, uova strapazzate e ogni ben di Dio si possa immaginare. Consiglio a chiunque di provare quest'esperienza. Noi come sempre torneremo! Grazie di cuore Selia e Massimo!

11/05/2025: Vedendo le recensioni e le foto invitanti abbiamo deciso di venire qui e di passar la notte in una delle splendide camere per goderci la cena degustando un buon vino senza pensieri di dover guidare poi.. Il ristorante offre una selezione di piatti molto ricercata e l'esperienza e la cordialità della proprietaria fanno da cornice alla serata.. Gentilissima dall accoglienza ai saluti finali.. assolutamente consigliato sia come ristorante che per soggiornarvi..

06/04/2025: An evening of romance and good food. Last night my husband gave me a surprise: very perfect!!! The San Pietro restaurant in the pedestrian area of ​​Limone has always been a must for those who want to dine (or have lunch) in a restaurant with an elegant and old-fashioned setting. The tables, rigorously round, are arranged in such a way as to guarantee the privacy of the guests. In the center you can admire a large wooden table on which stands, among other things, an exceptional display of cheeses. We were sitting next to the fireplace. Truly superb menu. I have celiac disease and a lot of attention was paid to me: fassona meat marinated with herbs, crumbled egg yolk and sweet and sour onion. The meat is very tender, tasty and not at all salty. My husband enjoyed a very soft lamb paté (at room temperature and not frozen as often happens) with brioche bread and caramelized onions. Applause-worthy first courses: for me risotto with sausage, Barolo and goat's blue cheese. Perfect cooking and delicate flavor despite the tasty ingredients. For my husband, an extraordinary tagliatelle filled with wild boar stew: a unique flavour, unparalleled softness and, to conclude, the owner of the restaurant delighted us - in every sense - with a soft zabaglione expertly prepared in front of us! Truly a huge round of applause to the chef and his team for giving us a wonderful evening! See you soon
