08/03/2026: We ended up here by mistake, and luckily for us, on a motorcycle tour in Casale Monferrato. We hadn't booked and it was packed, but they found us a spot at the counter, which we really enjoyed. The food was really good, and I noticed they had plenty of options even for me, a vegetarian, especially the main courses, which are rare to find. The crouton with cavolo nero, egg, and cacio e pepe fondue was absolutely delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

The fascinating tours illustrate rural life and the history of wine and truffles. Every window offers priceless views of the surrounding landscape.

13/01/2026: "An excellent experience in every way" We had lunch on Saturday with my family and couldn't have asked for anything better. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to even the smallest details, making us feel right at home. The cuisine was a real discovery: Appetizers: The "Tris Gran Piemonte" is unmissable. Incredibly tender veal with tuna sauce, Fassona tartare, and Bra sausage were simply superb. The platter of cured meats and cheeses from the valley was also formidable. First courses: The Piedmontese agnolotti with roast gravy and tagliolini with venison white ragù were exquisite, rich in flavor, and beautifully cooked. The quality-price-quantity ratio is phenomenal and perfectly balanced. It's undoubtedly one of the best places we've ever eaten. I recommend Bardosteria to everyone, especially for enjoying a meal surrounded by snow in a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

The cuisine, largely classic Piedmontese, is top-notch in terms of authenticity, quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. The wine list is commendable, and, last but not least, the staff is exceptional in their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness, making you feel at home in this historic location, in the heart of a beautiful town. Prices perfectly match the quality of the food and service.

27/12/2025: The high-quality bread already showed the restaurant's attention to detail, but the complimentary delicate appetizers were a pleasant surprise! The salted cod appetizer with its sauce was delicious. The main course, the assorted poached beef, was served with a pot of broth, and the attentive waitress proactively asked if we needed small bowls and spoons to enjoy the broth. A small dessert platter was even provided after the meal. Overall, the dining experience and the friendly service deserve full marks. Highly recommended! Perfect dining experience, the food was perfect and the service was amazing!

08/03/2026: Truly spectacular pizzas! Light dough, quality ingredients, and consistently delicious combinations: one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The restaurant itself is also highly commended; the atmosphere is welcoming and always a great place to be. A great plus is the ability to customize your pizza: you can choose from different doughs, sizes, and ingredients, essentially creating a "do-it-yourself" pizza. We really appreciated this feature because it allows everyone to find the perfect combination. The real added value, however, is the staff: the owners and staff are incredibly friendly, young, professional, and always super-friendly. They make you feel right at home, and it's always a pleasure to return. It's become our favorite place every time we stop by.
