25/05/2024: I did not know him. Went via the fork app. I have celiac disease and I must say that they had the necessary attention and were even supplied with GF bread. All the dishes ordered were very good and well plated. Very kind staff.

11/08/2024: Really enjoyed the tasting menu, with the only exception of the dessert, where I didn't appreciate the lemon and coffee combination. Overall really great local flavours. Also I really recommend the wine pairings and the recommendations from the friendly sommelier. The main downside of the evening was the very unfriendly waiter who seemed completely out of place in what could have been an otherwise great experience.

28/08/2024: Absolutely valuable themed dinner. Very nice place and excellent food. Worth trying again to enjoy the à la carte menu.

10/06/2024: Location incantevole , confortevole , dove regna un'eleganza “discreta”( oserei dire sabauda ) , che permette di sentirsi a proprio agio. Educata e calorosa l’accoglienza , di buon livello il servizio. Di ottima qualità e fattura i piatti ( eccellenti i plin tradizionali e gli gnocchi alla salsiccia di Bra ) , succulento e memorabile il cervo alla brace con i frutti di bosco. Carta dei vini interessante , dove i prodotti regionali fanno da padroni. Più che corretto rapporto qualità prezzo. Anche i miei commensali / amici sono stati molto soddisfatti. Noi torneremo , consigliatissimo.

21/08/2024: Ein kleines Fest für die Sinne: mit Auberginenauflauf und Rusotto mit sensationell zubereiteten Schweinefleisch als primi und Spaghetti alla matriciana und Fisch Filets als secondi. Davor Gruß aus der Küche mit leckerem Omelette: liebevoll angerichtet und gastfreundlich serviert. Im Übrigen mehrsprachig.

30/08/2024: Ciao a tutti ,ieri sera abbiamo cenato in questo Ristorante io e mia Moglie e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative, anche se dalle recensioni me lo dovevo aspettare, non ho tenuto in considerazione le uniche due negative recenti (non mi convincevano) io sono uno di quelli che di recensioni sia positive che negative dei Ristoranti, ne faccio molte e visto che sono come San Tommaso quindi (provare per credere) e vi GARANTISCO CHE NE VALE VERAMENTE LA PENA NOI ABBIAMO CENATO CON TUTTO PESCE DAL TAGLIERE CON ASSAGGI DI PESCE PER POI PASSAR AL PRIMO E AVANTI FINO AL SECONDO.....POI PER CHIUDERE IN BELLEZZA TIRAMISU AL PISTACCHIO I PREZZI?? POTREI DIRVI AL DI SOTTO DELLA NORMA , PIATTI ABBONDANTI E BUONISSIMI FIDATEVI DI CLAUDIO alias ( BUONA FORCHETTA) QUI NE VALE VERAMENTE LA PENA

22/08/2024: Excellent service, very good dishes, I went several times and the last time there were 2 waiters and the tables were completely full but it didn't get worse at any time, the environment was quiet, fresh and pleasant

18/08/2024: A restaurant that tastes like home. Exquisite food, interesting and seasonal menu, always with proposals of the day. I recommend everything: appetizers, first and second courses but above all the DESSERTS made by the amazing Lilli. Excellent wine list and unique location immersed in the splendid Villa Nigra of Miasino. Super value for money! My favorite dishes: guinea fowl with truffle oil (starter), asparagus in phyllo dough with fondue / truffle (starter), salmon tartare, risotto with roast sauce or with castelmagno, gnocchi with clams and turnip tops, guinea fowl with peaches ( second)

19/08/2024: Recommended restaurant by chance, very pleasant surprise! We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and we really enjoyed it! Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality food. Typical Piedmontese cuisine, abundant dishes with defined flavours, quick and precise service. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2024: The food was incredibly tasty, and the portions were generous.. You can either choose individual dishes or opt for a full menu suggested by the restaurant. We went with the full menu, and it was totally worth it. It allowed us to enjoy a delicious Piedmontese experience. The menu started with a mix of appetizers, followed by a pasta course, and then a main dish of meat baked in wine, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. They also offered a dessert of the day. Everything was perfect, but the second dish was particularly outstanding. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. They also offer menus in different languages. The environment and décor are reminiscent of a typical mountain restaurant, which matches the menu perfectly.

30/08/2024: we stopped by chance at the Grotto di Sant'Anna on our way back from the Vigezzo valley and what a lovely surprise! the setting is beautiful, right above the Sant'Anna ravine, the food is excellent and the cost is honest. Friendly service and just a little slow. An experience to repeat.

08/08/2024: Fantastische plek om te genieten van de lokale keuken en gerechten zoals Vitello Tonnato, Tajarin al ragú, Plin, … Tevens leuke wijnkaart met wijnen van de kleinere lokale wijnmakers. Fles wijn kost hier evenveel dan in België in de winkel… Kunnen we iets van leren in België want hier bestel je met plezier een fles.

28/06/2024: What a beautiful meal. We were recommended this restaurant by our accommodation villa Morengo It was a short drive to an amazing huge venue. We were greeted At the door by a charming waiter who spoke beautiful English. The food was heaven. Beautifully presented and stunning to eat. Great introduction to our first evening in Italy. We asked for a Glass Of wine and it was presented and selected for us. Great choice. Don’t miss this fantastic dining experience. Thank you to the chef, patron and all the staff. 19/05/2024: Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti al primo al secondo, d'altronde stimo parlando di un ristorante stellato Michelin e con la targhetta Rotary.. Completano la descrizione la raffinatezza della location, la cordialità del personale e la possibilità di chiedere bis e tris per gli stomaci più ampi ed esigenti: qualità e quantità!

19/07/2024: Very informal location, but well looked after overall. We search under a pergola in a small courtyard behind the restaurant. Authentic and local traditional foods, but very well prepared. For wines and spirits you are spoiled for choice. The owner is very nice.

27/04/2024: Veniamo spesso a "I tre camini", perché sono una certezza. Adam, lo chef, è innamorato del proprio lavoro e questo ogni volta si riflette nei piatti da lui preparati. In sala sua moglie Kasja è una padrona di casa accurata e gentile. I prezzi? Più bassi della media di altri ristoranti della zona nei quali la cucina è meno accurata. Atmosfera rétro e il calore di un camino acceso.

12/04/2024: Piedmontese cuisine at the highest level. The dishes are tasteful, creative and beautifully prepared. The ambience is classic and unfussy - Italianita with a beautiful patina. This chef knows his craft. There is real professional pride there. The prices are incredibly fair for what is on offer. Highly recommended address. We'll be back!
