14/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to my brother, and this evening I finally had the chance to try it with him. I can only say that I've never eaten such a good fish soup in my life. A top-notch restaurant with helpful and courteous staff. All the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. We'll definitely be back.

11/11/2025: We visited on a Monday, but it was still very crowded—a sign of its excellent reputation. Dogs are welcome and treated with great care: they immediately brought us a bowl and even a little gift from Monge. The winery is simply spectacular and worth the visit alone. I recommend booking for lunch to fully enjoy the splendid view of the hills.

10/11/2025: Excellent Langhe cuisine. A beautiful location with breathtaking views of the Langhe. Option to book one of the very few rooms with an excellent breakfast included. Very popular especially during truffle season (but also at other times), perhaps some details could be improved regarding the service (the longtime staff are impeccable, but the same cannot be said for the new recruits). An anthological cellar where you can also organize an unforgettable aperitif. The owners are always present and warmly attentive to their guests' needs.

16/11/2025: Excellent pizzas. I liked the dough, but the toppings could use some improvement on the tomato sauce; I did notice a hint of acidity. All in all, I'll be back; a second visit is a must to see any improvements. Unfortunately, after my second visit on November 15, 2025, with a reservation for seven people at 7:30 PM, and after entering the restaurant promptly, quickly perusing the menu, and ordering, I never would have thought I'd have to wait an hour for the six pizzas I'd ordered. The oven continued to churn out takeout pizzas at full speed. That's not good; I was just about to pay for the drinks, those three portions of farinata, and leave; I always do this when I see that the service doesn't match the proper way diners are treated.

16/11/2025: We've been frequenting this place for a while. They use quality products, and the care and passion they put into it ensures that the resulting dishes are truly unique. In my opinion, the farinata is the best I've ever eaten, unsurpassed! The pizza is light and easy to digest, as is the paposcia. The desserts, handcrafted and prepared with care, are equally delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a family-run business run by women! Highly recommended!

03/12/2025: We went for pizza. The dough was really delicious. It's a shame they put the tomato sauce on it completely raw, as if it had just been taken out of the tin, and the mozzarella wasn't perfectly melted. If they'd put it on the ingredients before cooking, the pizza would have been fabulous. This resulted in an American-style pizza that ruined the flavor. I think they do it to save time, but it makes a negative difference. It's a shame. Furthermore, the breaded cutlet the child had was overcooked, almost burnt on one side and therefore dry. I expected much more from a historic restaurant. I don't think we'll come again.

13/11/2025: I went for dinner with my wife before attending a show at the Alfieri Theater. It's a restaurant located in a beautiful cellar with a vaulted brick ceiling. We were very impressed, not knowing it's an inclusive establishment that employs some workers with disabilities, all very kind and helpful. The menu, both wine and food, is extensive and varied. The dessert list is also extensive. The menu features Piedmontese cuisine, with some expertly reinterpreted dishes. We had the cold sliced ​​rabbit salami with tornà sauce as an appetizer, very good and unique. Then we opted for the main course, where we ordered delicate and tender horse cheek and wild boar. I must say, exquisite, soft and flavorful. Both main courses were accompanied by mixed vegetables on a salad leaf. All this was accompanied by two glasses of wine expertly recommended by the wait staff. To finish, we had the bunet, which I must say has a perfectly balanced flavor; the amaretto flavor doesn't overpower the sweetness. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal. It's one of the best osterias I've ever eaten at. I'll definitely be back.

07/11/2025: Warm and friendly atmosphere Excellent food and attentive service. The owner is very knowledgeable about intolerances and is always available to advise and accommodate. They let us dine with our dog. Not much to say, highly recommended. Excellent wine. The lactose-free desserts are delicious, but still hard to find.

08/12/2025: While vacationing in Ivrea, I stumbled upon this restaurant; I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The waiters were friendly and always attentive to our requests. Tagliolini with truffles were truly delicious!!! The quality/price ratio was incredibly good! If you're passing through Ivrea, a visit here is a must, especially if you appreciate good traditional cuisine. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Then I saw this incredible place online and I can only say it was the perfect combination of friendliness, love for what they do, and a spectacular location. 02/12/2025: This restaurant was a wonderful discovery. Stunning location, charming venue, excellent food, you can taste the love and passion in the dishes. The staff and owners are very kind. We will definitely be back. You can also stay overnight in beautiful rooms, and there's even an indoor pool.

18/11/2025: We chose to have dinner at this restaurant on our first night staying in the area for our Barolo & Barbaresco wine tasting the next day. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The only thing I have to deduct points for is that we had to wait a very long time for each dish, and it was quite difficult to get the staff’s attention. From the moment we arrived, waited to place our order, and then waited for each dish to be served until we finally paid, the entire experience took almost three hours.
